Das es keinen smartTV gab richtig richtig schade man konnte nichts schauen!!! Ich hatte daraufhin auch das Personal angeschrieben gehabt und sie meinten halt einfach, dass man einen Stick gebrauchen müsste. Sehr schade :(

- Olga (8/5): Convenient stay with good transport access - Modern and comfortable apartments with convenient fully contactless check-in. After an initial room issue, the manager helped organize a room change, which we appreciated. The second room with separate sleeping and living areas suited us much better. The sauna and terrace were nice, the bed was large and comfortable, and the location is very convenient for visiting the city center or events, with direct urban transport nearby. The lighting design in the room was also a nice touch. Some photos shown on Booking actually belong to another room category available only via direct booking, so the first room did not match our expectations at all. The sauna and bathroom could really use more hooks or places to hang towels and clothes. The kitchen also felt only minimally equipped for longer stays. Parking directly at the property seemed overpriced compared to the surrounding area. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but a few small details slightly reduced the relaxed atmosphere we had hoped for.

- A.F. (6/5): Niet geheel naar verwachting helaas. - Prima locatie, tram voor de deur naar binnenstad. Balcon is een plus. Niet alles was schoon, koffieresten in kopjes. Erg karige, onpractische keuken uitrusting. Slechts 2 messen en vorken, elke keer direct afwassen, geen vaatwasser. Bed matig, zit comfort appartement onvoldoende. Geen enkele uitleg aanwezig. Inchecken zonder personeel is lastig.

- Kamil (5/5): Die Qualität scheint abzunehmen. - Die Unterkunft ist unkompliziert und recht gut ausgestattet. Die kostenlose Nutzung von Fitness und Sauna finde ich sehr gut. Dies war mein dritter Aufenthalt in dem Hotel. Die ersten beiden Male stand jeweils eine Wasserflasche kostenlos im Zimmer bereit. Diesmal jedoch nicht mehr. Schade. Außerdem war diesmal der Ablauf vom Spülbecken völlig verstopft und im Waschbecken des Badezimmers lief das Wasser sehr schlecht ab.

- Asli (8/5): Modern bir bina ama şehir merkezine uzak. - Yeni ve modern bi yapı. Odası oldukça konforluydu. Spor salonunu ve ekipmanlarını çok beğendim. Konumu şehrin merkezine çok uzaktı bana göre. Fuar için gitmiştim Düsseldorf’a, şehir merkezine gitmek, fuar alanına gitmek kolay olmadı. Önünde tren istasyonu var aslında, ordan ulaşım her yere sağlıyorsunuz şehir içi hatlara hakim olursanız. Sanırım ben Almanya’da çok tren kullanmaya alışık olmadığım için zorlandım. Bundan önce hep şehir merkezlerinde yürüyerek her yere ulaştığım konumlardaki otellere kalmıştım. O yüzden bir sonraki sefer bu oteli tercih etmem.

- Meredith (9/5): Great place to stay for several days or longer and would definitely stay there again! - Great place. Super clean and friendly. Really enjoyed the communal space and open area - and free coffee! The flat was spacious and well supplied with lovely toiletries. Very easy to get to on the u-Bahn straight from the main station and therefore into town and any local areas. Only very mild comment was the slightly limited food choice within walking distance. Saying that, 1-2 stops on the tram was very easy, and then there was lots of selection.

- Duy (9/5): - C'était très bien insonorisé, la vue sur la ville, l'emplacement. Un bruit bizarre dans les canalisations du séjour lorsqu'on prenait une douche pour l'appartement 816.
- Helge (9/5): - Schöner Blick auf Rhein Dusche extrem eng und zusätzlich noch durch Halter für Shampoo etc weiter eingeengt. Klimatisierung läßt sich nicht ausschalten.

- Evgenij (10/5): - Es ist schöner als auf den Bildern 😍 Irgendjemand, vermutlich die Putzfrau, hat um 10 Uhr morgens die Türe geöffnet. Ob die Person vorher geklopft hat, wissen wir nicht, aber ausgecheckt waren wir noch nicht. Als wir mitbekommen haben dass die Türe aufgeschlossen wurde, während wir in dem Bad waren, haben wir „Wer ist da“ gesagt und die Türe ging schnell wieder zu. Das muss The Zipper anders regeln, fanden wir nicht so gut.

- Dirk (9/5): - Im grossen und ganzen hat es uns gut gefallen. Tolle Lage, alles wie angekündigt Die Sauna ist nicht so berauschend. Kein Ruheraum nach dem Saunagang, keine getrennten Duschen. Fittnesraum u. Duschbereich sauna sind nicht getrennt

- Carsten (9/5): Angenehm und Perfekt. Ein toller Ort für einen „Guten Morgen Kaffee“ mit Blick auf den Rhein 😀 - Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer im 12. Stockwerk auf den Rhein und auf Düsseldorf. Hervorzuheben ist das mehr als zuvorkommende Verhalten der Hausdame und des Zimmerservice bei diesem Aufenthalt gewesen. Wir hatten ein paar Probleme bei diesem mittlerweile 4. Aufenthalt mit dem Zimmer nach dem Check in, die nach kurzer Info sofort, schnell und diskret gemanagt und behoben wurden. So sieht für mich sehr guter Service aus, auch wenn keine 24/7 - Rezeption verfügbar ist. Keine Beanstandungen.
