Mikaellen (1/5): BEWARE! False advertising, zero security, and terrible service. Do not book! - Absolutely nothing. The best part of the entire stay was the exact moment I checked out and left. My one week stay at this property was an absolute nightmare. This place practices pure false advertising. I booked a "Standard Studio," which explicitly specified a "1 double bed (131 to 150 cm wide)" on the floor. Upon arrival, they forced me into a completely different room layout: a loft/bunk bed setup with a cramped mattress on top (impossible for two people to sleep or move) and a tiny convertible armchair underneath. Even though their own listings show these are completely different categories, management refused to acknowledge it. Security is non-existent. There are scaffolds set up outside with zero construction work happening, giving anyone from the street direct access to the room windows. We had to keep our windows locked the entire week out of fear. Furthermore, the main entrance door to the building does not latch and remains wide open day and night, allowing anyone to walk inside. The room itself was highly uncomfortable. The pillows felt like they were filled with air; your head sinks straight onto the mattress, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. To top it off, the bathroom sink was missing its drain cover, leaving a huge hole where toothbrushes or jewelry could easily drop into the pipes. Customer service is deceitful. After Booking.com intervened on May 13th, a room change was promised for May 16th. When the day came, the co-host Bulat and supervisor Paloma simply went back on their word, claimed they knew nothing about it, and stated "nothing could be done." Looking at other reviews, this is a recurring scam they pull on guests. Save yourself the headache and money do not stay here! Throughout the entire stay, I was constantly looking for a solution, proactively reaching out and speaking with both the property and Booking.com at all times. Unfortunately, in the end, nothing was resolved.

nomadic (6/5): Good Apartment and Location, but Very Stressful Lock Issue - I had a mixed experience staying at Servus Apartment München. Overall the apartment itself was good. We received the same room we booked, it was clean, had useful facilities including a kitchenette, and the location was convenient. Future guests should be aware that we faced a serious issue with the door lock on our last night. Even though the correct access code was accepted, the door would not open because of what appeared to be a mechanical fault in the lock. We spent more than an hour trying to get inside and customer support was very slow to respond despite repeated calls and WhatsApp messages. The situation became very stressful late at night after a long day of travel. In the end, we had to call the emergency number. That was really helpful, and with their assistance the issue was finally resolved. The apartment owner responded properly only after the emergency support arrived. Overall, the apartment itself was good, but the poor customer support, lack of physical reception and lock issue seriously affected our experience.

Barnor (7/5): - The location of the apartment was very convenient. Also, even though it was close to the street, there was not noise that would disturb your sleep. The elevator in the buiding was not functional during my stay there. This made getting into and out of the room a bit uncomfortable.
Klaus (6/5): Funktionale und schöne Unterkunft mit einigen Mängeln - Stil der Einrichtung und Art der Ausstattung. Viele Geräte auf kleinstem Raum in der Küchenzeile untergebracht. Geschmackvolles Geschirr. Verkehrsgünstige Anbindung: nur 50 m von der Haltestelle. Das zunächst zugewiesene Appartement entsprach nicht der Abbildung bei der Buchung. Statt eines ebenerdigen Bettes wurde mir eines mit Hochbett zugewiesen. Für Senioren nicht gerade optimal. Vergeblicher Rückruf nach Zugang zum Zimmer. Auf WhatsApp Nachricht dann innerhalb einer halben Stunde ein Zimmer mit ebenerdigen Bett erhalten. Entsprach aber auch nicht dem im Vorfeld der Buchung abgebildeten Zimmer. Die Fotos scheinen etwas aufgehellt und nur die besten Apartments zu präsentieren. Die Oberschränke der Küchenzeile hängen etwas zu tief bzw. gehen zu weit nach vorne,, so dass man bei Bedienung des Wasserhahns Gefahr läuft, sich an der Kante zu stoßen. Aus den Abflussrohre in Bad/Dusche steigt zeitweilig ein etwas unangenehmer Geruch auf. Zimmer war sehr hellhörig, nicht nur zur straßenseite, sondern vor allem auch zum Flur. Für mich kein Problem, aber für geräusch- und lärmempfindliche Menschen weniger geeignet.

Galit (2/5): Save yourself the heartache and DO NOT book it - The location - for arriving to the exhibition center is very convenient. The code to the room was not sent to us on time but 40 minutes after check-in time. We could not enter the room due to unsuitable code. After long phone calls they reset the code. We got a room that was not cleaned AT ALL after previous guests, used linen, sink with no drainage, bunk bends when we booked a room with double bad and sofa. The rooms does not look anything like the photos or description. Only after sending pictures and video to their WhatsApp (which takes them long time to respond) they changed our room to a different one, again with bunk beds and still not even close to the one we booked and told us they have upgraded us. We are traveling in the world often and never encounter such things. Certainly not a place that we recommend to book.

Clive (2/5): Facilities quite good. Good value for money. Guest behavior control very poor / invisible. - The apartment was fine - clean and everything provided. Although the lift was not functioning, the major downside was the incredible noise of music and singing from about 11 pm to 3 am Saturday night / Sunday morning from a nearby apartment. They were asked to stop but repeatedly ignored requests. Obviously we had a very disturbed sleep. There appears to be no method to prevent this type of misbehavior. Consequently my wife does not wish to return to the apartments in future - even though they are ideally situated for visiting our daughter and granddaughter.

No tiene intimidad , La ventana da a un patio de bicicletas donde pasan personas todo el tiempo y a los tachos de basura. NO se puede usar la cocina porque no hay espacio. No hay lugar para sentarse a comer, solo hay 3 sillas porque la 4ta. no cabe, apenas te podes hacer un cafe. NO hay lugar para las valijas. No nos cambiaron las toallas en 5 noches contratadas.

Ju (10/5): - Bem localizado, mercados e transporte perto, dá pra ir ao centro andando. Confortável, comunicação rápida e super prestativa com o proprietário. Tinha tudo conforme o anúncio, ficamos super bem instalados. Apenas um pequeno detalhe: não sei se é algo do prédio ou do apartamento que ficamos, mas o box estava enchendo muito de água durante o banho, demorando pra estancar/descer a água, como se estivesse com o ralo entupido. Mas apenas uma observação mesmo.

Unter der Kloschüssel waren Urinreste mind 5cm x 5cm Die Balkontür ist kaputt und hat mir beim aufmachen der Tür den Finger eingequetscht weil die Tür aus dem Türrahmen mind 5cm einem entgegenkommt Schon beim betretet des Apartments ist mein eine sehr unangenehmer säuerlicher Geruch entgegen gekommen aus dem Badezimmer so dass ich würgen musste Ich hatte extra den Late-Check Out gebucht bis 14 Uhr für 30€ (3x 1h für je 10€) und trotzdem ist die Putzkraft (Männlich) um kurz vor 11 Uhr in mein Apartment gekommen (10:55-10:58 Uhr) darauf hin habe ich gerufen nein da ich mit meiner Frau noch im Bett lag, das ist absolut inakzeptabel. 10-15 min später ist er dann nochmal reingekommen und dann habe ich gesagt nein und habe bei servus aparts in der zentrale angerufen und mich darüber beschwert. [Da ich hier meine extra Buchung des late-check out nicht vollständig wahr nehmen konnte da mann mich und meine Frau geweckt hat möchte ich hier für die volle Erstattung meiner 30€.] Ich hatte im Vorfeld gebeten ob es möglich wäre ein Bett zu bekommen das 1 große Matratze hat und nicht 2 kleine mit einem Schlitz dazwischen.
Andreas (5/5): Für eine kurze Übernachtung ok. - Das Zimmer selbst war in Ordnung, einschließlich der Sauberkeit. Ausreichend für Übernachtungen! Zur Zeit ist die Unterkunft eine Baustelle! Baustellenlärm, Sauberkeit im Außenbereich der Unterkunft ist nicht so toll! Auch im Haus könnte es etwas sauberer sein! Straßenlärm ist nur mit geschlossenen Fenstern zu ertragen!

Juan Carlos (1/5): UN FIASCO - Lo que más usamos fue la cafetera. Primero que todo, tuvimos que dormir en un sofá cama cuando la reserva tenía considerado una cama doble. Parecía un catre de campaña. Muy incómodo para poder descansar como a uno le gustaría en sus vacaciones. No había ascensor funcionando ninguno de los 3 días de nuestra estadía, por lo que tuvimos que subir pesadas maletas en las escaleras. Habitación extremadamente pequeña, con poco espacio para movilizarse en su interior. El primer día no se contaba con agua caliente, lo cual fue solucionado el día siguiente tras nuestro reclamo. En general no tuvimos una buena disposición de parte del proveedor a un cambio de habitación, la que nos correspondía por derecho por nuestra reserva pagada.

Klaus (6/5): Wenn man nach München reist, möchte man die Stadt kennenlernen, abends einfach zur Ruhe kommen. - Die Lage ist super, Ich brauchte ein Zusatzbett für unser 14 Jähriges Kind, das war dann alles sehr eng. Ansonsten völlig ausreichend für unsere Bedarf. Das Bad ist okay aber der Zugang zur Dusche ist sehr schmal und sehr eng. Aber wichtiger noch die Glastür der Dusche war kleiner als die Nische zur Dusche. So lief das Wasser ins Bad.

Location is good, there is a restaurant on the graund floor and on Thursday night it was a bit noisy. But for us it wasn't a problem at all. We all really enjoyed oir stay! It could be cleaner.
Martina (6/5): Es war okay, würde es aber nicht weiter empfehlen - Günstige Unterkunft für eine Städtereise, Zimmer sauber Draußen im Flur hat es sehr gestunken, vermutlich war es der Teppich, dieser sah schlimm aus. Zimmer (Appartement) sah auf den Bildern größer aus. Ein winziges Fenster zum Innenhof, dadurch war es sehr warm. Das Bad war sehr eng. Parkplatz angefragt, uns wurde gesagt man kann an der Straße parken, ging aber nur mit Parkschein.

helena (6/5): Keine Familien Unterkunft da zu klein - Es liegt super, es ist leise und die Straßenbahn ist gleich um die Ecke, selten hab ich erlebt das es in ferien Wohnungen genug Kästen für alle gibt. Ist dort der Fall. Die Kommunikation kann über WhatsApp stattfinden und man bekommt auch promt eine Antwort. Viel zu klein für 7 Personen, es wird zwar für 7 Personen vermietet aber es passen nur 4 Sessel zum Tisch und es sind nur 6 Sessel im Apartment. Man steigt sich gegenseitig nur auf die Füße. Es gibt auch nicht genug Teller, meine persönliche Meinung so kann man nicht für 7 Personen vermieten.

Пліснява у ванній кімнаті за дверима. Є обігрівач, але він не працював. Не було чайника. Ліфт постійно був зламаний (то не приїзжав на поверх, коли викликали, одного разу піднялись на ліфті, але двері заблокувало і довелося відкривати вручну - мої діти дуже злякалися!) , тому доводилося тягати дитячий візок сходами.

Irish Frank 72 (7/5): Good value accommodation with easy access to the city centre. - The room was comfortable with modern facilities, It was close to the trams line to take us into the old town. The room was nice and warm. The process of booking and checking in was well-eplained well in advance of us travelling. The shower had no door so water went everywhere in the bathroom. When we arrived we wanted to store our luggage but this room was not clearly marked - we finally found someone to ask, However, the room was not locked so the luggage was not secure. The room above us had people stomping around in the middle of the night which was disturbing. The room number was not sent at 3pm as promised and we had to ring to get this. There was no toaster or jug in the kitchen.

En morgen var der ikke noget varmt vand, og det kom ikke igen før om aftenen, trods personalet i telefonen havde sagt, at det var ordnet. Det var et hus, der var ved at blive renoveret, så der var byggeaffald og håndværkere i opgang og på gangen og larm fra kl. 8 om morgenen.

Tuvimos problemas con el enlace de su página para hacer el checking y nos mandaron el código sobre 18:00 horas en vez de a las 15:00. El suministro de calefacción se cortó durante la última noche. Viajaba con niños. Hizo frío esa noche. No nos pudimos duchar por la mañana. Lo avisé sobre las 08:00 horas y no se solucionó. El sofá cama es incómodo. No hay sábanas bañeras. Insuficiencia de los utensilios de limpieza y de cocina.

La habitación era bastante pequeña, apenas entraba la cama y una mesita con dos sillas. La cocina estaba bien pero quizás faltaban algunos utensilios de cocina.
