Yacov (10/5): מושלם על מלא - זאת הפעם השניה שלנו במקום המקסים הזה ,הזמנו את המלון לפני כחצי שנה ,קבלנו את הסוויטה היחידה במלון שממוקמת בקומה העליונה ,נוף מרהיב ,סוויטה ענקית ,עם סלון ענק,פינת אוכל עם שולחן עגול ענק ,מטבח מלא בכל האביזרים כולל הכל. חדר שינה ענק עם אמבטיה וכמובן עם מקלחת נוספת ,2 חדרי שירותים ,טלויזיה של 90 אינץ׳ בסלון ועוד טלויזיה של לפחות 50 אינץ׳ בחדר שינה ,הכל פה ממוחשב יש לך טאבלט שבעזרתו אתה יכול לשלוט בכל הבית ,הארוח היה מושלם ,והכל בזכות מנהל המקום בשם אליאס ,בחור נחמד שנותן שירות הכי טוב והכי מושלם שאפשר לקבל , שהיה קצר מידי רק 3 ימים ,
Ralf (5/5): - Nichts!! Eine Kleiderkammer oder eine Dunkelkammer mit Baugerüst ; beides trifft zu. Ein Käfig bleibt ein Käfig, auch wenn er toll aussieht. Ich habe niemals so schlecht geschlafen, wie in dieser dunklen Kemenate. Grauenhaft und sooo teuer! 230€ pro Nacht in einem Käfig. Niemals wieder!!

Küchenzeile hatte Besteck, Putzmittel, Geschirr, Kühlschrank. Wir hatten ein S-Appartment. Das Licht im Bad könnte etwas heller sein.

Petra (9/5): - Sehr gute Lage in Bahnhofsnähe. Stylische, geräumige Zimmer mit hochwertiger Ausstattung. Die Betten sind im ersten Moment etwas fest, wir haben dennoch sehr gut geschlafen. Selbst das schmutzige Geschirr wurde gereinigt (dafür sind auch keine Geschirrtücher vorhanden?). Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf fussläufig erreichbar. Die Pflegeprodukte in der Dusche waren leer und wurden auch trotz Bitte nicht aufgefüllt.Vermisst habe ich einen Garderobenhaken für Jacken, so mussten sie mit in den Schrank. Insgesamt sehr dunkles Bad (dunkle Fliesen und dunkle Wandfarbe, Licht nicht sehr hell). Vermisst habe ich auch einen Vergrösserunsspiegel im Bad.

Hemmerling (3/5): Ich werde nicht wieder kommen! Hier wird am falschen Ende gespart. - Die Lage, es war soweit sauber. Das Frühstück" gut war es gab frische Brötchen". Das Frühstück stand im Zimmer der Rezeption. Es gab eine Sorte Käse drei Scheiben Wurst. 3 Sorten Marmelade . Die man sich auf den Teller tun konnte. Banane oder einen Apfel, Kaffee gab es Tassenweise. Der Mitarbeiter muste sich um die neu ankommende Gäste kümmern. Allen Gästen da standen zu dem Zeitpunkt 15 Menschen in dem kleinen Zimmer Kaffee machen.Es gab weder ein Ei weder gekocht noch Rührei, kein Gemüse mal Tomaten oder Gurke, kein O Saft keine Cornflakes oder ein Müsli, keine Milch geschweige den einen Joghurt, auch für die Kinder gab es nichts weiter. Das Essen mußten sich die Gäste auf den Teller tun die Kaffeetasse in der Hand dann ging es ab in den Fahrstuhl ins Zimmer zum essen. Wenn noch Nachschlag benötigt wurde oder noch eine neue Tasse Kaffee gewollt war. Muste wieder mit der Tasse und dem Teller zum Fahrstuhl oder Treppe in das Rezeptionzimmer gefahren,gelaufen weden. "Das bei einem Übernachtungpreis mit Frühstück für 147 Euro." Das war das schlechteste was ich bis jetzt in Leipzig in einem Hotel erlebt habe. Sorry aber das muss mal gesagt werden.

Monika (6/5): - Schönes Bett, zentrale Lage. Online Check in sehr kompliziert, späte Einchecken nicht gelöst(wir tanden um 22:00 Uhr vor der Tür ohne Zugang. Das Frühstück muss man selber ins Zimmer tragen, Innentüre sind schwer zu händeln (feuersichere Türe).
Günther (7/5): Alles in Allem hat das alles gut gepasst und wird von uns beim nächsten Besuch wieder gebucht. - Lage ist Top, Zentral. Moderne Einrichtung. Alles recht neu renoviert. Ruhig. Fahrstuhl. W-Lan. Publikum passt. Alles da was man benötigt. Kaffeekapseln bekommt man von Reinigungsdienst aufgefüllt. TV im Wohn und im Schlafzimmer. Check- Out am Handy einfach. Backshop und Restaurants in unmittelbarer nähe. Das öffnen der Türen mit dem Mobiltelefon ist nervig, da es oft locker 10 Versuche braucht bis sich die Tür öffnet. Das ist absolut stressig. Kopfkissen etwas zu hart. Wenn man genauer schaut sieht man, dass an einigen Stellen dass nicht wirklich gründlich gereinigt wurde (Staub), aber grundsätzlich OK. Das Baugerüst imm Innenhof direkt vor dem Fenster war nicht so prickelnd.
Avi (10/5): מומלץ - We arrived late after a long journey. The self-check-in was easy and well-organized. However, despite a prior email confirmation, the sofa beds in our two XL apartments were not prepared. Since it was 10:30 PM and the reception was closed, we tried the emergency number, but there was no answer. This is a serious issue that needs to be addressed. We managed on our own, and the staff fixed everything quickly the next morning. Despite the rough start, the stay was excellent. The apartments are clean, the kitchens are well-equipped, and the location is perfect—right by the train station, shops, and a supermarket. I suggest the hotel adds a WhatsApp contact for emergencies. I still highly recommend AMANO for those seeking an apartment hotel.

Lisa (10/5): Wunderschöne Unterkunft. Gerne wieder - Wirklich wunderschöne Unterkunft. Ich kann es nur empfehlen. Ich war bereits das zweite Mal dort. Sehr zentral gelegen. Auch gut wenn man shoppen ist und zwischendurch die Tüten wegbringen möchte. Leider war der Ausblick eine Baustelle. Das war sehr schade.

Irene (7/5): Sehr gut für Kurzaufenthalte! Für längere Zeit oder zum Urlaub machen doch recht karg. - Sehr gute Lage, Ausstattung auf das Minimalste beschränkt (Tassen, Geschirr, Besteck), aber wir brauchten das nicht für nur eine Nacht. Groß genug für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, aber für die Minimalgröße ist alles sehr dunkel! Unser Eindruck: Chicke Optik geht vor Funktionalität. Das Konzept von den »Digitalnomaden« (gruselige Vorstellung!) ist ziemlich durchgehalten und nicht unser Ding – dafür war es preisewert und für einen Städtetrip voll ausreichend. Solange noch jemand am Telefon erreichbar (und auch zu verstehen ist!) oder gar persönlich im Haus, ist das gerade noch verträglich.

Johanna (9/5): - Apartment ist super eingerichtet, v.a. die Mini Küchenzeile hat alles Wichtige. Hotel liegt auch super zentral sowohl zum Hauptbahnhof als auch für den Weg in die Stadt. Man kann alleine ein- und auschecken, sieht also nie jemanden. Ist natürlich anonym, muss man mögen, geht aber auch alles sehr schnell. Zimmer/Apartment ist wirklich klein, man hat z.B. für den Koffer keine Ablagefläche und stolpert dann immer darüber. Der Schalter für die Lichtkarte leuchtet unfassbar hell in der Nacht und blendet beim Schlafen. Wir haben dann in der 2. Nacht eine Jacke darüber gehängt, war aber schwierig.

Leider wurde die Fernseh-Fernbedienung, trotz Info an der Rezeption, nicht repariert / ausgetauscht. Die Lautstärkeregelung war nur am Fernseher möglich, nicht an der Minimal-Fernbedienung.

Reinhild Anja (9/5): Zimmer klein und nicht fürs Arbeiten gemacht. Ich komme trotzdem wieder. - Super gute Lage sowohl zum Bahnhof als auch zur Innenstadt und auch nur 30 Minuten zu Fuß zum Stadion. App. Mit Balkon. Nespresso-Maschine mit 4 Kapseln. Sehr bequeme Betten, umfangreiche Küchenausstattung 8wenn ach nur Geschirr für 2) Leider nur ein Stuhl im Zimmer, obwohl ein Doppelzimmer ( Apartment M mit Balkon) Keine Ablage für den Koffer . Zimmer insgesamt eher klein. Der digitale Schlüssel hat leider nicht funktioniert und das einchecken am Terminal war schwierig, weil unklar war, dass der „in der Mail angegebene Buchungscode“ die buchungsnummer von Booking.com gemeint ist. Hatte Glück, dass ein sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter gerade vorbeikam. Nicht geeignet, wenn man etwas arbeiten möchte/muss, da kein Schreibtisch Trotzdem überwiegen die Vorteile:-)

Juliane (8/5): Super Lage, um Leipzig zu erkunden - Es war super unkompliziert und das Personal war sehr freundlich, unkompliziert, lösungsorientiert und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer S und M sind recht klein bzw. eng.

Franziska (8/5): Sehr schönes Apartment, gerne wieder für einen Kurztrip nach Leipzig - Sehr schönes Gebäude , was super zentral liegt. Das Apartment ist sehr schick und komfortabel ausgestattet. Es gibt leider nur eine Badewanne mit Dusche , beim ein und aussteigen ist eine erhöhte Verletzungsgefahr.

Harald (9/5): Rundum glücklich und zufrieden - Die Einrichtung ist top, der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alle Änderungen konnten ohne Probleme vor Ort durchgeführt werden. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in perfekter Lage. Eine kleine Bedienungsanleitung für die tolle vorhandene Teufelbox wäre hilfreich. Das ist aber jammern auf ganz hohem Niveau. ☺️

Nina (7/5): Für einen kurzen Städtetrip geeignet. - Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof und mitten im Zentrum war hervorragend um alles erreichen zu können. Auch war der Service sehr freundlich und wir konnten eine Datumsänderung des Besuchs zuverlässig klären. Den Check In kann man schnell und selbstständig erledigen. Leider hatten wir etwas Pech mit unserem Zimmer. Es war sehr klein und zum Innenhof ausgerichtet, wo zu dem Zeitpunkt (April '26) ein Gerüst stand. Es war dadurch sehr dunkel, einige Kleinigkeiten wie ein Schminkspiegel fehlten und wir hatten uns für den Preis etwas mehr erhofft. Die Gläser in der Küche waren leider nicht ganz sauber.

Aproape de centru si de toate chestiile utile, market, terase, restaurante. Receptia e la etajul 6 si cei de acolo sunt foarte amabili, mi-au permis un early check in free.

Klaus (1/5): Top Hotel, aber meine Kundendaten wurden gehackt - Lage, Online Check in, Zimmer-Größe und -Ausstattung waren prima. Offenbar wurden im Vorfeld meine Kundendaten beim Amano Hotel gehackt und am 9.12.25 und 21.12.25 Phishing-Versuche unter meiner privaten Handy-Nr. via WhatsApp unternommen. Meine Warnung an das Amano Hotel per Email am 09.12.25 wurde leider bis heute komplett ignoriert.
