• Lüder (8/5): Einfach gut schlafen. - Das Bad ist nagelneu! Direkt am Bahnhof und total ruhig. Beim reinkommen ist der erst Eindruck "alt", alte Deko, alte Teppiche, aber dann das ganz neue Bad und bequemes Bett echt super.

• Chantal (7/5): Basic hotel, prima voor onze plannen, maar verder niets bijzonders. - Wij hadden dit hotel gekozen vanwege een bezoek aan de beurs in Essen. Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van het station van Mulheim en vanaf daar is een goede verbinding met trein en metro naar het beursgebouw. Omdat we het hotel alleen gebruikt hebben om te overnachten voldeed het. De badkamers op beide kamers waren mooi gerenoveerd, helaas het meubilair en aankleding van de rest van de kamer niet. Gratis parkeerplaats bij het hotel. Wij vonden het jammer dat er geen personeel aanwezig was. Je krijgt een deurcode om het hotel en de kamer binnen te komen. Er is beneden een hele ongezellige kleine ruimte met drank/snackautomaat waar je eventueel 's-avonds kunt gaan zitten. Ook is er geen ontbijt mogelijk. Wij hebben iedere ochtend (behalve zondag) ontbeten bij bakkerij Horsthemke in het station van Mulheim (dit kunnen wij van harte aanbevelen). Op 1 van de kamers was de eerste dag de douche afvoer verstopt. Om dit te melden hebben wij een aantal keren geprobeerd telefonisch contact te krijgen met iemand van het personeel, dit is uiteindelijk pas in de middag gelukt. Toen wij 's avonds weer op de kamer kwamen hebben wij zelf de afvoer van de douche gecontroleerd. Het afvoerfilter bleek helemaal verstopt te zitten, dat was heel smerig, maar we hebben dus zelf alle haren en viesigheid hieruit gehaald en hierna onze handen tien keer gewassen. We hadden hiervoor overigens ook onze eigen zeep nodig, want er is geen zeep of douchegel aanwezig.

• Lui (6/5): Pleasant - Location is pretty good, a short walk to the main station There was a bit of noise but wasn't enough to bother me at night For the price its ok No Wifi, frigde, kitchenware so its a very simple stay The bed frame was broken when i arrived, they changed if after i messaged them which is good, but they could have seen that before my checkin

• Jakob (8/5): - When we arrived we never had a code to get in and once we called they didn’t seem to know I had a booking. But at the end we got in. But then we were missing towels so we reached out and had more towels when we got back from the city. We got what we needed.
• Mike (9/5): Very enjoyable, good location not far from the train station. - Everything was clean and a nice large bathroom. The Jazz evening was great.

• Tereza (6/5): I didn´t felt comfortable and safe in this hotel. - Near the center of the city and shopping center. Bathroom was clean but not comfortable. There is no reception, you have to call mobile number and then you will get code, that code is opening entrance at the building as well as entrance of your room. You can hear your neighbors clearly, walls are too tick. There is wi fi but I was provided with wrong password, that I couldn´t connect. I got my bill day after my stay in hotel, on mail, after I send 2 mails with kindly ask for bill, that I needed for my company.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Verbesserungsfähig - Hatten nicht das gebuchte Zimmer, sondern eine Art kleiner Ferienwohnung. Man muss einen Code im Nachbargebäude eingeben, dann hängen alle Schlüssel offen an einem Brett. Den Code hatten wir nicht vorher erhalten. An dem Abend war ein Jazzkonzert im Haus. Da hätten sich auch andere die Schlüssel nehmen können, und der Aufenthaltsbereich der Musiker war vor unserem Zimmer.
• Markus (4/5): - Wir waren Gäste vom 07. - 08.10.2023 im Hotel T&T by Thiesmann. In der Nacht wollten wir duschen, leider war dies nur mit kalten Wasser möglich. Wir entschieden nicht zu duschen. Am Morgen wollten wir vor der Abreise erneut duschen. Auch hier wieder nur kaltes Wasser. Wir haben das Hotel kontaktiert. Der Vorschlag war, das wir zum Duschen in ein anderes Hotel fahren sollten, welches ca. 10 Minuten entfernt liegt. Die Zeit hatten wir nicht.
