- Gerrit Rolf (10/5): Eine Übernachtung auf der Durchreise. - Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und sehr gepflegt. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Gebäude ist baulich neu grundsaniert und sehr gepflegt. Privatparkplätze sind hinter dem Haus auf dem hoteleigenen Grundstück vorhanden. Die Therme ist unmittelbar auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite.

- John (9/5): Good Allrounder and value for money - Large, comfortable room. Restaurant open all day, ample free parking. The breakfast was perfect and the value for money was good. It was ideal stopover for our drive to Spain. There was some building work going on. It has to be done sometime though.
- Rosemarie (9/5): Tolles Komforthotel an der Therme - Ich habe ein upgrade auf ein sehr komfortables Doppelzimmer erhalten. Das war von der Ausstattung und Komfort super. Vielen Dank dafür. Das Personal ist insgesamt sehr nett und angenehm entspannt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Zur Innenstadt muss man einen Spaziergang durch den Kurpark in Kauf nehmen, dafür ist die Lage gegenüber der Therme unschlagbar. Leider ist ist die kleine Strasse vor dem Hotel unerwartet viel befahren. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts.

- Thomas (10/5): Gut erreichbar, top Infrastruktur - Auf der Fahrt nach Frankreich haben wir hier Zwischenstation gemacht. Top erreichbar, das war uns wichtig. Und die Unterkunft selbst war top, sehr großzügig. Und: Es gibt eine Ladestation am Haus. Sehr freundliches Personal zudem.

- Marti (5/5): Degelijk maar toch teleurgesteld - Het is een prima hotel. Niet meer en niet minder. Personeel is attent. Helaas ging er bij ons bezoek ook het een en ander mis. Zo kregen we een upgrade maar bleek deze kamer nog bezet (we zijn zelfs binnen geweest en troffen de spullen van andere gasten aan). Verder ontbrak er een douchegordijn op de kamer waardoor voorbijgangers zo de douche in konden kijken. Daarnaast werden we in de ochtend tot 3 keer toe gestoord door iemand die wilde weten of onze kamer al vrij was (geen idee wie dit was en waarom hij dit wilde weten). Al met al niet echt tevreden over het hotel al hoop ik dat dit vooral pech was voor ons en niet de standaard.

Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal im Frühstücksrestaurant war sehr aufmerksam. Personal an der Rezeption war unterbesetzt. Minibar vorhanden, aber leider nicht bestückt. Hotelbar war um 21.50 Uhr nicht besetzt.

- Helen (9/5): Relaxing, convenient place for spa guests - The room felt huge (especially after our stay in a very small room in Strasbourg the night before), the bed really is objectively huge and very comfortable (more recently renovated than photos on the website indicated), the location is incredibly quiet - views of fields and trees from a corner of the balcony. Restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Very convenient for the spa / thermal baths across the street (it really feels like you're already in the spa). We would stay there again in a heartbeat, and were there with a friend who has already stayed there a couple of times. He mentioned that breakfast is always crowded - and despite the attentive staff, we still had to wait in line for coffee, search a little bit for food items. Maybe it would help if tables had the option of thermoses of coffee (for us quantity, and the option to relax instead of waiting in line, is more important than the quality of the coffee). I never found plain yogurt to go with my muesli, but there was delicious Bircher muesli to go with my fruit and cereal.

Et nous avions une très belle vue sur les thermes . Le personnel est très accueillant. Pas assez de tradition en français. C’est bien dommage car beaucoup de clients viennent de France.

- jana (9/5): Perfekt um mal runter zu kommen - Das Hotelzimmer war direkt gegenüber der Therme. Ein Besuch am Abend hat sich daher angeboten. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Balkon und das bequeme Bett waren wie die Kirsche auf der Torte. :-) Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig und lud zum entspannen ein. In 2-3 Gehminuten ist auch ein sehr schöner Park gelegen, welcher ideal für ein frühes Joggen oder Spazieren geeignet ist. Das Frühstück hatte für jeden Geschmack etwas zu bieten.
