- Mohammad (5/5): Best to avoid because check in so poor - Beautiful building and spacious room. Absolutely appalling lack of communication prior to arrival, left completely in dark (literally) about where to go and what to do. Host tried to hang up on us then denied trying to do so then took us through very complicated instructions with poor English and trying to send us to a different location. Finally got room as booked after protesting. Failure to apologise, very poor customer service and although place was nice the feeling of comfort was ruined by their incompetence and laxidaical attitude to check in.
