• Giovanna (6/5): Appartamento con bagno da ristrutturare - Posizione comoda dietro a Piazza Navona, 2 supermercati nelle vicinanze e locali e bar aperti. Stazione taxi in fondo al vicolo in Piazza Chiesa Nuova. Casa ben riscaldata, 2 televisioni una in camera e una in soggiorno, macchina nespresso per caffè e bollitore e due piastre per scaldare i cibi. Finestre in soggiorno, in cucina e in stanza per poter arieggiare i locali. Check in da remoto con chiavi in cassettino.Stoviglie adeguate per una piccola cucina (solo per colazione e una pasta ma non di più). La casa è al secondo piano con scale molto ripide per una persona anziana o con problemi (questo non è menzionato nella descrizione dell'appartamento). Inoltre il bagno andrebbe completamente ristrutturato: forte odore persistente di fogna tutto il giorno (il bagno è in camera) che ha reso difficile il soggiorno. È stato segnalato anche da altri utenti. Manca un microonde (non c'è il forno).

Les odeurs nauséabondes dans la salle de bain qui nous ont obligé à dormir dans le salon, pas de micro-onde...
• Dominic (8/5): Perfect location, only a couple minuses, but not enough to not stay here - The location is second to none. The space is large and has all of the amenities you need to enjoy yourself in Rome. There is a state l sewer smell that seems to come up from the shower drain, but if you keep the fan on I'm the bathroom, if kind of handles it. I hope the owner will take care of this. Also, the bathroom sink will splash all over you if you turn it on any more than a small amount.

• García (7/5): Ubicación inmejorable pero caro para su estado. - Muy buena ubicación La escalera de acceso al 2º piso es muy empinada y estrecha paratransitarla con una maleta. El apartamento necesita muchos arreglos que, si bien son pequeños, dan sensación de viejo y descuidado. Toallas y sabanas muy usadas, lamparas sin enchufe o bombilla, grifo del lavabo sin difusor (salpica mucho), y limpieza justa. Sin embargo la ubicación es perfecta. Los anfitriones están localizables y son amables.

We weren’t sure where it came from Unpleasant smell in the bathroom as well because of the toilets, we had to keep the bowl closed

• Lars (10/5): Perfect location - Perfect location in the center of Rome. We used the apartment mainly for the nights, and had our meals on restaurants. All basics were available in the apartment and "stylish" is an appropriate word for describing the atmosphere. In a comparison with a hotel room, this is a much better solution, with more space surrounding you. Will recommend any time.

• Filip (6/5): perfect location to visit Rome - Very good location - a good place to explore Rome on foot, lots of pubs, bars and shops nearby Easy check-in/check-out without contacting staff The apartment is quite comfortable for 2 persons The Internet worked very well Comfortable mattress on the bed The weakest point of the apartment is the bathroom: - the bathroom door (sliding) is very difficult to close and open - the shower head is broken - it falls - water is leaking from the shower onto the bathroom floor - the toilet had an unpleasant smell (unwashed) - we had to buy a fragrance block for the toilet - during our stay, the flush stopped working (no water) - a repair by a plumber was necessary - there is no place to hang towels after a bath in the bathroom or apartment (no dryer / hooks) It is surprising that many of the problems indicated in the previous reviews are repeated and the owner of the apartment does nothing to solve them.
• Ruxandra (8/5): Excellent location, good place to rest up - Location was absolutely fantastic. Really hard to beat it. Easy to reach the property managers and they were very helpful. Bed was comfortable, linens were clean, and the apartment was a nice size! Internet was fast and reliable. Was a great deal compared to anything else in the area during the dates we were there so it was a steal. The bathroom was poorly ventilated and despite our best efforts it was not in good shape by the end of the week we were there. Unfortunately no access to cleaning products in the apartment to mitigate this. There were also a few spots on the walls that had clearly not been cleaned in a long while in the bedroom and bathroom.

There was a coffee machine, but there was none coffee capsules, we had to buy. Also a door to bathroom is a bit hard to close/open.

• Diane (5/5): Safe, clean and well-located but the host does the absolute minimum for guests. - Location was excellent, near many restaurants, bars, not overly touristy, safe.. Apartment was clean. The "host" seemed like a computer. I asked for more towels and was told we each got a bath towel and a hand towel in our "welcome kit." One bath towel for 7 days. There was no towel rod or shelves in the bathroom. I am not being a "spoiled tourist." All other Airbnbs where we stayed supplied more amenities. When we arrived, we retrieved the key from the lockbox easily. However, the old style key was difficult to work. After about 5 minutes, I texted the property that we couldn't open the door. My husband finally figured it out after 10 minutes and no word from the host. No personal touches, very basic and unwelcoming.

• Stefan (10/5): Very good location, close to historical landmarks and hip quarters like Trastevere, recommend - Best location i have ever had probably, 2 minutes from Piazza Navona by foot, 50 meters away from a street filled with amazing restaurants and bars. Some additional amenities like a steam iron, washing machine. The stairs are a bit narrow, but this was all known before we booked, no big issues with the flat :)

No tv, steep and dark staircase, the lights in the staircase didn’t work (or I didn’t know how to turn them on), I wish there was a shower mat/rug in front of the shower stall.
