• Ani Chitidze (9/5): Coffee machine would be great - Location is exeptional. You are in the middle of florence. You don't need transport. Everything is around you Stairs are very heavy to walk. Now I can realise the sence of the film 5 flights up. I could't understand why wife wanted to sell house now I guess the rison

• Horacio (4/5): Poor apartment in a very good location - The location of the apartment is very central and many things are within walking distance. The kitchen is well equipped with a large refrigerator. We had to wait to receive the keys despite having communicated previously as requested. To get to the apartment you have to climb a very steep and narrow staircase. The kitchen window cannot be opened because of the smell of sewage coming from the inner courtyard. The French bed is not suitable for two people as advertised. The mattress is very saggy in the middle and the bed is very narrow so two people cannot normally sleep there. We asked for an extra sheet to sleep on the sofa (also very uncomfortable mattress) and they wanted to charge us additionally. For two days we were without wifi because they were not able to pay for it, on a vacation it is not always necessary, but I just had two videocalls for work and had to go to a bar without privacy but with wifi for it. It has two toilets but one is so small that it is not possible to use. The water pump is so noisy that it wakes up the sleeping person.
• Aamirali (2/5): - Run !! They do false advertising for the pricing. once you book the room , then you will get a text from saying there will be an additional charge for cleaning in euros and if you disagree , they will just keep all your money . Such a fraud . will not recommend anyone

Le propriétaire nous avait informé sur 90€ frais de nettoyage QUE le dernier jour pour l’annulation gratuite sur une app Expédia qui n’a pas de notif. La personne gérant check-in nous a demandé de payer ces frais sur whatsapp 30m avant d’arriver. Pourquoi pas nous informer avant sur WHATSAPP ??? Je mettais 2 étoiles pour communication car j’ai une part de responsabilié de ne pas avoir fait attention aux notif d’Expédia mais toute cela reste pas claire…. D’ailleurs, 90€ - frais de nettoyage pour UNE SEULE NUIT ? C’est une maison de Trump 1000m2 ? Nous avons décidé de pas fait check in ça part déjà très mal
• SHAHID (2/5): - No WiFi even though it is advertised. The second “full bath” is basically a combo toilet and shower stall crammed in a small closet. Enough room for a child to use, not useful for adults. The flat is located on the fourth floor with narrow uneven steps leading to it. Very dangerous by American standards. One tenant would walk his scary big black dog unleashed in the hallways and staircase, and of course did not understand English. It’s not advisable to rent this in summer as their is no AC in the flat (we just assumed there was).
• Györgyike (8/5): Very good - The biggest positive is that the apartment is in the middle of the city center. On the 3rd floor of an old house. Fortunately, it doesn't face the street. It feels like it was decorated with love. In the larger bedroom, they also left the old fresco decoration.There is a microwave oven, no kettle, but the kitchen is quite well equipped. You can get a lot of things in a small shop next to the house. Unfortunately, the smaller bedroom faces the street, and even though it is a side street, it is sometimes quite loud. The other bedroom overlooks the courtyard. The smaller bathroom is so tiny that you can hardly fit in it. Taking a shower is almost impossible, at least for a small child. When it initially turned out that there was no water coming out of it at all and I reported this, they replied that I should contact the service department. I did not find this normal, which I indicated. But no one came to fix it in 3 days. Anyone who cannot climb stairs, especially unusually high ones, should not come here

• Lyudmila (9/5): Superb - The central location, perfect for a city visit. It should be noticed but only as information that the apartment is located on the third floor and there is no elevator.
