• SMS90 (8/5): Lovely room in the heart of Naples with lots of parking options. Very good host - A great location with plenty of parking around. The room was very clean with a very comfortable bed. The host was very nice and attentive, she was easy to get a hold of any time. The shower takes a while to get hot if at all but overall the stay was great.

Im Zimmer hat es etwas gestunken. Das ging durch Fenster öffnen und lüften dann vorläufig weg. Vermutlich die Rohre.

• Vita Berenyte (7/5): Nice rooms with awful stairway - Cute reception and room with nice interior. Easy self check-in. The stairway was awful, like something from a horror movie. We asked for an early check-in (just 2 hours earlier), but were told it was impossible because the room needed to be cleaned. However, when we arrived to leave our bags, we noticed the room was already clean, yet they still didn’t allow us to use it earlier.

• Ylenja (6/5): Okey - Unterkunft genügt für kurzen Aufenthalt, keinerlei persönlichen Kontakt - Die Zimmer waren wie abgebildet & wir hatten mit 2 Handgepäck stück genug Platz.. Man war schnell zu Fuss in allen Richtungen und das Frühstück, welches im nahegelegenen Café eingenommen werden kann, war sehr lecker. Die Metro ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Das Gebäude, in welchem sich die Unterkunft befindet, ist in einem eher schlechten Zustand und die unmittelbar umliegenden Häuser wirkten wenig vertrauenswürdig. Die Dusche lässt wie in vielen südlichen Regionen von Italien zu wünschen übrig. Der Kontakt bezüglich Check-In/-out und Roomservice etc. findet alles über Whatsapo statt. Dies empfanden wir als sehr unpersönlich und unverständlich. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, das die "Reception" auch mal besetzt ist.... Zudem kann das ständige Nachfragen per Nachricht schnell als aufdringlich aufgenommen werden, besonders wenn man nicht häufig am Handy ist. Die TouristenTax konnte nur Bar oder per Banküberweisung (mit entsprechendem nachfragen) erfolgen obwohl es in der Unterkunft einen Sticker mit Kartenakzeptierung und ein Kartengerät gab.... Dies war für uns entäuschend.

• Kimberly (3/5): Prima kamer, smerige omgeving, slechte hostess - De kamer was goed. Modern ingericht, schoon en alle basisbehoeften waren aanwezig. De locatie zit redelijk dicht op het centrum maar zit weggestopt in een afgelegen straat. De entree is niet duidelijk aangeven dus het is even zoeken en eenmaal binnen kom je in een vies oud trappenhuis wat niet af doet aan de entree van een gemiddeld crackpand. Er is ook geen lift dus je mag zelf 3 verdiepingen op met je koffer wat niet ideaal is. Eenmaal binnen kom je in een verlaten algemene ruimte waar ook je kamer aan grenst. De kamer zelf is mooi en ziet er goed uit. De badkamer is wat krap, maar dat snap ik een stad als Napels. Het bed zelf is af waardoor je wegzakt in het matras en de lattenbodem duidelijk voelt met als gevolg last van je rug na een nacht slapen. We hebben geen een keer iemand gezien achter de desk in het pand en het contact met de hostess verliep ook niet helemaal lekker aangezien wij om 2 uur ‘s nachts appjes ontvingen over de toeristenbelasting. Het ontbijt is vrij karig en wordt buiten de B&B verzorgd, ondanks dat deze ook in de B&B verzorgd zou worden. Al met al een prima kamer maar voor de rest niet aan te raden.

Hanno perso le chiavi, quindi siamo rimasti senza chiavi quando siamo arrivati! Ma la proprietaria ha aiutato con codice per usare la camera! Ma non è una cosa accettabile! Poi, a volte detto istruzioni incompleti e non ha risposto immediatamente alla chiamata per aprire il cancello inferiore altrimenti bloccato.

• Mette (7/5): Nice rooms but shady enterance and poor communication about self-check in / parking - Billig overnatning og fin beliggenhed. Flot indrettet. Det er et personalefrit hotel, og det var besværligt at aftale parkering og få adgang til hotellet. Et par dage inden check ind modtager vi en WhatsApp besked med mange instruktioner og ting vi skal udfylde inden check in.

Dejlig morgenmad og dejligt at kunne få opbevaret bagage efter tjek ud. Indgangs partiet til opgangen ser meget skummelt ud og er misvisende ift hvordan værelserne er.

• Maria (10/5): En general, una muy buena opción si buscas buena ubicación, limpieza y un trato excelente. - Nuestra experiencia en el Hotel Nápoles fue muy positiva. Desde el primer momento el personal fue muy amable y atento: nos permitieron dejar las maletas antes del check-in sin ningún problema. La ubicación es excelente (10/10), perfecta para moverse por la ciudad, y la limpieza en todas las áreas fue impecable. Un detalle que nos gustó mucho fue que, como teníamos que salir muy temprano por la mañana, nos ofrecieron el desayuno el día anterior, lo cual fue un gran gesto por parte del hotel. Todo el personal merece un 10 por su trato cercano y profesional. Como aspecto a tener en cuenta, el hotel no cuenta con ascensor y se encuentra en un segundo piso, lo que puede ser un inconveniente si llevas mucho equipaje o tienes problemas de movilidad.

• Drawo (9/5): - Camere nuove molto belle e curate, silenziose. Non sono grandissime ma molto confortevoli. La comunicazione è filata liscia senza problemi. Posizione ottimale sia per la stazione che per la visita della città, è anche vicinissima alla fermata della metro. Il palazzo e la via esterna non sono delle migliori, non sono pericolose ma piuttosto mal tenute quindi arrivando la cosa è un po' di impatto.

• Joana (6/5): Good location, clear instructions to access the building but weird responses from the host - It’s near the center, had AC and it was a nice room. On the last day the host asked for the tourist tax and questioned if I had arrived in the room (?) because I “didn’t get in touch”. This was weird, specially because you call someone to open the door on the first day when getting to the building. We had to leave the tourist tax in the room, which is weird considering the money is not handed to a person who is able to confirm the amount and the due payment. The host replied “this is a b&b, not a hotel”. The breakfast is not a real or complete breakfast. Just a coffee and a pastry. There are no alternative options for a piece of bread or other healthier options. Also, you need to walk a few minutes to get to the cafe where you get the breakfast, it’s not even on the same building.

• Marcela (10/5): Godersi, socializzare e bere Aperol :) - Objekt ima sve što vam je potrebno: fenomenalno sušilo za kosu, skladištenje prtljage, frižider, šalice za espresso i aparat za espresso. Komunikacija s domaćicom se odvija preko Whats appa i dostupna je u svakom trenutku (vrlo brzo odgovori na pitanja). Upute za check in su dosta jasne i jednostavne. Doručak je bio talijanskog tipa i sasvim dovoljan, u obližnjem kafiću, sastojao se od izbora jednog slatkog peciva (kroasan, graffa, brioche ili sfogliatella) i kave ili cijeđenog soka. U jednom kratkom periodu od 3h smo ostali bez tople vode, ali s obzirom da često putujemo u Napulj, znamo da je to skroz normalna situacija i da se može desiti bilo gdje.

• Julia (10/5): - The hotel feels new and beautifully renovated, even though it’s located in a historical building with a rather curious entrance. Both the hotel and our room were stylish and thoughtfully designed. The room was quiet, spacious, and had everything we needed — including an iron, coffee machine, and other essentials for a comfortable stay. We chose this location because we planned to travel to nearby islands by ferry, so being close to the port was a big advantage. Breakfast is offered through a nearby café, which was convenient and a nice touch. We couldn’t figure out how to use the coffee machine in the room. A short instruction or label would have been helpful.
• Fernanda (7/5): - Ottima la localizzazione, comoda e ben collegata. La struttura è pulita e ordinata, ma l’esperienza nel complesso è stata deludente. Non c’era nessuno dello staff in loco, tutto è stato gestito online, il che può andare bene, ma in caso di problemi è difficile ricevere assistenza. Il Wi-Fi non funzionava durante tutto il soggiorno e, nonostante la segnalazione, il problema non è stato risolto. Per chi ha bisogno di una connessione stabile, questo è un aspetto molto negativo. Peccato, perché la struttura avrebbe del potenziale.

• Adelle (6/5): Just Ok - The location was near a lot of shops, restaurants, the port and main streets.. was very easy to access to the ferry we were taking the next day. You can go by foot within 10 min. The instructions to check in were straightforward and easy. You can take the bus from the airport to close by the hotel and just walk 5 min to it. The hotel was clean The hotel was a bit tricky to find at night. We were charged 10€ extra for the late check-in even though there was no receptionist there. The host was nkt really friendly/ helpful. The coffee machine was broken, leaked all over the floor. There was a kettle in the room, but there were no other cups for tea or coffee. There were some 30 ml espresso glasses, but nothing else. Not even glasees to drink water. The flat has no lift.
• Ivana (10/5): Att rekommendera - Byggnaden utanför ser gammal ut, men inne är allt renoverat, rummet är rymligt och bekväm. Toaletten rent och välstädat. Frukosten är i ett café några meter bort. Man får ett snack och en dricka. Det räcker, men man kan allt köpa till om det behövs. Värden är lätt att kommunicera med, vänlig och hjälpsam. Bra läge, nära till Metro Inget
