- Verified traveler (4/5): Poor quality and smelt of smoke - The very small studio flat was up 4 very steep flights of stairs, and when we reached the top the flat was hot and stuffy. It also stank of smoke, which has unfortunately now made our clothes smell of smoke for the rest of our holiday. The uncomfortable bed was up a very steep metal ladder on a mezzanine level, which you couldn’t get up and down easily unless you were fully awake during the night. There were also very few basic items you would expect with an apartment such as a tea towel, dish clothes, tea/coffee or basic tourist information etc. The communication with tiny Velluti was very good however - they texted us before hand to arrange being let into the properly. The location was great - only a few minutes walk from the Ponte Vecchio. The WiFi was also fast too, however we had to ask to have the WiFi password as this was also not made available. Unfortunately the overwhelming smell of smoke, the uncomfortable rock hard bed and sofa overshadowed our stay significantly.
- Annick (4/5): Hebergement tres mal entretenu - Appartement très bien situé. Pas d'ascenceur précisé dans l'annonce mais 4 étage !!! l hôte ou la représentante de l'hôte n'a pas fait de check in . Elle a été réactive lorsqu'on lui a demandé des draps supplémentaires pour le canapé l'accès au lit 2 personnes en mezzanine étant difficile pour une des personnes locataires moyennant 20€ supplémentaires. Le revêtement tissu du canapé est tres sale, le four et la plaque du four sont sales. Dans la salle de bain pas d'eau chaude le 1er jour obligée d'appeler l'assistance qui a apparemment mis en route à distance le ballon d eau chaude, porte serviette cassé. impossible d'ouvrir la porte d entrée de l immeuble avec la clé obligée d'envoyer un texto à Samara qui a renvoyé une vidéo pour nous montrer comment "titiller "la serrure " afin de l 'ouvrir. Tres peu d utensiles de cuisine par exemple pas de plat pour le four un seul bol. Sol de l appartement sale. On nous a demandé 60 euros pour forfait de nettoyage que nous avons payé en arrivant alors que nous autions dû les payer en partant, lors du check out qui n'a pas eu lieu... Bref pas tres contentes de cet hebergement bien situe mais pas entretenu hotel .com devrait verifier avat de mettre en ligne l'annonce
