• Markus (7/5): Eine schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen Abstrichen. - Gute Lage, schönes Ambiente, tolles Personal, super Service. Die Tipps für Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe waren top.. Wir brauchten eine Kaffeemaschine/Espressokanne. Innerhalb kurzer Zeit hatten wir eine neue vor der Tür. (Funktionierte aber leider nicht, da sie nicht für den Induktionsherd geeignet war. Dafür ein Minuspunkt). Der Balkon super, auch wenn etwas klein. Es fehlen Haken zum aufhängen von Handtüchern, Haken. Papierhandtücher, Toilettenpapier, Klopapierhalterung, Handtuch (im kleinen Klo) fehlten.
• James (10/5): - Beautiful home, we loved the terrace and the plentiful air conditioning units. I can't think of anything we didn't like. We loved it.
• Mark (8/5): Wonderful trip, great host who provided first class hospitality and meal recommendations. Beware scammers in the Basilic - Central location, safe and quiet. The lofted space might be challenging for travellers with mobility difficulties. This is not our experience, just a comment to others.
• Birgit (10/5): - Tolle Lage, tolle vintage Einrichtung. Der Balkon lädt zum entspannen ein. Bäcker direkt vor der Tür.
• Lucy (7/5): - We loved the location of this apartment to the restaurants and bars - on the opposite side of the main historic attractions. Host who met us there was lovely too. Unfortunate that basics such as oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea weren’t provided since there was an equipped kitchen so we didn’t cook. Only having one key was inconvenient as we were two couples sometimes doing different things throughout the day however we made it work.
• Dominique (10/5): - The property was very neat and stylishly decorated. The property manager was very friendly and easy to deal with. He also gave us great recommendations for the supermarket and restaurants. The property was an easy walk to Ponte Vecchio and most tourist attractions. It was also close to the bus that we needed. The kitchen facilities were great and enabled us to eat in. The balcony was also lovely to eat breakfast and dinner on. We were very happy with our stay.

• Cliff (8/5): Lovely Florence apartment - Lovely room Good facilities Nice view Good location Near a bakers too Only problem is that a roof top view which was lovely is the same level as other houses sewer pipe vents. So a bit smelly but small price to pay
• Barati (9/5): Amazing place in a lovely neighborhood full of bars restaurants and small shops - Great location, beautiful apartment with all stuff you need. The stairs were uncomfortable for carrying big luggage to third floor which is Terrace on the roof
• Dianne van (10/5): - Mooi appartement op de bovenste etage. Heerlijk balkon. Op loopafstand van het centrum maar toch heel rustig. Netjes ontvangen. Echt een aanrader!!!
• David (9/5): Comfortable apartment within easy walking distance of restaurants and the main sights - Good location - quiet street but plenty of restaurants, shops and bars within easy walking distance. Very clean and comfortable apartment. Lovely mattress! Everything was excellent other than the lack of any tea towels for drying the crockery we used and I found the pillows too firm so a choice of softer pillows would be good

• Veronica (6/5): - This was an adorable apartment with a loft area. It was perfect size for our family of 4. We loved the quaint, quiet street with so many fabulous restaurants nearby. (Authentic ones, not tourist traps). Our *only* drawback was cockroaches. We killed at least 10 over our 3 day stay. They were mostly in the kitchen/living area. It was so disappointing because everything else was lovely. It’s not what you want to have to deal with on a very expensive vacation.
• Cezar (10/5): - Charming, cozy, warm, welcoming. A neat place with character, hard to capture in words. Tastefully decorated with attention to details. Clean. Would go back any time.
• Erin (6/5): - There are 65 steps to the front door, only 2 rolls of toilet paper, no ice trays, no coffee cups or dish towel. Location is great, the terrace is peaceful and the AC was good. Tiny stall shower as is common in Europe.

• Marjolein (8/5): - We were a bit surprised that the apartment is on the fourth floor (no elevator). Quietly situated and spacious, the terrace is small but nice! No dishwasher, locks on the bathrooms doesn’t work. Airco works very well, beds are comfy and WiFi is ok. At walking distance from a supermarket, and very good restaurants!
• Mauricio (2/5): - El lugar es increíble, la atención del anfitrión muy mala, y una ves llegando me cobraron 120 euros de limpieza y de un impuesto que nunca me dijeron ni venia en la reservación ni en la página, muy muy mal. Quiero un reembolso de ese pago, ni un recibo tuve.
• Sean (9/5): Would be very happy to stay here again - Looked very recently modernised, nice balcony that catches the afternoon/evening sun, handy location for tourist site visits but away from the crowds. Close to some very good restaurants, there’s also a friendly patisserie for morning coffee/croissants a couple of doors away, and a small Carrefour supermarket 3 min walk away. WiFi worked. Some tea towels would have been nice.
• Aurélie (10/5): - Séjour de 5 jours mi avril, en famille. L'appartement est très agréable, très propre. Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis. L'appartement est situé dans une zone calme qui permet de rejoindre le centre à pieds en 15 minutes. Pâtisserie située en bas de l'appartement - très bonne - supermarché à 5 min à pied, pizzeria à proximité pour dîner sur place ou à emporter.
