• Joseph (8/5): Great location, average room - Pros -fair price -awesome location, right near the bridge and the Santo Spirito square which is the best food -air conditioning was great -the woman who greeted us was very friendly Cons -The shower is too small to wash yourself in, which makes no sense because the bathroom is a decent size. Truly, I had to open the shower door to bend over to grab the soap -the washer/dryer is a tiny all-in-one and they didn't provide laundry detergent. -69 stairs with luggage is tough -the doorway to the room is about 5'11" tall and has a sharp ledge that I kept banging my head into -bedroom mattress has a huge divot so we slept on the pull out couch

• Guest (8/5): - Les 5 étages sans ascenseur ou monte charge on été difficile a monter avec tout nos bagages. Nous sommes partie prêt d’un mois en Italie avec mon garçon de 2 ans alors nous avions beaucoup de bagage. Mes parents qui nous accompagnais ont plus de 70ans et ma mère as un problème au genoux. L’information n’étais pas partager au sujet des l’étages à monter et du fais qu’il n’avais pas de monte charge. Principalement nous cherchions avec ces critères, une mauvaise communication au départ lors de la réservation?? Ce fut notre seul point négatif marquant.
• Oda (6/5): Slitent og ikke så komfortabelt, men veldig fin beliggenhet - Veldig fin beliggenhet og en koselig, liten balkong. Airconditionanlegget på soverommet bråkte, madrassen på soverommet hadde et søkk på den ene sida og dusjhodet (og mest sannsynlig slangen) burde byttes ut. Når sovesofaen på kjøkkenet er slått ut er det ikke plass til å spise der, vi måtte flytte bordet inn på soverommet for å spise frokost.
• Sandro (8/5): Very good - The apartment is located perfectly, in 2 minutes from Ponte Vecchio, in walking distance to every place of interest. Kerolin was very nice. She met us downstairs and helped find the place The apartment is on the 5th floor with the stiff stairs. The matrass was uncomfortable and needs to be renewed. The shower was too small.
• Eric (4/5): Ok stay but check in could be improved and air conditioner cleaned - Location of apartment was good Check in experience could have been much better. Managed by a rental company and met person on check in. the instructions to check in were not clear on how to find the apartment. The other issue is that once we found the correct address there was no-one at the door to meet us, had to climb the flights of stairs to finally figure out exactly which apartment was the correct one. This is an old building and the stairs are very worn. I cannot remember if in details of apartment but there are about 6-7 flights of stairs till you arrive to the apartment so not good if an individual has issues with stairs. Air conditioner in the bedroom was very moldy and bothered my allergies tremendously, would need to be cleaned and would not recommend if someone has issues with allergies.
• Suzanne (4/5): Very tired - Being in the historic city of Florence you can’t expect loads of modern facilities, however this room does need some work. The bed/mattress is very uncomfortable and needs replacing. Kitchen is very dated. Bad drain/damp smell throughout the communal areas. Stairs are lethal with luggage and the property is the top floor. Shower is very small and needs a thorough clean/replacing.
• Dimitrina (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect!! Very hospitable owners! Very comfortable beds and pillows, even the sofa bed is comfortable! Yes, there are a lot of stairs but if you are a backpacker it's all good, our mothers did well with the stairs, not a problem in my opinion. The location is just perfect, very close to everything, a nice café/bar next to the place and very tasty ice cream shop and panini shop next to the place as well. I would definitely come back to it!!

• James (8/5): - It was difficult to manage the stairs with luggage. Two times while we were on the stairs the lights went out, Fortunately, we had our phone flashlights otherwise it would have been very treacherous. Also, we could have used a kitchen towel or two. Everything else was very comfortable
