• Tika23 (9/5): Perfect location in Milan - Location is perfect! On a cozy street with a lot of good restaurants and bars, but still very quiet because it is not on the street side. Very spacious too, so I think it is really good value for the price. The contact person was responsive. The bathtub could def be cleaner. The rest of the apartment was very clean. Also the microwave didn't work when I tried it.

• Donna (9/5): Clean apartment in good location - Good size apartment for two people. Good location - close to metro station, restaurants and historic district. May I suggest there be 2 extra pillows - 1 for each person (if required). There was only 1 additional pillow - we both needed an extra pillow. Hand wash gel in a pump bottle would be a nice touch - rather than the two small cakes of soap. Not that this was a problem for us - the shower is over the bath which is quite deep. Not that the property owner can do anything about this - the people in the apartment next door got home at 1.50am 1 night and talked and banged around, either put a dishwasher or washing machine and used the bathroom - it went quiet around 4am - if we could understand Italian we would have been able to join the conversations.
• Suzanne (9/5): Great location and view, easy to find and well equiped. - Great location and very easy to find. It was easy to access as long as you have internet connection available on your phone. It was very clean and had a well equiped kitchen area, having ice in the freezer was an added bonus! There was a great view and we watched an impressive thunder storm one evening. The bed is very low and has little space to manouver around it.

• Marina (10/5): - Очень удобное месторасположения. В пешей доступности магазин, кафе, рестораны и конечно же все достопримечательности. Очень хороший район Милана. Аппартаменты оснащены всем необхадимым - чайник, кофейный аппарат, плита посуда, приборы, микроволновая печь, фен, утюг. Все как дома. Уютно и просторно. Телевизор и интернет. Полотенца, мыло и другие средства. Для стиральной машины даже были капсулы. При бронировании, заселении и выезде на связи был Луиджи. Все детально объяснил как заселиться. Очень внимательный и на все вопросы быстро отвечал. При следующем посещении Милана обьязательно остановимся здесь. Рекомендую. Очень приятное соотнощении цены и качества. Спасибо огромное за хороший прием. Луиджи - привет!

Bizimle ilgilenen Luıgı sürekli bizimle iletişim halindeydi ve bu bizi güvende hissettirdi. Tüm olanaklar için teşekkürler . • Margot (9/5): Super séjour à Milan où tout est possible à pied du logement! - Situé à 12 min à pied du Duomo. Très bel appartement pour 2 personnes bien équipé et super bien situé. Lit très confortable et petite kitchenette suffisant pour un super séjour à Milan. La cafetière ne fonctionne pas très bien et il n’y a pas de grille pain mais sinon tout est parfait!

The location was amazing for us since you have great stores, restaurants and coffee shops around that location. It was not super crowded but the neighbourhood was pleasant, as well as the access to the city centre by walk. I really liked this apartment, cozyness, building itself and location. I do think the house could be more accommodating if you consider staying for a whole week or more and if you intend to cook. For us was perfect but I don't believe it would be as comfortable if we wanted to cook. Plus, we saw a few comments about the bathroom conditions but for us was comfortable enough if you're not picky.

We didn’t meet the owner personally, but all the instructions were clearly given and questions answered promptly on WhatsApp. No complaints

We’re so happy we decided to stay here. The building was easy to find and the instructions from Luigi to gain entry were clear and straightforward. Luigi was very responsive and helpful throughout our trip. It is a small apartment but it has everything you would need for a weekend trip to Milan.

Also nice small restaurants nearby where you can eat for quite cheap. Inside the apartment everything was clean and cozy. Fridge (and some prepared ice cubes), washing machine, tv, air conditioner Not very clear from initial instruction how to open main building door, we just came in with some random person. A bit old furniture, no where to dry clothes but it is quite minor.

• Ivan (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment is really spacious, and there is everything you might need to spend a few days while in Milan. Also, the location is quite central, and you can reach all the landmarks on foot. The owner was nice. The next-door apartment is being renovated, so we were woken up at 8:30 on Sunday by a loud noise of hammer and drilling machine!! The owner said nothing about it beforehand! It really ruined our holiday! Moreover, the floor was not really clean in the apartment, and it would be great to have a few teabags. We also were charged additional 25 euros for the late check-in. Overall, it's quite pricey for such an experience.

• Daniel (8/5): Decent. - The location was great, the bed was bigger then expected and very comfortable. You should change the bed pictures as it seems very small, but in reality has a great size. Missing windows insect screen and there are loads of mosquitoes in Milano... please add some screens for future guests. The sink and bathtub drain protection should be replaced as they have rust, this is cheap and will make a big difference overall.

Clearly no effort - Good location, okay bed - Shutters couldn't come down so we had daylight waking us early 2- thin walls, loud location, could hear everything 3- shower head falling out of wall 4- drain stuck down and wouldn't lift causing bath to fill every shower and we couldn't drain it 5- no reception to help us wiyh issues, we could text our issues for the sake of 3 days and having a busy schedule we thought it was alot of effort 6- place wasn't clean. Dirty glasses and dusty 7- so expensive for what we got.
