• Hernan (4/5): Ok - Close by the areas we visited. The customer care service. On arrival time, after a long day/trip, the customer service agent was rude and no a good help to understand how to get there. The company needs to do a better job explaining what customer service and being emphatic with clients means.

• Larbi (8/5): Très bon emplacement surtout. - Emplacement Consigne d'ouverture des portes pas claires du tous. Arrivés à 22h00 on a eu du mal à ouvrir la porte extérieure vu que le code reçu était erroné,heureusement nous avons croisé à l'entrée une autre famille qui nous a ouvert la porte et communiqué le bon code.On pouvait prévoir une bouteille d'eau ,une bouteille de lait et du savon à l'instar des mes locations antérieures surtout quand on arrive de l'aéroport à 22h00 ou 23h00.Des Petits gestes qui coûtent moins de 5 euros! Le lit : un accessoire en acier dépasse et on l'a heurté plusieurs fois.
• Sharon (5/5): Won’t be recommending this place - The apartment lacked any sense of warmth or comfort. There was no soap or basic tea and instant coffee. The bathroom light was terrible. There was no proper towel rack to hang towels. The hallway to the apartment light didn’t turn on and it was pitch black until you waved your hands in the air. The front entrance to the building smelled of urine. The location was convenient but noisy from trains and trams.

• Janice (7/5): Liked the apartment but could have been a nicer exoerience. - Location is good and apartment is spacious with cooking facilities. There’s no cleaning and change of towels for the 5 nights we stayed. Toiletries (3 tiny bottles of bath/shampoo) and toilet papers provided are insufficient. Extra charges for necessities if requested, are high. Had a wasted trip to Central station to collect apartment keys only to realise there’s no office there and the apartment is 4 metro stops away!
• Robinson (8/5): Good place to stay and close to the Duomo - The location overall is great! Unfortunately is in a street where people go, drink and party on weekend which can be a little bit annoying, how during work days that doesn’t happen A lot of space

• Ali (3/5): Never again - Cleaning Check in was too hard, no sings outside of building, opening the door like a puzzle.In the morning, no water hot and cold in the room. We couldn’t solved the problem till noon.
• Nargiz (8/5): In the heart of Milan - Perfect location. Apartments located just in 5 minutes to Duomo and very close to other monuments and museums. Clean, nice designed No coffee-machine, tea bags, salt etc. It would be good to have at least limited number. Besides, wifi is weak
• Guertin (4/5): Disappointing - Pros: - good location - clean Despite the pros, I would recommend it. The wifi didn’t work the entire trip and the host/customer service did nothing to try to fix it despite us explaining we need it for work. On top of that, they were extremely rude, when we asked to at least a recommend a place with good wifi where we can do work calls from they said “I don’t know, maybe McDonalds”. The rudest service we have experienced in Italy. There are a lot of similar properties in Milan that don’t belong to Italianway, I would recommend going somewhere else where they care about their guests.

• Dielleza (10/5): Very good :) - I liked the communication and the warm welcome from the staff at the office where I collected the keys. The location was perfect, just steps away from the Duomo Cathedral and all the key points in Milan. It felt safe with its three layers of security doors. Overall, thanks ItalianWay!
• Rasha (8/5): Was good - Very clean. Great location. The bed was not very comfortable. No electric socket on the other side of the bed was very inconvenient. Only 2 toilet rolls for our 7 days stay.
