L’appartamento è bellissimo, pulitissimo, ben arredato e dotato di uno spazio esterno molto piacevole. Gli ambienti sono ampi e confortevoli, perfetti per chi cerca relax e comodità. La posizione è strategica: vicino al Viminale, al Teatro dell’Opera e alla Stazione Termini, quindi ideale sia per chi visita Roma in famiglia, sia per chi – come me – si trova in città per motivi di lavoro. L’assistenza via WhatsApp è stata impeccabile e sempre gentile: risposte immediate, tante informazioni utili e grande disponibilità sia al check-in che al check-out. Avevo chiesto un accappatoio (non previsto), ma con cortesia mi sono stati forniti due teli doccia: un gesto di attenzione e flessibilità che ho molto apprezzato. Aspetti negativi: Nessuno! 👏

- kevin (8/5): Rom i 5 dage med familien - Meget lækker lejlighed med alt hvad der var nødvendigt for et behageligt ophold. En central og rigtig god placering. ingen trafikstøj eller gener. Gode senge (hvilket er vigtigt for os). Eneste minus var at balkonen ligger lige op imod baggården på en indisk restaturant, og der lugtede konstant og meget kraftigt af mad, så balkonen nærmest var ubrugelig, hvilket er det eneste der trækker oplevelsen ned fra 5 tik 4 stjerner. Selve Lejligheden var der intet at udsætte på - noget af det bedste vi har oplevet længe. Der mangler dog lidt flere glas og kopper i køkkenet, når man er 5 i lejligheden

- Susy (6/5): - Would not stay in this property more than 1 night. Check in was contactless, host sends a link for you to pay tourist taxes and have to send pictures of travelers passports. Then, they send you a code to get in. Felt somewhat unsafe as there’s a door that leads to the apartment but can’t open it from within. The apartment was somewhat run down, seems they only do a quick broom clean before guests arrive. The shower was clogged, you realize when it’s too late. I raised it to the host so hopefully they addressed it for future guests. Wasn’t thrilled about the location nor the apartment’s vibes. Good for a night, wouldn’t see myself and my family staying there longer. Had a little patio that as soon as you open has such an strong food odor, best to keep doors closed.

The apartment is located in a very secure street (around the corner from the main police station) and is very quiet with many restaurants and other convenient services. The apartment is very spacious with an interior patio and has all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable. Rosella was very attentive and even help us with our transportation from the airport to the apartment. Great experience and will strongly recommend

Slight negatives were no real window view, a couple blocks further out from active street, and hot water for 3 may be limited.

Brilliant neighbourhood in Rome so peaceful at night but so close to all the major streets. All surrounding restuarants and shops were perfect and the location was honestly so good. The apartment was stunning and the hosts had thought of everything. There was nothing missing. All modern appliances and the Bedding and towels were lovely. We all had a great sleep every night. The owner also prepared great amenities and the softest towels. We had a really great 3 night stay there. There is almost no natural light in the property.

- Qianwei (9/5): Great apartment to stay if you’d like some privacy and be away from other tourists - The property is very clean; the bed is much more comfortable than many of the hotel beds; the location is unbeatable yet is on a quieter street away from touristy noises; the host is very responsive when we realized that the prior guests accidentally locked the safe she sent the security person to help us within an hour. Nothing. If I were to give some constructive advice (but not a criticism), we could use a pair of small scissors to open some of the condiments packaging we brought from nearby grocery stores for breakfast.

The host is easily contactable and the ease of access instructions means it is hassle free to get in, especially good when arriving a bit late in the day! Only thing to bear in mind is you won't get a daily room service/ clean, as its not a hotel, however it was not a problem for us as we keep it tidy. Overall recommended as it is walkable distance from the Termini station and colosseum- almost in centre of both.
- Alba (10/5): Wonderful stay in Rome - The flat is large and very comfortable. It fits four people very comfortably. Arrival was very easy because you enter with a code, so even though we arrived late there was no problem (it takes a little while to enter the code, but it works without a problem). The flat was very very clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The street is a bit noisy at times, but with the windows closed you can't hear anything. The location is fantastic, you can walk to many places and there are many buses nearby, I would definitely repeat!
- Jussara (10/5): Great place - This apartment was great! Very clean and comfortable, great location, nice appliances and utensils in the mini kitchen, which was very helpful for our breakfast. We stayed only one night, because we were coming back from Venice to travel next day, but if I come back to Roma, would definitely stay here again. Our son broke a soap holder in the bathroom and they didn't charge us that, which we really appreciated (although we were willing to pay for the damage). I highly recommend this place.
- Jane (10/5): Absolutely Fantastic! - Brilliant location for exploring the main attractions of Rome. Apartment was big, spacious and beautifully presented. Lots of plugs/USB points. AC worked brilliantly which was needed in the 37degree heat! Bathroom was again big and modern. Would definitely stay here again! On a very minor note, only supplied with x1 toilet roll which was never going to last the 4 of us 5 days! 🤣

For us the location was probably 5 to 10 mins too far from attractions but our child was sick during that time. If she was well it probably would have been fine to walk. On the plus side. Monti neighbourhood was nice and quiet.

We were able to access many of the tourist sights, either by accessing public transport or within walking distance. The apartment was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The floors were dirty, we were not able to use the safe as it was locked. The light switches worked intermittently. We made contact with the vendor about dirty floors and safe and they did not respond to our message.

The beds are super comfy, there are 2 single sofa beds and they were big and very comfortable. The apartment is spotless, lots of clean towels left in the bathroom. The location is perfect too, we walked everywhere. The owner is very responsive and super helpful, if you have any queries, she gets back to you straightaway.
- Faiers (10/5): Modern apartment in great location - The apartment is modern , clean and nicely decorated and in good location to walk to everything to visit in Rome and has everything we needed for our stay. One thing was missing one more mug but the kitchen is fully equipped with everything including dishwasher. We had nice food in the restaurants nearby which our host recommended. We liked everything
