- Dagmar (9/5): - Jedná se o lokalitu stranou od turistického dění, na druhou stranu je to 5 minut pěšky od obou areálů Biennale a 15 min pěšky na náměstí San Marco. Restaurace, bary a obchody jsou v bezprostřední blízkosti. S dětmi jsme navštívili i blízké námořní muzeum - Museo Storico Navale di Venezia.

- James (9/5): Excellent time and help with arrangements from Elena - Good location,size of rooms, away from the centre of Venice but a nice walk along the water (15-20 minutes) to St Marks Square. Good supermarket nearby and local restaurants Key lock was a little fiddle to access the property
- Tim (8/5): Great location, lovely flat, but sometimes a bit noisy - Great location, friendly service, very clean, well equiped, warm and secure flat. Loved the chandelier. Wi-fi was good (important for kids!). The S Anna / Garibaldi area has a great vibe with good restaurants and shops and close to several water bus stops. Noise from other flats a bit intrusive at times, including late at night some days. Bring ear plugs. As we had bad weather during our stay, it would have been good to be able to unlock the TV Apps to permit guests to screen share from their phones or log in to their own Netflix, etc accounts to watch a movie at night, otherwise you can only watch local tv in Italian. But if it's good weather, why watch TV in Venice?? These were minor points, otherwise, everything was good.

- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - Very spacious, clean apartment with all needed amenities. The host made our arrival easy. This is not located in the center of the city, but it is only a quick 10 minute walk to get to the heart of Venice. It was nice to be located near a quiet, less touristy area. Plenty of great recommendations from the host in the area.
