Guest Reviews
- Tara (10/5): Great apartment with elevator - The apartment was a great location with only a 5-10 minute walk to everything. The air conditioning worked great in August and we were glad to have an elevator to the first floor for my dad who has mobility issues. Even though the apartment is on the first floor there are a lot of stairs because of the high ceilings. The apartment has a little balcony off the kitchen but it looks into a small courtyard, so no views of the street. It was very quiet and felt very safe. The beds were hard but comfortable and the whole place was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive throughout our stay, overall a Lovely spot to explore Rome from!
- Alexandra (9/5): Кроме вышесказанного ничего - отличная атмосферная квартира в центре - Место потрясающее , очень красивая квартира Могло бы быть чище) в целом нормально, но хочется протереть пыль, помыть полы и постирать шторы )
- Anh (9/5): Peaceful oasis conveniently located near all that Rome has to offer - The apartment was spacious and easily accommodated our family. The two bathrooms were hard to come by in these older buildings and were greatly appreciated. We had enough room to spread out and had our own space when needed. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The ACs worked very well for Rome’s warm stuffy afternoons. At the same time, several big windows and doors throughout the apartment allow the morning breeze to ventilate the space. The location could not be beat. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and bakeries are a very short walk away. The main thoroughfare is nearby with several bus lines and allows easy access to the rest of the city. Even with all these conveniences, the building is located on a quiet street with little vehicle traffic so the apartment truly feels like an oasis after a long day of exploring. Our main contact was Vittoria who was prompt in communication throughout and was so kind on our check-in day.
- Jill (8/5): Great apartment! Even with short supply of hot water, would like to stay at the apartment again in future. - Location, size of apartment, contact with apartment representative. Short supply of hot water; with family of four, not everyone had a warm shower.
- Ramires (8/5): Location, reasinably good aparetment with a need of some refreshement - Location, location, location. The apartment is within walking distance from everything in Rome and the location is fairly nice - not too crowded like Trastevere, 10 min from Navona. It has a nice forno nearby and even Michelin star restaurant (and the Italian Anti-Mafia Commission, as well:-). The building, although probably at least 100 years old, has an elevator, a luxury among such places in Rome. The apartment is big enough, with comfortable sleeping rooms, two decent bathrooms, and reasonably well equipped for a short stay (who is so crazy to cook while visiting Rome:-). The heating was really strong, hope air-conditioning is also as good. The apartment definitely needs serious refreshment. Some of the older furniture literally disintegrates when touched (nearby there is a street full of furniture refurbishment shops) and the kitchen has some really stinky cupboards. In Italy, I'm used to have an espresso machine in the apartment, but this was not a big problem since the forno was two minutes away. It is not terrible but it is in a stark contrast with the "luxury" in the title of the apartment.
