• Fredrik Ohnesorge (8/5): - Centralt bra läge. Ligger mot innergården så man slipper väsen från trafik. Kontakt med personal har fungerat bra. Vattenavrinning på lilla toaletten fungerar lite dåligt, slangen läcker så det blir blött när man behöver duscha. Kunde kanske funnits en extra uppsättning handdukar till.
• JAVIER (9/5): Muy buen apartamento - Nos gustó mucho la ubicación, las camas, el tamaño del apartamento, los armarios, la cocina, las toallas, no había ruido, genial para descansar. En general está muy bien. No nos gusto que no pudiéramos controlar la temperatura nosotros, la controlaba el anfitrión. Estaría bien que dejaran alguna bayeta para la cocina. La cisterna del baño grande tardaba mucho en cargar el agua.
• Luxshana (10/5): - Die Ausstattung der Airbnb war super und sehr gemütlich. Alles war liebevoll eingerichtet und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Küche war vollständig ausgestattet, sodass man problemlos selbst kochen konnte. Auch die Betten waren bequem und luden zu erholsamen Nächten ein. Besonders schön war die kleine Sitzecke, die zum Entspannen einlud. Alles war sauber, ordentlich und mit vielen Details gestaltet, die für eine angenehme Atmosphäre sorgten.
• Samantha (10/5): Fantastic apartment in great location! - The apartment is modern, immaculate and beautifully furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen and lots of thoughtful extra touches (hairdryers, straighteners, guide books etc). The apartment has been designed to maximise space, with lots of storage space for clothes, and the two bathrooms were a welcome bonus (travelling with two teenage girls)! It is located in a quiet area, but within easy walking distance of the main sights; St Peter's Basilica and the Vatican are around 15mins walk away, Piazza Navona around 20 mins, and the Colosseum around 45mins. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. A special mention to Marcelle and her team..... the communication throughout our stay was exceptional, and they went above and beyond to help us when we accidentally left some items behind- they have been incredible in assisting with getting them back to us- thank you!! Nothing- it was all perfect!
• Giovanni (9/5): Soggiorno molto positivo in appartamento comodo e ben posizionato - Abbiamo soggiornato in quattro persone in questo appartamento di via Cicerone 52, nel quartiere Prati, e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Gli spazi sono ampi e confortevoli, grazie anche alla presenza di due bagni, che garantiscono un buon livello di comodità e privacy. Le camere risultano ben insonorizzate: non abbiamo avuto problemi di rumori o fastidi. Il check-in è stato semplice e veloce, e l’app per l’apertura della porta ha funzionato senza alcun problema. In un’occasione abbiamo avuto un piccolo inconveniente con la caldaia verso le 19:30, ma il gestore ha risposto prontamente e, in soli 30 minuti, ha inviato un tecnico che ha risolto tutto. La posizione è davvero ottima: sotto casa c’è una fermata dell’autobus che permette di raggiungere comodamente tutte le zone di Roma, e anche a piedi si possono raggiungere facilmente molte attrazioni e servizi. Inoltre, a pochi minuti dall’appartamento si trova un supermercato ben fornito, molto comodo per ogni necessità. Nel complesso, un soggiorno molto piacevole che consigliamo. Ci sono tuttavia alcune criticità da segnalare: - uno dei due bagni è molto più piccolo dell’altro e privo di bidet, pur restando comunque funzionale; - in cucina erano presenti solo tre bicchieri normali, a fronte di molti calici, e mancavano alcuni elementi di base come sale e olio; - pur essendo ben attrezzata di utensili, la cucina potrebbe beneficiare dell’aggiunta di un bicchiere normale in più, una pastiglia extra per la lavastoviglie e uno strofinaccio supplementare; - nella doccia di uno dei bagni, se non si presta attenzione, c’è il rischio di bagnare il pavimento a causa degli schizzi non completamente trattenuti dal vetro; - non è possibile modificare le impostazioni dell’aria condizionata, il che renderebbe utile la possibilità di impostare almeno un range di temperatura e la velocità delle ventole; nella cucina era presente un termostato, ma non siamo riusciti ad attivarlo. Nel complesso, l’esperienza è stata molto positiva e consigliamo l’appartamento, considerando che le piccole migliorie suggerite ne aumenterebbero ulteriormente il comfort.
• Antonio (9/5): - La gestione era veramente buona, abbiamo avuto un piccolo disaggio con la temperatura del clima (pavimento gestito da remoto) ma subito hanno fatto di tutto per rimediare, che poi ti rispondono subito. Il apartamento era veramente carino, posizione top vicina a metro e posti principali. tutto bene

• Ersi̇n (2/5): The apartment was not suitable for us except for a very good location - Kanumunu Although the facility has 2 separate bedrooms, it is not suitable for 2 separate families to stay. There is no area to look out of the window. The bathrooms are very small and not in the room. Since the shower cabin glass is half glass, the whole bathroom gets wet. The air conditioning system of the house is not sufficient. You listen to the sound of the ventilation system all night. You cannot control the temperature settings, the system is locked. You cannot sit in the upper floor kitchen because of the heat. The apartment door is opened via the application, and it is also stuck and activated late.

• Faisal (8/5): Very good - easy electronic access, they sent us the detail on the day of arrival. lots of restaurants, shops around. in the center of old Rome. you can walk to the Vatican (like 15 minutes) Like many building in Rome, it was gated apartment with NO elevator & someone came to check our passports after arrival, they said it is legal. also, there is an area inside that can be used as parking lot, but the issue is the entrance from the street is small (small car can enter though). This is wet & not that clean. There is a nice pizza restaurant next to the building, but if you don't tip them, they won't serve you the next time you show up :( Italian way :)
• Henri (9/5): Loved this place - A modern well equipped new two bedroom apartment in a central location. There was a minor issue that I find unfair to mention.
• Mohiul (9/5): Very comfortable, clean apartment, tastefully decorated with all the modcons provided. - Location was nice and quite and not far from the metro station. Lots of restaurants and cafes in the near vicinity. The property felt safe and secure. Just a minor observation - the court yard could do with a bit of a clean to make the entrance a bit more inviting.
• Marina (10/5): Lovely place and attractive price for a company of friends - Modern cozy spacious apartment in the center, right near to Vatican and pretty close to all main attractions. Supermarket nearby. Perfect for 4 people! Really recommend this place to travelers!

• Eve (10/5): A bit far out, but a fantastic modern apartment - A great apartment, very close to Castel Sant’ Angelo. Very modern with two big bedrooms, two bathrooms. Kitchen area upstairs, also has a nice outside space with furniture to sit out. Be prepared for lots of walking, nearest tube station is about a 7 min walk,

• Kimberly (1/5): unbearable - good location The hot water didn't work due to electrical problems. The showers overflowed due to bad grading. The air conditioner did not work. The kind and helpful Valentina brought us fans on her little scooter. 4 workers spent an entire day trying to fix the problems. The water issue was fixed but it was not possible to fix the ac. The apartment is beautiful but with 102 degree F outside it was 86 degree F inside
• Tuesday (8/5): Great location and clean - The decor and location
• Dan (7/5): Nice apartment but needs a few improvements to be 5*. Showers don’t drain and heating is uncomfortable. - Wa say to find, good locations, a short walk from Castel SantAngelo. Modern and spacious with a nice outside space. The beds are not very comfortable, the showers do not drain and the floor has no fall so if you shower for more than 30seconds the hall way starts to flood. Also the heating was stuck on and it was uncomfortably hot inside, when the concierge called I asked if it could be turned down but it was locked and nothing was done.
• Sonja (8/5): - Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Vor allem ein zweites Bad war ideal mit 16jähriger Tochter. Leider ging bei heissen Temperaturen die Klimaanlage nicht. Es wurde aber versucht den Fehler zu beheben.

It was super easy to get the key/code, but the concierge was super rude and agreed on letting me leave the bags earlier in the apartment, but when I got in front of the apartment front door, she said I couldn't leave my bags anymore. Thanks to the cleaning lady and one guy that was going to fix something in the apartment, I could leave my bags there.

• András (7/5): Good locatin for good price with few hitches - The location of the apartment is excellent. Both the Vatican and old town (Pantheon) are close (20-25 mins by walk). There is a good restaurant at the front gate and a food store about 3 corners away. The apartment was clean and generally everything was all right. 1. We did not like the beds as we generally do not like spring mattresses. You can hear and feel if the other one makes even a little motion. 2. Many people complained about the bathroom as the shower floor does not have a proper gradient and so the hallways gets flooded. 3. One of the bedrooms has a common wall with the bathrooms and the top of the wall is made of glass. Therefore, if the bathroom is in use and the lights are on, there is daylight in that bedroom. Apart from these facts, we really enjoyed our stay!
• Ana (10/5): Comfortable appartment 🥰 - This appartment is very comfortable, equipped with every single thing you need for good vacation. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and balcony. Location is perfect, you can get to Vaticano city.,coliseo or Trevi fountain in 15 minutes walk. Host was kind and friendly.
• Eleonora (5/5): Passable - Great location, strategically placed between many tourist attractions but outside of the tourist crowd. We managed to walk everywhere. The apartment is nicely furnished with brand-new, modern furniture and a cosy feeling. - Dysfunctional bathrooms: the showers in both bathrooms have been designed in a way that makes the water flow out of the shower, flooding not only the bathroom but also the corridor of the house. It makes it hard to shower as you don't want to run too much water otherwise it would floor the whole apartment. We had to try to dry everything by ourselves with the towels we had been provided with. When we informed the host about this major inconvenience, we only received a text back thanking us for the information. - Check-in procedure: we were asked in advance of our arrival to complete a form requesting personal information for each guest (name, place and date of birth, document number, expiry of the document, residence address, mobile number). Having to gather all the data on behalf of the guests and compile the form myself resulted in quite an annoying process that took more than 10 minutes and is usually managed by the host. - Overall hospitality: there was a coffee machine in the house with some Nespresso cups, but we were informed by the host at the check-in that if we wanted to use them, then we would have to buy the cups back. We eventually used some of them and given the bathroom inconvenience did not re-buy the cups, and haven't been charged any extra fee. But it would have been nice to be offered coffee from the beginning! At the time of the checkout, it was unfortunately impossible to leave our bags in the flat for a few hours while cleaning was taking place.
