• Sinead (9/5): Lovely apartment in Naples! - The location is excellent and the apartment is very spacious. Online check-in was very easy and host was very helpful I couldn't seem to work out the shower temperature ot was either too warm or too cold.

• Barbara (9/5): Napoli a tutto tondo - Appartamento delizioso facilmente raggiungibile e dal quale e' semplice raggiungere tutte le zone di interesse noi ci siamo mossi a piedi essendo la struttura molto vicina alla stazione vi e' la possibilità di prendere i mezzi.
• Andrey (9/5): - просторные апартаменты снимали в шестером с двумя детьми, место хватило всем удобная кухня, оснащенная всем необходимым, хорошее месторасположение, которое позволяет с легкостью путешествовать по окрестностям(рядом вокзал и автобусная станция, можно дойти до порта) До пляжа конечно далековато, хотя Неаполь это не про пляжный отдых, но если ставить задачу объездить амальфийское побережье (Амальфи, Пазитано, Соренто, Бомерано, Солерно, Помпеи)то тогда это Ваш вариант Самый жирный минус один санузел совмещенный с душем и его чистота(шторка грязная) вода из поддона вытекает
• Bianca (10/5): - The apartment is a total gem! It’s beautifully decorated, bright, and so spacious that it instantly feels like home. Everything was spotless, and the air conditioning in every room was a lifesaver in August! The kitchen is fully stocked, and the big fridge can fit absolutely anything you bring. A lovely bonus was the espresso machine with plenty of coffee pods which we took full advantage of. Free Wi-Fi made it easy to stay connected, and honestly, it had everything you could possibly need for a short or long stay. For me, it’s an easy 10/10! There's truly nothing I didn’t like.

• Baur [C] (10/5): - I highly recommend this property! The air was fresh, and the location was excellent — close to the train station, airport, and metro. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay with our friends and truly enjoyed the experience.
• Amine (10/5): Parfait pour un groupe de jeunes voyageurs - L’appartement est vraiment très abordable niveau prix, ce qui est super rare pour Naples, surtout avec une belle vue sur la ville comme celle-là ! Il est parfait pour un groupe de jeunes : on était à deux pas de super bonnes pizzerias (certaines littéralement à 30 mètres), et à environ 800 mètres d’une grande place remplie de restos sympas. Ambiance locale garantie ! En plus, niveau emplacement, c’est top : l’appart est à côté d’une des meilleures stations de train et métro de la ville, ce qui nous a permis de nous déplacer partout facilement pour seulement 1,50 € par trajet. Gros bonus aussi : il y a des climatiseurs dans chaque chambre, et vu la chaleur à Naples, on peut dire qu’on a survécu grâce à ça ! Malheureusement, l’appartement avait quelques petits défauts. L’ascenseur, par exemple, est très petit (3 personnes max) et payant du lundi au vendredi entre 7h et 19h. Même si ça ne coûte que 5 centimes par trajet et que l’hôte nous avait fourni une trentaine de pièces, on était 8 à beaucoup bouger pendant la journée, donc ça s’est vite révélé insuffisant. Résultat : on a souvent dû monter les 6 étages à pied — pas top après une grosse journée de visites sous la chaleur napolitaine… Autre point un peu moins agréable : à notre arrivée, l’appartement n’était pas impeccable côté propreté. Mais on a contacté l’hôte immédiatement, et il a été super réactif et compréhensif. Il a tout fait pour régler le souci rapidement, ce qu’on a vraiment apprécié.

• Stuart (6/5): Pleasant - The flat has great potential , but sadly has not been maintained. The bedrooms were good size, looked clean, clean bedding, had a terace with 2 chairs. However.. However... the kitchen was opposite to the bedrooms, very poorly equipped, dirty oven, dirty fridge, dirty coffee maker... but no coffee, random pots and pans, but a lot of them very old and needing replaced. Did not feel like cooking here. Only one wine glass... Unsafe and random wires and plugs, not enough sockets to charge phones. No hot water in the kitchen or in the bathroom sink. Shower had mozaik tiles missing on the floor. Although there is a bath tub, no water running in the bath at all.... There were several TV sets in the flat , none really working, really bad reception in the bedroom. Air conditioning not working in the living/kitchen area. Is on the 6th floor and it needs 5cents to operate the lift during the day. This flat probably was nice 15 years ago... not been maintained, no attention to detail, owner clearly does not care of people's experience. The bedrooms 8.5 Bathroom 6 Kitchen 3 On average this flat should only have a rating of 6. I would not stay here again and would not recomend it. Sadly ...
• Jim (5/5): Communications were good. But frustrated with kitchen facilities and bathroom appliances not working properly - The size was good. And being near the railway station. We could wash and dry our clothes. Toilet did not flush properly. We had to fill a bucket every time. The shower was erratic, difficult to regulate the water temperature. Kitchen is poorly stocked. It needs decent cups, more glasses, kitchen paper and tea towels.

• Piotr (9/5): Superb - It is a fine, well equipped, big apartament. It is located in a walkable distance from the Circumvesuviana station (Piazza Garibaldi and Napoli Centrale) what makes a trip to Vesuvius or Pompeii more convininent. Unlike in the Centro Storico apartments, one can enjoy the view from two balconies. Thanks to being located outside Centro Storico, the risk of being driven over by a scooter is minimized. Be aware that using the elevator is paid 5 cents from Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 7 PM but there is a bowl of coins inside the apartment for this purpose, so it is not a problem.
• Cristian (10/5): Great stay in Napoli for a group of 4 - The apartment is located in a building 10 minutes walking distance from Napoli Centrale Train Station. It’s easily reachable by any means. The apartment is spacious, the rooms are big, and the beds are comfy. The host is also a great person! They were always available to accommodate any of our needs and we really appreciate this!

• Richard (5/5): Excellent location - apartment is a little worn out and needs some TLC. - Location was excellent There were a number of "minor" issues with the apartment (which we declined to have fixed during our stay). One or two would be OK (possibly even expected), but there were actually lots of small problems making our stay more difficult than it should have been.
• Antonia (8/5): Very good - Very good location for travelling around the city, 10 minutes walking distance to Napoli Central, Garibaldi and the Airport Shuttle buses. Spacious Apartment with all the facilities you would need, fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom with shower. Beds were comfortable and apartment was very clean. We traveled with 4 children between the ages of 10-14, they loved the apartment and they loved the space and the comfort of the bedrooms. We used the sofa bed in the living area which also was very comfortable for a short break. The apartment management were always on hand on Whatsapp, not that we had to contact them but they gave clear instructions for entering and leaving the apartment and checked in with us during the stay. The apartment is a few mins walk from a mini market and the most amazing pizza was literally a 2 min walk (Pizzeria Carmnella). The area around the apartment was especially busy, lots of noisy traffic, pavements were at times covered in litter and dog faeces however this was obviously not anything the apartment could control and is expected in a busy area of a large city. The noise was not a problem when in the apartment (unless on the balcony but again it's a city, it was expected). The area was just a little sketchy at night but again we didn't feel unsafe in anyway, just had to repeatedly tell the children to watch where they were walking and what they were stepping on.
• Khang (6/5): It will be perfect if the bathroom is sorted, otherwise everything is pretty good for value. - Location was good, near the centre. Host was really helpful and responsive despite our late arrival. Kitchen facility is great, huge kitchen. Room was pretty comfortable. Bathroom was bad. Not enough hot water to accomodate 5 people. Dining table was tiny as well. Parking isn't convenient as you need to take the car to the garage nearby and it's about 3-400m walk. Not the worst but not comfortable especially during winter.

• Yura (10/5): Great location, stylish, no prob parking – what else do you want? - Location was great, ample street parking. A healthy 20–min walk to the center of Naples really puts things in perspective and clears your mind before you see all the beauty and sweetness of this great city. Great food, views, atmosphere – take it from Newyorkers. The interior is stylish, creative, and well thought through. I really loved the place! The elevator is a bit weird – it takes 5 cents to use it before 7pm, but the host took care of this by providing a generous handful of coins.

The location where apartment was, made it easy to get to/from the city square, shopping and rail station but the area in general was very dirty, rubbish everywhere in the surrounding streets. Apartment was lovely but beds rather hard

The apartments is very well located if you plan to go in day trips to Amalfi/Pompei; it is a 4 minute walk to the trains station. The coffee machine was old and it didn't function properly.
