• McLellan (10/5): Impressive flat in great location. - A beautiful apartment that looked and smelled great. Lovely and clean and super responsive comms. Perfect location for the central station and getting about the city. The only issue I had was in adjusting the thermostat but that was potentially more of a ‘me’ issue. Will 100% stay again if back in Milan. Also, that I didn’t stay long enough! Would have liked to have stayed longer.

Enrico was amazing to deal with. He seemed to pre-empt my every thought / question. The bed in the apartment was the most comfortable I have slept on during our visit to Europe. Nothing. Access was fantastic as we were on the ground floor, although there was a lift, unlike our last accommodation.

• Dr. Giovanni Daniel (3/5): Völlig überteuert ! - Es ist zentral gelegen, aber das ist schon alles. Pt. 1: Der Check-in hier ist etwa so mühsam und zeitaufwendig wie die Kontoeröffnung bei einer Bank, inkl. Übermittlung von Passdaten und Gesichtsbilder der Gäste. Pt. 2: Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem dunklen Parterreraum in einem Hinterhof, wahrscheinlich ein ehemaliger Abstellraum. Es gibt ein Fenster zum Innenhof und ein Oberlicht über der Eingangstüre. Das Fenster kann man nachts nicht offen lassen, weil sonst jeder einsteigen kann. Pt 3: Fallen Sie nicht auf die Aufnahmen von dieser Unterkunft herein, es ist viel kleiner und dunkler als es den Anschein erweckt. Pt 4: Es wird ausdrücklich mit late check-out geworben, aber man muss spätestens um 11 Uhr draussen sein und keine Minute später. Pt 5: Dies war die einzige Unterkunft auf unser ganzen Italienreise, welche sich erdreistete zusätzlich zum überrissenen Zimmerpreis noch ein Depot von 200 Euro zu verlangen. Pt 6: Zum Preis von 505.- Euro für 2 Nächte ohne Frühstück können Sie auch in ein gutes zentrales Hotel (mit Frühstück) gehen, diese Unterkunft ist das Geld nicht wert.

• Anna (7/5): - Η τοποθεσία του δωματίου ,ήταν δύο λεπτά από το σταθμό των τρένων. 1.Δεν μου άρεσε που το check in έπρεπε να γίνει ακριβώς στις 15.00 και αν ήθελες να γίνει νωρίτερα είχε έξτρα χρέωση. 2. Δυσκολευτήκαμε να μπούμε στο διαμέρισμα γιατί ενώ βάζαμε το σωστό κωδικό στην πόρτα μάλλον είχε μπλοκάρει ο μηχανισμός ,ευτυχώς και το προσωπικό μας έστειλε αμέσως μήνυμα ότι υπάρχουν και κανονικά κλειδιά για την πόρτα ,τα οποία και χρησιμοποιήσαμε . 3. Μας ζήτησαν 200 ευρώ ως εγγύηση για το σπίτι ,ενώ ουσιαστικά μείναμε μια μέρα.Τα λεφτά βέβαια τα επέστρεψαν στις 7 μέρες ,όπως έλεγαν . 4. Το δωμάτιο γενικά ήταν σε εξαιρετική κατάσταση ο κάτω όροφος.Ήταν ανακαινισμένος και πλήρης εξοπλισμένος .Ο πάνω όροφος όμως που ήταν το κρεβάτι δεν ήταν το ίδιο .Το ταβάνι είναι ξύλινο και φαίνονται πάνω του πρόκες και πετραδάκια ,είναι εξαιρετικά χαμηλό και οι σκάλες για να ανέβεις δεν έχουν κάγκελα ,κάτι που το καθιστά πολύ επικίνδυνο. 5. Το δωμάτιο το είχαμε κλείσει για τρία άτομα και τα κρεβάτια για να κοιμηθούμε ήταν ένα διπλό κρεβάτι που ήταν οκ και το τρίτο άτομο έπρεπε να κοιμηθεί σε μια πολυθρόνα που γινόταν κρεβάτι.Ευτυχώς μείναμε μόνο ένα βράδυ ,γιατί αυτή η πολυθρόνα δεν ήταν για παραπάνω .Επίσης σε αυτήν χωράει μόνο ένας πολύ μικροκαμωμένος άνθρωπος.

Die Ausstattung war sehr ansprechend und wohnlich eingerichtet. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter mehr als nur zuvorkommend. Das Ausziehsofa ist tiptop für einen Kurzaufenthalt. Jedoch freut sich mein Rücken jetzt wieder auf ein besseres Schlafbefinden.

Мне к сожалению попался без второго якобы этажа номер . И бесконечное хождение к другому апартаментам через мои звонки в домофон . Эти каблуки девушки бесконечные …. И регенератор соседнего дома видимо ресторана - он через каждые 30 мин издает дикий гул с вибрациями будто вы спите не в апартаментах а в холодильник внутри эти бесконечные гулы….. я уснула после 2:30 ночи и надо было вставать в 5 утра ! Вместо отдыха я получила стресс перед долгим полетом! Могли бы и сахар оставить к кофе … вода в банке с крышкой из икея я такое что лет не встречала…. Не гигиенично и я не знаю кто откуда пил или наливал - бутылка воды закрытая это везде так. Тапочки белых нет - зачем на фото это выставлять ?? Я не советую тем кто хочет поспать или отдохнуть эти апартаменты- вы не выспитесь! Им надо поменять систему входа- не надо один код на все апартаменты! Звонят в одну квартиру и параллельно мне - теперь представьте сколько гостей было у моих соседей . Ужас

Auch per Whatsup gut zu erreichen und schnellste Antwort erhalten. Tiptop sauber. Tagsüber und auch nachts sehr ruhig. Nur ein Fenster; dadurch wirkt es etwas düster und da sich das Appartement im EG befindet, kann man es nicht unbeaufsichtigt öffnen für frische Luft. Da wir im Februar dort waren, nicht so ein grosses Problem. Würde mich vermutlich bei höheren Temperaturen aber stören.

We didn't expect the building to be scaffolded in the courtyard during our stay which was disappointing. We were only there for one night so not too bad however this might have been more of a concern for a longer stay. Room was smaller than expected particularly with the sofa bed out - route to bathroom was too tight.

Aangename temperatuur binnen, gezellig, zeer proper en volledig uitgerust, zelfs met nespresso inclusief de koffie, en theezakjes. Het appartement heeft een aparte dressing, en een ruime badkamer met een regendouche. Het was volledig in overeenstemming met de foto's op de website. De eigenaar is vlot bereikbaar en geeft heel duidelijke instructies bij de check in. Zeer goede service, het sofabed stond opgemaakt klaar bij het binnenkomen. niets.

Saw reviews mentioning the deposit. It is stated when you book that you will have a safety deposit and the process is all done through a check-in website that is clear and easy to do. Was not an issue on our side.
• KL (8/5): - Support from the Host is prompt and amazing, who made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The location is excellent, and we feel safe staying in this little residential community with secure main gate access. We truly appreciate the walk-in wardrobe space, as it allows us to keep our luggage and daily clothing neatly out of sight. There are no handrails on the stairs, which is concerning, especially when waking up at night to go downstairs for the toilet. The space is tight when the sofa bed is opened, as it affects accessibility to the toilet. It would be great to have a washer with full dryer function, as this was one of our key considerations in choosing an apartment over a hotel.

• Fong Mei (8/5): Review and feedback - Short walk to Milano Centrale train station, airport shuttle and luggage storage. Heating is adequate (adjustable), floor is warm. Cosy lightings and furnishing. Sufficient space for 4 pax (except for pathway to toilet - see below) Toilet is pleasant, toilet paper is thick. Restaurants next door. Pane e Tulipani has good food and service and close late. Didn’t use the washing machine (no dryer) but it looked clean and pretty new. Had to open up sofa bed ourselves and rearrange/shift tables. Sofa bed blocks much of the path to toilet. Should install handrail for stairs to loft level. Could hear footsteps/movements (should be from apartment above but sounded like within our apartment). Asked for slippers and told that they were out of stock. Had an ironing board but didn't see iron. Strangers smoking near to apartment (which is on ground level). Big and transparent glass panel above apartment door, people on upper floors at opposite block may look into wardrobe / dining area? Door to building is rather small, struggled to enter/exit with luggage.

Was little hard to find the apartment with the instructions given, had to set up sofa bed ourselves, which then obstructed the walkway to the living room. Apartment is on the ground floor of a building, with no view, facing the inside courtyard with no light and noisy construction right outside since early morning.

Is muffig en vochtig, en zo ruikt het ook. Er is geen uitzicht: het enige raam kijkt uit op de hoek van een donkere binnenplaats. De slaapkamer is zo laag dat ik een paar keer flink mijn hoofd stootte. Thermostaat werkte niet zodat ik de ac telkens met de hand aan en uit moest zetten.

• Stefania (10/5): The best place to stay in milan, highly recommend - This is my second time staying at Tarra Luxury Suite and again it was a perfect experience. The suites feel brand new, are immaculately clean, and extremely well maintained. The central location makes it ideal for exploring Milan on foot, and it’s also very convenient for day trips to Como or even Venice. The timeless design gives the units a unique charm that makes the stay particularly attractive and memorable. Highly recommended. I’ll definitely be returning again!

• Gemma (10/5): High Ceilings, Modern, Spacious Apartment just minutes from Milan Central Station - Fantastic apartment on the ground floor of this block which is a short 2 minute walk from Milan Central station. Great communication to check in and out, all secure with door codes. Apartment is modern, clean and the bed is really comfy. We used it as a base to work from and the wifi is great for this purpose. This apartment has high ceilings so feels really spacious, nice storage space and modern kitchen and bathroom. We needed some luggage storage on our last day and this was an option just around the corner! Really quiet, great aircon and the big windows with the shutters keep the place dark in the evenings and flood the place with light in the daytime. We loved the location, close to public transport and we would highly recommend as a base in this superb city! Instructions are easy to follow to enter and exit and everything is controlled through the app - hosts contactable at all times! Nothing - Really impressed with this apartment for our stay in Milano!
• Mirza (1/5): Bad - Location is central I recently stayed at this property and, unfortunately, had a few issues that impacted our experience. The upstairs bedroom was extremely warm, even though the air conditioning was on downstairs and I had adjusted the temperature settings to the maximum. Despite this, it remained uncomfortable, which led my friend and me to use the sofa bed downstairs instead. However, the upstairs area wasn’t ideal either — there were pink flies in the room, which I believe may be due to the wooden ceiling that looked quite dirty. I reported this to the host during our stay. The most disappointing part was being charged an extra £20 for using the sofa bed. Given the heat issue upstairs and the fact that we were simply trying to sleep comfortably in the space we rented, I don’t think this charge is fair or reasonable. Especially when you’re paying a nightly rental fee, all basic sleeping arrangements and facilities should be included. I also raised this directly with the host, but unfortunately, the response I received was dismissive and unfriendly. Overall, the lack of comfort and the unexpected charge left me dissatisfied with the stay.

Clean and comfortable bed Host forced to pay 350 EURO deposit after I pay 200 euro per night via booking They explained that it is normal practice to frozen this amount in case of damage property but In description it was not noted Before I paid this 350 euro deposit they didn't provide explanation how to reach the place and how to enter inside. Need to notice that this deposit amount was refunded in 3-4 days but I consider it is not correct think to force me to do this after I paid my stay Also we didn't like low ceiling in 2nd floor ( bed place ) Its dangerous for your head because you can not stay straight

Everything was exactly as described, and I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The host was exceptional — always available, responsive 24/7, and incredibly helpful. He answered all my questions, even those not related to the apartment, and gave great local tips and advice. I truly appreciated his support throughout my stay. Highly recommended — I would definitely stay here again!

It was set up for SEAMLESS check in, there were instructions for the wi-fi and air conditioner, chargers, etc. The hosts were VERY communicative. We literally booked the room and were inside within 20-30 minutes. The host responded to my questions and even made restaurant recommendations and reservations for us. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The nicest flat we stayed in over a three week trip in europe. Comfy bed and pillows, great toiletries, we did laundry and there was detergent left for us. Nespresso maker and pods. PERFECT Stay. I didn’t mention the great bathroom and huge shower. A++++++++ Nothing

Cooking facilities very good. Location wise my husband says 11/10. Main station, trams and metro closeby but in a quiet street. Friendly Italian restaurant next door. Husband (over 6ft) had to be careful with ceiling height on mezzanine. We are from UK so would have appreciated an electric kettle for tea but we managed.
• Pam (8/5): Very good - Location to Milano Centrale is outstanding. With rain we were in apartment a little more than usual, couches were not super comfortable. Someone decided to do construction at 10pm/drilling&hammering - not the owners fault but still not what was expected from a ‘luxury’ suite.
