Fabio (9/5): Schönes Appartament bzw. Hotel in perfekter Lage - Super Lage und das Personal absolut zuvorkommend und nett. Nach Anfrage ob wir das Zimmer früher beziehen könnten ( da wir auf einer Hochzeit eingeladen waren), gar kein Problem. Frühstück problemlos im Hotel nebenan was zu den Apartments gehört. Nichts auszusetzen
René (10/5): - Der Aufenthalt war nicht Außergewöhnlich sondern ganz normal aber trotzdem mit einer vollen 10 bewertet! Kleines Appartement mit allem was man braucht für eine Nacht fast schon alles zu viel. Es war sehr sauber.
Anja (9/5): - Sehr schönes Zimmer. Gute Lage, fast direkt an der Mosel. Tolles Frühstück. Nettes Personal. Modern und stylisch. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Sehr zu empfehlen. Eigentlich nur, dass der Fernseher keinen Empfang hatte.

Jörg (7/5): sehr saubere Unterkunft - Der PIN wurde viel zu spät versendet; dann war er falsch und ich musste 2mal zur Hotelrezeption, um in das Apartment zu gelangen. Der Duschkopf war defekt und im Schrank stand verschmutztes Geschirr. Ich fand es sehr hellhörig duch die anderen Apartments

Adisa (9/5): War Super dort und sehr schön ausgerichtet, sauber war es auch, nur die Bettwäsche hat nach Weichspüler gerochen. - Alles war super und schön ausgerichtet. Die Bettwäsche, waren etwas mit haare und die Bettwäsche haben etwas nach Weichspüler gerochen & etwas zu kurz.

Louis (7/5): An sich gute Unterkunft aber mit Verbesserungspotential - Lage zur Innenstadt von Koblenz sehr gut und schnell sowie unkompliziert erreichbar. Zimmergröße und Küche waren top. Einrichtung passte überwiegend gut und war in gutem Zustand. Einrichtung war zudem praktikabel. Ordentlicher Druck auf der Wasserleitung. Kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Wasserflasche wird bereitgestellt. Check und check out in war sehr unkompliziert und gut erklärt. Bett sehr bequem außer die Kissen. Preis Leistungsverhältnis für mich befriedigend. Besonders die Zimmertüren sind viel zu Dünn und dämpfen Geräusche kaum. Dadurch wird die Ruhe gestört und die Privatsphäre. Klimaanlage im Dachgeschoss ist absolut notwendig im Sommer. Sauberkeit gut aber hier und da ,besonders in Ecken oder auf Ablageflächen könnte es noch verbessert werden. Hätte mir eine Brauseaufhänung weiter oben an der wand noch gewünscht, weil man manchmal duschen will ohne die Haare nass zu machen. Da checkout schon um 10 ist ist ein entspanntes frühstücken im Zimmer nicht möglich und ist auch nicht als Zeit adäquat für eine Urlaubsunterkunft. Lauter Lärm von der Straße und den umliegenden Lokalen. Hier und da könnte etwas renoviert werden. Kühlschrank im Zimmer etwas laut. Seife im Bad war nicht aufgefüllt. Preis Leistung is nicht schlecht aber es gibt insgesamt bessere Optionen in Koblenz für einen kleinen Aufpreis der sich dann doch lohnt. Alleine schon für frühstücken inklusive (kostet in der Unterkunft 15€ pp), mehr Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Auf eine Frage bzgl des Parkens wurde nicht geantwortet, was schade war. Blaues Licht am Eingang des Zimmers störte beim einschlafen. Eine Leiste unten an der Zimmertür wäre wünschenswert dass das Licht vom Flur nicht unter der Tür hervor scheint. Keine zusätzlichen Vorhänge für die Fenster, dennoch Plissees vorhanden.

Iris (9/5): Zufrieden - Für den Preis wirklich hübsch und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Einen Parkplatz gibt es direkt vor der Tür. Im Keller gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Auch soll ein Bügeleisen zur Verfügung stehen. Die Aussicht (wir waren in Zimmer 34, also ganz oben) war schön - Moselblick linksseitig. Von den Zügen war bei geschlossenen Fenstern nichts zu hören. Ein Rewe, ein Rewe Getränkemarkt, eine Apotheke, eine Tankstelle und einige Restaurants sind gut fußläufig erreichbar. Ein- und auschecken verlief ganz unkompliziert. Der Kontakt mit dem Betreiber ist tadellos. Bei dem Kaffeezubereiter im Zimmer handelt es sich um eine Tassimo von Bosch. Kapseln können im Snackautomaten (Erdgeschoss) erworben werden. Dort gibt es Snacks und Getränke. Zudem standen ein kleiner Wasserkocher, ein geräumiger Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und ein Föhn zur Verfügung. Wir hatten jeder ein großes und ein kleines Handtuch auf dem gemütlichen Bett liegen. WLAN gibt es auch, ist bei uns aber ab und zu ausgefallen. Wir hatten etwas Pech und ein sehr, sehr lautes Paar neben uns. Ich habe geklopft und um Rücksicht gebeten.

IRINA (9/5): - Confortabil, cu chicineta dotata cu tot ce este necesar, inclusiv espressor cafea, curat, un loc plăcut. Doamna de la receptie a fost mereu foarte amabila. Nu am inteles daca gunoiul trebuie dus de client, fiind in regim.de apartament.

Marie-Luise (9/5): Alles tippi toppi, besonders die Ausstattung und die Nähe zu Koblenz - Das Appartment ist klein aber fein, alles was man braucht. Freundliche, unkomplizierte, lockere Gastgeber, Sauberkeit top, Parkplatz vorhanden und für uns wichtig- Fahrräder konnten wir in einer verschließbaren Garage abstellen, die Lage direkt am Moselufer ideal für Radtouren, der Ort selber hat nicht viel zu bieten, macht aber nichts, wir sind mit den Rädern nach Koblenz gefahren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder buchen!

Andre (8/5): Können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. - Sehr schöne Ferienwohnungen, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück im Hotel Kreuzer war sehr gut und es war alles vorhanden an Speisen und Getränken. Die Lage direkt an der Mosel und zum Hauptbahnhof Koblenz mit Auto nur 20 Minuten.

It also boasts convenient access to local amenities and services, ensuring that everything you need is just a short walk or drive away. The location is truly excellent, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood that combines both tranquility and access to urban activities. Furthermore, the property is situated right next to a charming hotel where guests are treated to a delightful breakfast experience, featuring a variety of options that cater to different tastes and preferences. Information was not available and had to ask questions via email - although answer was immediately provided. The appartment is excellent, comfortable , Conway however very poorly equipped, there wasn’t any coffe or tea even so bring some with you Last, heating was turned off it was freezing for hours until it warmed up after turning heating on - which was easy but takes time to heat up when it is -3 c outside
Ueckert (9/5): - Appartement war sehr nett eingerichtet, alles was man braucht für ein Wochenende im Hotel. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal Park Möglichkeit direkt vor dem Haus, Haus ist etwas Hellhörig aber das liegt an der Bausubstanz, sonst alles perfekt.

Tom (9/5): Betaalbaar en goede locatie - Hygiene, alles was in Nieuwstaat Wel een koffiemachine en waterkoker maar geen theezakje of koffiecups. Voor 1 nacht ga je deze niet kopen/meenemen

Yassin Satir (10/5): Excellent! - Excelente estancia en un localización interesante, cerca del río Moselle, con vistas desde la ventana al monte y su vegetación. Cuando llegas, aparcas gratuitamente al lado y te acercas al hotel al final de la misma calle en el núm. 31, ahí te dan el código de 3 dígitos que necesitas para obtener la llave en el key locker del edificio. En recepción, muy amables, hablan inglés sin problemas y lo mejor de todo, tienes cocina en el apartamento y un supermercado REWE a 8 minutos caminando entre calles y casas, que parecen de otro siglo, estilo alemán tradicional. Lo mejor fue el silencio absoluto por la noche, ducha y apartamento calefactados y cama cómoda. Tienes TV con canales nacionales de Alemania y algún canal en inglés. Recomendable al 100% si deseas tranquilidad y parking gratuito, alejado del centro urbano de Koblenz. Danke schön und schönen tag. A lo mejor, si ofrecen gratis o a precio reducido 1-2 cápsulas de café para la cafetera Bosch Tassimo que puedes encontrar en el apartamento.

Geraldine (6/5): Not Premium - but does have Basics. Quirky - Easy location to grocery stores. Good cooking facilities. Plenty of buses into town Far out of town - you needed to take bus. Front desk was around corner at other hotel - so was breakfast. Lockbox not working - go around corner. Confusing - but i am used to quirks in my travels 🧳 Also there IS s train stop nearby - just a dirt type stop - hard to find - but once you do - you don't meed to take long buses everywhere - that is IF DB trains ever come🤪

Luca (8/5): - Sehr sauberes Hotel in guter Lage. Das Zimmer war modern und ruhig, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. WLAN hat einwandfrei funktioniert, und es gibt genügend Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – würde wiederkommen.

Thomas (7/5): Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Wir haben kein Frühstück in der Unterkunft eingenommen. Das Waschbecken im Bad ist seeehr klein. Die normale Nutzung wird fast unmöglich durch ein (nett gemeintes) störendes Ablagefach direkt über dem "Hand-Waschbecken". Man kann sich kaum das Gesicht richtig waschen. Das Ablagefach sollte unbedingt geändert werden.

Arne (10/5): Geheimtipp in Koblenz - Ich war für ein Wochenende in Koblenz und hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Vom einchecken über die Schlüsselbox bishin zu dem super bequemen Bett hat es an nichts gefehlt in der Unterkunft. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann sie jedem wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
Amit (8/5): Good location and value for Money - It is near to Koblenz and have very good connectivity by bus 3/13 if you prefer public transfers from Koblenz Hbf. Property was clean and with all basic facilities. However, additional of wardrobe will be better as there was no storage place for cloths and cleaning was not done everyday. Also our room was with slope roof, so one need to take care of the head... Overall 3.5/5
Dorian (6/5): - Reasonable cost but it's their policy to have nobody at the front desk to ask for help and no breakfast options. Communication through the third party (Expedia) app was 5 days late. So it was useless. This would have been a massive problem if my very experienced GF who travels for a living hadn't figured out a way to contact the main office and ask for directions on how to get in. Other than that, I wouldn't call the room "Premium". It was small, clean and functional. "Budget" would be more accurate. It would have been nice to have real pillows with real pillow cases. Large couch pillows with canvas or burlap covering made me wonder how often they were actually cleaned. Overall, it was definitely doable but "Budget" with plastic plants as decor is not what I was lead to believe with a label like "Premium".
