• H (1/5): - Noise:​ The soundproofing is extremely poor. I could clearly hear neighbors talking all night and barely slept. Bathroom exhaust fan:​ The exhaust fan was visibly dusty and dirty. It is wired together with the main light, so you cannot turn off the fan without switching off the light. Shower & water:​ The showerhead is old, rusty, and looks unhygienic. The water had a strong metallic/rust smell. Check-in:​ The check-in process was complicated and inconvenient. Room smell:​ Upon entering the room, there was an overwhelming artificial perfume odor, which made the air feel stuffy and unpleasant. Safety issue:​ There is no deadbolt or proper internal lock. Anyone with the door code can enter at any time, which does not feel safe. Elevator:​ The elevator was out of service. If you are carrying heavy luggage, I strongly advise against choosing this property. Photos vs. reality:​ The photos on the website only show a small, carefully chosen corner of the room. I originally thought this would be a nice hotel, but the actual condition was far below expectations. Mattress:​ The mattress was very uncomfortable. I woke up the next morning with lower back pain. Overall, this stay was disappointing in terms of comfort, cleanliness, safety, and honesty of presentation. I would not recommend this property and will not stay here again.

• Andrii (6/5): - Расположение Очень плохая звукоизоляция, под входной дверью сантиметровая щель. Поздно ночью и рано утром очень слышно как заселяются жильцы. Нестабильный интернет на тв. Темная штора в душевой кабинке, если ее закрыть - в кабинке становится темно.

• Daniela (8/5): Alles in allem würden wir das sofort wieder buchen, da es wirklich für den Preis sehr gut ist, besonders was die Lage an - Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und super Lage, gute Ausstattung mit der kleinen Küche, der Sessel war sehr angenehm als zusätzliche Sitzmöglichkeit, insgesamt alles ordentlich. Auch der unkomplizierte Check-in übers Handy und mit übermitteltem Code lief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Kissen für unseren Geschmack zu klein, Matratzen rutschen ziemlich schnell auseinander dass man in die Rille rutscht und die Dusche hat uns nicht gefallen…

The pull out bed makes an obscene amount of noise, constant squeaks and scraps noises. The tv also doesn’t work wouldn’t connect to internet even though it said it was meaning we couldn’t use the normal tv or the apps

• Alper (8/5): To the hotel management: Please take all necessary precautions to eliminate lift failures 7/24! - This place is an example of a good one, as per the price paid. Everything was neat and clean in the room. The kitchen was well-equipped. The only negative issue was the broken lift! There is only one lift in the building, and if it is out of service, then you have to carry your suitcases up four flights of stairs, which is a real pain and a huge hassle! Do not choose this place to stay if you don't like carrying your suitcases up flights of stairs, or if your room is on the entrance level!

But playing extra for late check out was very disappinting - Good Location, useful kitchenette The room wasn't very clean, nailpolish stains and footprints on the walls, the showerhead was loose (always slid down to the bottom, we booked a late checkout at 12pm, but from on 9 the housekeeping staff came several times to the door and didn't seem to understand us having payed to check out later.

Deckenfenster schlecht, angeklebt mit einem Vorhang durch ein Pflaster. Lichteinfluss in der Nacht der Flurbeleuchtung, trotz des Verdunklungsrollo an der Tür. Viel zu teuer für diese Unterbringung. Keine Wohlfühlstimmung im Bad.

• Metin (8/5): - Otelin konumu ve personelin iletişimi çok iyiydi. Odada gerekli ekipmanlarda vardı. Kahve makinesi ve kapsül kahve vermeleri çok hoştu. Fiyat/performans olarak da çok iyi bir otel. Uzun dönem seyahatlar için çok uygun. Yatak rahatsızdı. İlk günü sonrasında çukur oluştu ve belimde ağrıya sebep oldu. Değiştirilmesi gerekiyor

• Porters (4/5): Het was - De locatie was perfect, in het centrum dus alles was heel toegankelijk. De badkamer was onhygiënisch, ook was er veel viezigheid aanwezig in de kamer, en de muren waren dun dus je hoorde wel af en toe de buren naast je. Ook bij het binnen komen werkte de deur niet dus moesten we even wachten.
• Andrea (8/5): Una piacevole sorpresa, sia la sistemazione che Dusseldorf - Posizione davvero comoda, a due passi dalla via principale del centro e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici, con stazione ferroviaria a 15 minuti a piedi. L'appartamento deluxe al quinto piano davvero comodo con terrazzo e spazi interni perfetti per una famiglia con due ragazzi. La zona ingresso non si presenta molto bene, è poco curata e non rispecchia poi quanto invece offrono le camere.

• Anja (1/5): Enttäuschend - Die Lage war gut, gute Anbindung an Bahn und Bus Nicht zu empfehlen, Einbruchspuren an der Apartmenttür, Zimmer unsauber, nur ein Handtuch, Dusche konnten wir nicht nutzen, war einfach nur ekelhaft. Einchecken war erst nach 15 Uhr möglich, Servicenummer konnte nicht weiterhelfen etc…..
