Anand (9/5): Excellent location and facilities - 1) Location: Very convenient location, just a short walk from the metro. 2) Facilities: Our booking included a 20% discount on food and 40% off property services, including the massage, which was excellent. The hammam bath was free (self-service), and the sauna was also included. 3) Breakfast: Average, but good enough considering it was included in the booking. 4) Staff: The reception team, breakfast staff, and massage therapist were all very polite and helpful. 5) Room: The room was very clean and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. Nothing major, but a few improvements could make the stay a perfect 10/10: 1) It would have been great to have a smart TV with basic streaming options like YouTube, Netflix. 2) The walls are a bit thin, and at times the neighbourhoods were noisy (music playing until midnight), which made it difficult to sleep. 3) The terrace view is average, so it’s not worth upgrading if there’s a significant price difference compared to the standard room. 4) An iron was not available in the room. 5) Internet speed was slightly slow, but still manageable.

Emad (8/5): Nice and clean hotel good if you are going for shopping - the location was very coinvent since the family want to do shopping and there are many many many shops around the area and lots of restaurants. So if you have your family with you and want to do shopping then this is the right place. Also the manager and the stuff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice The beds and mattresses need to be changed they are not very comfortable. and they need to operate the AC on the cold mode because it only work on the heat mode and some night it was very hot.

On a commencé par séjourné dans une chambre où le chauffage, télé, et lumière qui ne fonctionne pas… on nous a proposé de changer de chambre, dans la nouvelle chambre pas d’eau chaude, on entend tout les voisins, on a pas pu dormir de la nuit. Face à ça on nous propose de re changer de chambre… comme si cela changeai quelque chose. La catastrophe, je doute de ces 4 étoiles !

Nazan (10/5): - Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und sehr zentral. Das Personal ist sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit:) Ayfer Hanim die Reinigungskraft war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit :) ich kann das Hotel allen empfehlen ich bin schon das 3 Mal hier und immer wieder gerne 😍
