• Mariia (7/5): - Clean and comfortable in general. Nice location, good service. It was quite noisy. All windows in hotel are turned to the pretty loaded road and you can hear the traffic even with closed windows.
• Dilan (10/5): - Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir wurden mehrfach gefragt, ob wir etwas brauchen. Sicheres Umfeld und ruhiges Hotel. Perfekt für ein Kurztrip, wenn man Zentral sein möchte und ein sauberes Hotel haben möchte. Außerdem gibt es ein Kiosk in direkter Nähe. Der Galataturm ist nur 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Ein Fahrservice vom Flughafen zum Hotel sowie Hotel zum Flughafen wurde uns ebenso angeboten. Alles wurde schnell und problemlos abgewickelt. Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert und wir werden uns gerne ein weiteres Mal dort aufhalten, wenn wir in Istanbul sind. 👍🏽

• Mariana (8/5): Boa relação qualidade-preço no centro - O hotel era muito central e não tinha barulho de pessoas, apesar de estar numa zona próxima de comércio e restaurantes. Estava perto de Karakoy a pé, a 3 minutos do metro em Galata e de muitos autocarros. Os funcionários são simpáticos, especialmente o Abdulah e o irmão. São super prestáveis e o check-in/ out é feito de uma forma tranquila. O quarto é como descrito e tinha tudo tal como anunciado, além de ser bastante limpo. O pequeno-almoço é péssimo, foi sem dúvida a única coisa de que não gostei. Tentei uma vez e não consegui mais do que isso. Nos restantes dias fui a um sítio incrível com uma vibe nórdica mesmo ao lado do hotel chamado Mola (muito bom mesmo). Apenas uma nota menos positiva: por vezes é difícil comunicar com os funcionários do hotel devido a um inglês mais básico, podiam investir mais nisto. A segunda nota é que, apesar de não se ouvir barulho de pessoas, o hotel está ao pé de uma via rápida onde estão constantemente a passar carros e esse barulho não para, mesmo durante a noite. Resolvi esse problema com tampões, mas quem não levar, pode ser mais difícil para adormecer.

• Nejla (7/5): Dobar hotel na super lokaciji - Osoblje je bilo vrlo prijatno i susretljivo i pomogli su nam da se snađemo u povratku prema aerodromu. Također, hotel je na odličnoj lokaciji blizu galata tornja. Nisu promijenjeni peskiri niti je izbačeno smeće. Iako smo ostali samo dvije noći, očekivalo se da bude pospremljeno s obzirom da je mala soba u kojoj smo boravili.

• Noreen (6/5): L'expérience aurait pu être mieux - Emplacement idéal Jolie chambre Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à 22h30, le sol de la chambre était très sale. Ainsi que toutes les surfaces. Ça n'avait pas été nettoyé depuis longtemps. Nous avons dû utiliser les serviettes pour nettoyer nous même car nous ne nous sommes pas senti suffisamment à l'aise avec le propriétaire pour lui en parler. Il n'était pas particulièrement accueillant, ni même souriant ou chaleureux. Sa femme l'était plus mais elle ne parlait pas anglais. Petit déjeuner nourrissant mais pas incroyable. Il manquait de jus de fruit. A savoir que l'ascenseur ne monte pas jusqu'au dernier étage. Cela ne nous a pas dérangé mais ça peut être bon à savoir pour certaines personnes. Pas de pression dans la douche. Beaucoup de nuisances sonore passent par les salles de bain, nous entendions nos voisins cracher et chanter sous la douche. Il n'y avait pas de couverture. Seulement un drap rugueux trop petit pour deux personnes.

• Richard Alex Alconaba (8/5): Great value for money - Great value for money, decent daily breakfast, good water pressure, near to SHISANE metro station, near to Galata Tower, near to several restaurants & stores, size of room is perfect for couple traveler, facilities of room & hotel overall is ok. They can arrange airport pickup/transfer, price is reasonable. Please consider to change the quality of bed sheet, it is a little rough.

• Michał (9/5): Bardzo dobre miejsce na krótki pobyt - Dobre miejsce na krótki pobyt. Maly, czysty Pokoj z lazienka (zgodnie z opisem), sniadanie w cenie, lokalizacja dobra - przy ruchliwej ulicy (slychac w srodku) Ręczniki są już trochę zmęczone swoim życiem.

Звук с улицы сильно слышен, как с открытым окном. В целом не мешает, но кому как. Мыла нет в номере, только гель для душа и шампунь. У меня в номере были не убраны чьи то грязные носки.

• Zito (3/5): Si può trovare di meglio per lo stesso prezzo - La posizione è molto vicina alla Galata Tower, a pochi passi da un quartiere vivo e pieno di ristoranti. Comodo per raggiungere le principali attrazioni e a pochi passi dal ponte sul Bosforo Stato della struttura: nonostante l’hotel non sembri vecchio gli ambienti comuni sono tenuti male, muri rovinati e odore di vecchio. Camera: la camera è molto piccola e minimal, non c’è un armadio ma solo un appendi abiti. Il bagno sembra ricavato da una cabina armadio, il lavandino piccolissimo somiglia a quello di un treno. Pulizia: purtroppo abbiamo avuto una pessima esperienza, una volta scoperto il letto per metterci a dormire abbiamo notato che le lenzuola non erano state sostituite, presentavano capelli e tracce di trucco. Alla nostra richiesta di cambiarle il personale non si è neanche scusato per l’accaduto. Personale: nel compleanno sono educati e accoglienti, ma il fatto che nessuno sia in grado di parlare inglese in un hotel gel genere non è accettabile Colazione: viene servito un piatto con una scelta ristretta, principalmente colazione salata turca.

Me and my sister felt like we were at our home. Room is nice and clean. They change our towels every day and clean our room. Breakfast was amazing and super delicios. Hospitality is really on high level! I felt sick one night and sir made tea for me and gave me fruits. They are so kind and friendly. I recommend this hotel. For the end, big THANKS for amazing time - Nina and Ivana from Montenegro (Karada). We will be back, for sure. ♥️

• Disha (3/5): Poor - The staff are doing their best Tiny room. A very small room. There are no 15 sq.metres as it is described. The bathroom makes you feel like you are inside the cupboard. and slow to address requests. Basic amenities such as linen, pillow and blankets were frequently missing, water in the room was not replenished. It’s clear that the hotel could benefit from implementing more structured service standards to improve the overall guest experience. Additionally, it’s a nosy street just on the left side and the windows are not soundproofed at all.

• Anis (1/5): Bad - The room was clean Service very bad receptionist very rude When I say there my daughter (16year old)tried to visit me not to sleep there She had her own hotel in Daru Sultan hotel with her mom The receptionist didn’t let her first in and was actually very mean and then he also didn’t Speak any English and We always had to like use translator because he didn’t understand anything and he told my daughter yeah you can’t come in his room because people would think something else is going on And I actually found this very rude because my daughter is only 16 and you can’t say something like that with 16-year-old
• Aroop (1/5): Bad - Location The breakfast was not provided as the one staff informed me that only at 8.30 am , he can provide. Which was not suitable timing. The room was too small and the picture in the website while booking provided a different picture. Even drinking water was not provided while cleaning the room which is a minimum gesture. We bought drinking water. Tea bags , we purchased everyday. These small things though not expensive provide a good gesture by the Hotel. I would request Booking.com to review the Hotel and it's facilities mentioned in the Booking app.

Thank you! - The hotel's location is very good, close to Galata tower and Istiklal avenue.Personal is very friendly and polite, they helped with all our inquiries. We also asked for the airport transfer, and it was very confortable. We liked the breakfast menu and our room. We will definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip to Istanbul.

The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, the bed was super comfy and we all had a good rest. The location was the best, super close to Galata Tower & Taksim, with easy access to metro & bus stations. Thank you for a lovely stay, we will definitely book again on our next trip to Istanbul. • Natalie (8/5): Overall good for price and location was great too. - The location was great. 7 min walk to the Galata Tower and about the same to the metro. Bed was very comfy. Staff will only clean the room if you ask them to. The bathroom did not have a normal door. It was just a closet door so it did not shut. You can hear construction outside early morning.
• Siyana (8/5): Great Location and nice staff! - We really liked the location of the hotel. There was a nice parking close to it. It is close to a bus station, metro and to the Istiklal street. The staff was really nice and polite! It is a good value for money. The room was quite small and the isolation of the windows was not the best, thus it was a bit noisy, but nevertheless it was very warm.

• Michael (8/5): Comfortable, safe in a good location with friendly staff - Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, very close to Galata Tower. Just be mindful that there are a lot of steep hills to climb to get to Galata Tower. A few of the bathroom fittings weren’t secure, so we couldn’t hang our towels in the hooks.
• Hristi (5/5): Great place with potential for improvement - The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The location is just a few minutes away from Galata Tower. Some points for improvement I could see: -The shower was clogged, and the water would overflow every day - needs to be maintained and cleaned more often -The breakfast was rather poor, I would prefer to have the possibility to choose from several meals instead of eating what was already prepared and the same for everyone. Also, gluten-free and lactose-free options I believe would be appreciated from other travelers as well. The staff was willing to help and prepare omelette, a salad, and turkish tea for me at request, so I was not left hungry.
• Lera (9/5): A good hotel for a short trip with pleasant staff and room interior. - Good hotel for the money, very polite staff. We traveled as a family and occupied two floors. Breakfast is very small, but enough for a snack, and very fresh bread. Near Galata Tower. The hotel is quite small, steep and narrow stairs. Noisy traffic can make it difficult to sleep at night because there is a road nearby. The room was not cleaned every day.
