Mehmed (10/5): Wonderful people who work there. - We often stay in Istanbul, and it’s always a bit of a gamble what kind of accommodation you’ll get neither the location nor the rating plays a big role. However, Hotel Mona is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The cleanliness and comfort are at a very high level. But the people who work there are the best part. From the housekeeping staff, who are wonderful and always ready to help with anything you need, to the entire reception team—Hakan is a truly kind person who helped us a lot, from fixing toys to calling taxis, ordering food, or even arranging medicines from the pharmacy. We didn’t have to worry about anything. And then there’s Omar, who keeps everything under control and even knows what kind of coffee you drink, truly an unforgettable experience. Hotel Mona Bosphorus will definitely be our first choice whenever we come to Istanbul. It has a beautiful view of the Bosphorus, is just 5 minutes from Kumpir Street, and offers parking.

The only issue we had wasn’t hotel related. It was other residents making lots of noise outside our room in the corridors but this only happened once because the staff sorted it.
Whitney (10/5): Toller Aufenthalt - Personal war freundlich, Räume waren sauber und es wurde auf Wunsch sogar eine kleine Geburtstagsüberraschung erstellt. Bei Komplikationen fand das Hotel immer eine zügige Lösung. Lage ruhig und angenehm. Es gibt eine Hotelkatze, sie ist überwiegend in der Lobby. Nicht gefallen ist übertrieben. Mir war nicht bewusst, dass das Hotel auf einem Berg liegt. Herunter laufen war kein Problem es waren nur 5 Gehminuten bis Otaköy. Die Taxifahrt zum Hotel rauf, hat uns circa 200TL gekostet.

ABDULKARIM (1/5): من المفترض مثل هذي ماسمى فنادق ولا تعرض في بوكنق. الا بعد التصوير للفندق بشكل صحيح عشان الغش الي صاير - للأمانه ماعجبني بالفندق ولا شيء وحجزت بوكنق وكانت الصور كذبية يعني فوتشوب النظافة جداً سيءة يعني هذا مايسمى فندق. عمارة سكنية والشقق مقسمة غرفة. لاعوازل ولا اطلالة ولا لوبي كله مترين اللوبي حقة. تعامل زفت من ناحية الخدمات. حرام فيه اي مبلغ الصراحة

Ahmet (1/5): - Niks We hebben speciaal voor deze hotel gekozen omdat het een prive garage heeft om ons auto daar veilig achter te kunnen laten, later zien we dat een groot deel van de auto vol krassen staat. We hebben gevraagd wat ze voor ons zouden kunnen doen want deze auto was gloed nieuw. De personeel was zo grof dat we zelfs de politie er bij moesten roepen en uiteindelijk hebben ze ons maar €150 gegeven om ons auto te “laten maken”? Voor dat geld kan je echt niet je gloed nieuwe auto die dankzij hun vol met krassen staat laten maken. We wouden twee dagen tot rust komen en snel een citytrip doen maar we zijn langer bezig geweest met het personeel dan dat we konden genieten…

Stanimir (10/5): Страхотно - Локацията на хотела е превъзходна !!! На разположение е паркинг което е страхотно удобство . Персонала е изключително отзивчив !!! Рецепциониста отдели време и ни помогна с една от атракционните резервации който си бяхме направили /не беше длъжен но го направи / . Закуската ооооооооооооо превъзходно блок маса с богат избор !!! Кафе и чай бяха безплатни целодневно . Относно леглата хммммм беше спалня с изключителен матрак страшно удобни и релаксиращи . Това важи с пълна сила и за възглавниците . Телевизор с Интернет , може да се гледа от YouTube до ЕОН. Никакви забележки !!! Няма нищо което да не харесахме

Sevgi (8/5): - Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und bemüht, sehr gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Saubere Zimmer.Preisleistungsverhältniss Top 👍 Die Nischen der Zimmertüren war ca. 3cm offen, daher Lärmpegel von Hotelgästen sehr sehr hoch.
Merve (10/5): - Tesisin konumu iyi, çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve nazikti. Ayrıca her gün oda temizliği yapılıyordu. Biz standart oda seçmiştik ancak standart oda kalmadığı için deluxe oda verilmişti ve odada tek bir eksik bile yoktu. Memnun kaldık, her şey için teşekkürler :)
