Tanja (9/5): Nice stay in a great location with kind and helpful staff, a spacious and comfortable studio with a small kitchen - Nish Palace Suites is a nice place to stay in Istanbul, in a great location with many local shops and small family restaurants nearby. The staff were very kind and helpful. The studio was spacious and comfortable, with a small kitchen. The only downside was that the room was quite warm and on level -2, so we missed having a window view, but for a short stay it was still very convenient.

Zhana (4/5): - Стаята беше просторна, чиста и удобна! Бяхме настанени в стая на ниво -2 /тип подземие/ с миниатюрен прозорец, от който не влизаше слънчева светлина. В непосредствена близост до хотела се извършваше строителна дейност с багер от 9.00 ч до 17.00 ч и беше ужасно шумно и на моменти стряскащо за нас, защото камъни падаха по прозорчето. Допълнително, персоналът вдигаше много шум през деня- постоянно се блъскаха врати ! Не ни допадна и местоположението на мястото за настаняване , както и местоположението на т.нар. паркинг- беше ужасно стръмно и трудно за паркиране !

Erin (10/5): Excellent stay in comfortable luxury setting - The room was exactly as described and shown in the photos. The staff were wonderful, kind and attentive. Parking was valet and included in price. Free wi-fi was safe, quick, and reliable. Really good value!

Christine (5/5): Personally, I would not stay here again - The staff were accommodating I did not like that the sweet that they gave me was on the B level, which was basement underground so there was no sunlight coming in did not like that. Their location was not located where it was easy to just hail. A taxi and the sofa cover was dirty and had cigarette burns.

Будь які питання вирішувалися миттєво. Знайомство почалося з неприємного запаху в кімнаті. Коли я на це поскаржилася, його спробували замаскувати освіжувачем повітря і це було неприємно. Посуд для приготування їжи потребує негайної заміни. Білизна не мала відчуття свіжості.

Rongrong (10/5): Highly Recommended - It’s close to the airport subway line. Nearby neighborhood is very quiet and having anything we need such as restaurants and supermarkets. The parking is very easy and safe. The rooms are clean and spacious. There are no pans in the kitchen. It’s OK for us because it didn’t plan to cook.

Close to shops and several restaurants where you can shop and eat. Everything about the accommodation was great. Generally speaking, Istanbul itself is in a very hilly area, which makes it quite difficult to walk.

Kristina (8/5): - В целом все отлично. Если просто переночевать. Сам отель чистый, номер тоже. Но дали на полуподвальном этаже. Небольшое окно под потолком. Пришлось тумбочку пододвинуть, чтобы его открыть. Это наверное единственный минус. А так, постельное белье и полотенца белые и чистые. Ванная комната тоже довольно просторная. Душ с хорошим напором и горячей водой. Шкафа не было, но была перекладина с вешалками для одежды. Мини кухня с мини холодильником, что тоже удобно. Несколько режимов подсветки в номере, кондиционер. Персонал приветливый и старались понять и помочь, что нам нужно было. Спасибо Элькину. Полуподвальный этаж с маленьким окном под потолком. Отель близко от метро, но очень крутая горка вверх, чтобы добраться до него. Хорошо, что мы были на легке, без чемоданов. Но это не минус самого отеля, просто небольшой факт, кому вдруг важно это будет при выборе отеля.

Merve (7/5): - Allgemeinen war es gut sauber Bett fand ich bequem Handtücher waren sauber Aufzug gibt es auch was super ist Klimaanlage funktionierte super Zuerst haben wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Wir haben extra weil wir einen längeren Aufenthalt hatten ein Zimmer gebucht mit einer Waschmaschine (der Mitarbeiter der die Koffer getragen hat hatte uns angeboten Waschmittel zu bringen wir fanden es nett dass er das angeboten hat und haben die nette Geste angenommen und haben gewartet. aber er hat anscheinend in diesem Moment trinkgeld erwartet was wir auch geben wollten nachdem er das Waschpulver gebracht hätte. Er kam nicht mehr zurück weil wie vermutet wegen dem Trinkgeld (manchmal muss man sich auch gedulden aber naja)). Dies haben wir angesprochen und haben dann dieses Zimmer bekommen nur in dem Zimmer gab es ein Problem und zwar tropft es von der Decke wegen der Klimaanlage. Wir vermuteten das wir dieses Zimmer deshalb nicht als erstes bekommen hatten (Am nächsten Tag sollte es sich ein Experte anschauen). Ab und zu kamen mal Tropfen aber mich hat es nicht gestört Im allgemeinen hat es in der Küche an Besteck und Pfanne/Töpfen gefehlt. Man konnte natürlich nachfragen und hat auch das nötige bekommen aber es wäre mir lieber gewesen das alles vor Ort ist und ich nicht mehrmals anrufen oder Generell fragen muss. Ich fand die Lage nicht so dolle je nach dem wo man hin muss muss man Zeit und Geld mitbringen. Man hat zwar in der Nähe eine metro station die nicht soo viel bringt. Und wenn man 5-7 min hoch läuft dann gibt es auch Bushaltestellen die ca 25-45 min andauernde Strecken hinterlegen. Zb wenn man nach eminönü neue moschee hin möchte dann dauert es ca 40 min mit dem Bus man muss umsteigen und teilweise laufen. Ich würde empfehlen mehr im Zentrum umzuschauen Beispiel karaköy. Wir hatten zwar Balkon aber der war nicht abgetrennt was mich gestört hat.
