• Linda (2/5): slecht, kom er nooit meer terug! - vriendelijk personeel maar niemand spreekt engels, alleen turks. je slaapt boven een turkse ontmoetingsplek wat ‘s avonds 4 nachten per week veranderd in een discotheek met karaoke van 21.00-02.00u met een hele harde bass. dan slaap je eindelijk tegen 03.00u en dan zit er een hond bij de receptie die om 06.00u je elke ochtend wakker blaft! het was niet schoon, bad lekte in de kamer, wasbak lekte in de douche!

La posizione è comoda se si deve stare nel quartiere Atasehir (si trova davanti al centro commerciale Palladium). La stanza necessita di un po’ di manutenzione (pannello della vasca rotto, tende alle finestre con il binario rotto, poca luce in bagno). In quattro notti non sono mai venuti a rifare la stanza e a cambiare gli asciugamani (forse dovevamo chiederlo noi?)

• Thomas (8/5): - Sehr gute Nähe zur Ülker Sportarena. Es wird im Hotel, wie in den anderen Bewertungen zu lesen, ganz schön Party gemacht. Ich habe im 2. Stock übernachtet, das hat mich nicht weiter gestört. Ich bin schon Vormittags ins Zimmer gekommen, so konnten meine Mitreiseden ihre Koffer abstellen. Ich war mit fast allem voll zufrieden. Warum muss man beim Frühstück für die 2. Tasse Kaffee bezahlen? Das im Frühstücksraum geraucht werden darf.

• Mehmet (6/5): worthless - location There were no hangers or a proper wardrobe in the room. The room was so small that we struggled to find space even for our suitcases. The bathroom door had open slats, and I genuinely couldn’t understand why. Because of that, odors and sounds from the bathroom easily reached the bedroom, which is completely unacceptable. Another essential aspect of any hotel room is the security and soundproofing of the main door. However, there was a gap above the door, and noise from the hallway easily entered the room. I can somehow understand the music coming from the nightclub downstairs — we were told it would stop around 00:30, but it continued until 02:30 on Friday and Saturday. What I cannot understand is why no one paid attention to the receptionist’s dog barking throughout the night, waking us up at 6 AM. As for the young staff at reception, I have nothing negative to say — they are clearly trying their best. But the hotel itself is nowhere near what it looks like in the photos. For 80 euros per night, it is far from comfortable. You can definitely stay in much better places for the same price. They seriously need to improve. There were no hangers in the room. There were no bathrobes. When we requested one, they brought only a single bathrobe, and we had to wait until the next day to receive the second one. Additionally, we had asked in advance if early check-in was possible and were told yes. But when we arrived, we were asked to pay an extra fee. If we had known early check-in was paid, we would have planned differently — either arriving earlier or booking the previous night. We were never informed that it came with an extra charge.

• Elena (6/5): Pleasant - Was very clean. No one can speak conversational English. We had to use Google translate to order food and to communicate with the staff. At the breakfast just Turkish breakfast, nothing European or international.
• Lebron (5/5): Pretty but noisy - I did like the decor of the room and establishment. The noise level was very bad. I was originally put on the first floor where my room had a non-functioning balcony door and a lot of the employees we go, hang out there during their breaks and talk exceptionally loud and smoke cigarettes so I asked to be moved and they accommodated me, but my room was much smaller, plus there was still a lot of noise going on around me. I will say that the walls in this establishment are very thin. It’s very easy to hear everything going on in the other rooms, if you’re someone that’s easily gets disturbed while resting you are going to hate staying here. I only stayed here because of the convenience but I’ll never do it again.

• Rhiannon (7/5): Great location and value for money, nice bar/restaurant - The hotel was a great location for our business trips. The rooms were spacious, clean with good facilities, and very good value for money. There is a bar/restaurant with plenty of entertainment, TVs and nice decor next to the hotel, this was very good for us, the dinner and breakfast was very nice. I would stay here again if visiting the area. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful in booking us taxis etc but then some of the other staff were quite rude. There were issues with the electric during part of our stay, I know this is sometimes out of control but did make it difficult for our business meetings.

You only able to eat at the cafe of the hotel! where the food is so bad and so expensive as well!!! Even if you thought of choosing a room including breakfast, you would also eat at the cafe 🙂 Room service won’t clean the room, and WON’T change the towels! Not enough everything This hotel is really really bad, don’t believe the pictures, if you don’t want to waste your money don’t think of checking in here
• Wong (8/5): Apart from the water pressure issue and sudden smoke issue, everything was perfect 😊 - The room is very spacious and clean. The bed is very comfy. The water pressure in the bathroom is inconsistent so I got sudden cold water every few seconds while showering. The room is a non smoking room, but there are smoke coming in around 11pm (we are not sure from where exactly) and it smelled smokey.

They didn’t come every day to check and clean the room, even we were putting make up room. Hard to find receptionist in the place. No one at the receptionist place when you need some assistance.

• Obiageli (10/5): It was a great stay at the hotel, with no regrets. Will come back again - I loved how helpful & attentive the staffs were to our needs. My mum had a mini surgery & needed to ice every 10 mins which we thought would have been a problem but the staffs proved us wrong, they were happy to bring us ice packs whenever it was needed. The food was tasteful aswell & their lounge comes alive at night with a great crowd & good music. Personally, I would have loved if there was a fitness center in it or an affiliation with a close by gym
