- Devlet (8/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, maximal 3 Tage, ist das Hotel völlig in Ordnung. Für einen längeren Urlsub aber nicht geei - Es war sehr sauber, moderne Einrichtung, tolles Badezimmer, bequeme Betten. Das Frühstück war wie in einer Kantine und von der Atmosphäre daher nicht so gemütlich und einladend. Zu kleines Buffet und zu wenig Auswahl. Eine kleine Terrasse vor dem Zimmer wäre auch schön gewesen.

- Ezgi (10/5): - Annemle birlikte dört gün kaldık otelde ve çok memnun kaldık. Odalar büyük ve çok temizdi. Otelin kendi alani ve bahçesi de cok güzel. Ayrica sahile yürüme mesafesinde. Personel hem çok kibar, güler yüzlü ve her konuda bize yardımcı oldu. Otelin hemen etrafinda cok fazla restoran olmadigi icin kahvaltı dahil olmasi da büyük avantaj. Kahvaltı çok zengin ve her şey taze. Ben vegan olduğum için kahvaltıda daha çok yeşillik ve meyve yedim. Bunu fark eden personel bana özel yumurtasız menemen hazırladı. Bizi bu kadar güzel ağırladıkları için otel personeline çok teşekkür ederim. Bu oteli gönül rahatlığıyla herkese tavsiye edebilirim.
- SuW137 (8/5): Ein etwas anderer Aufenthalt. - Es ist ein ausgesprochen nettes und komplett anderes Hotel. Man ist sehr privat und wer dort war, weiss was ich meine. Es wirkt zuerst sehr kühl und schnell sieht man wie schön und nett das ganze Ambiente ist. Dazu der Blick auf das Meer, wunderbar. Das Frühstück war richtig toll - nicht das ich es vergesse. Die Zimmer sehr schön, alles eher sehr neu. mit Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern. Falls benötigt, Fussbodenheizung im Badezimmer. Es ist ausgefallen, anders, privat mit wenigen Zimmern. Generell ist die Frage, was erwarte ich und es ist eben kein normales Hotel. Es gibt keine Bar - dafür eine Minibar im Zimmer und ein sehr schöner Bereich zum draussen sitzen. Leider war am ersten Abend im Nachbarhotel eine türkische Hochzeit und es war endlos laut. Dafür kann niemand etwas, raubte mir aber lange den Schlaf. In der direkten Nähe gibt es nichts. Zur Marina Mall läuft man 10 Minuten. Das Hotel ist etwas abseits. Englisch war leider nur mässig vorhanden, aber das Personal ist ausgesprochen nett und hilfbereit. Irgendwie versteht man sich auch mit Händen. :-)

- hy6350 (9/5): Superbe Hôte de ville avec un personnel exemplaire et un confort remarquable - Tout était impeccable pour un Hôtel de ville ( le concept de l' hôtel est superbe, un mariage avec ville ,mer et Verdure),Nous remercions le directeur Monsieur HAKAN, qui est toujours là pour contenter ses clients, Et à l'écoute de ses clients. Mr HAKAN et très professionnel,et d'une gentillesse Royale. Nous remercions aussi Fatma, İbrahim au service petit déjeuner, qui sont toujours souriants et très serviables ; Ils nous ont conseillés aussi pour les visites aux alentour de l'hôtel et de l'île aux princes (büyük Ada), Merci pour ces infos. L'hôtel est proche de Aéroport Sabiha Gökçen (25 minutes en Taxi, Pour à peu près 20 euros , soit' 1100 livre Turc, on peut s'y rendre en bus aussi. Nous reviendrons à cet hôtel, lors de nos passages à ISTANBUL. Nous conseillons cet hôtel à la fois chaleureux, simple, et très confortable pour la chambre et la salle de bain. L'hôtel et dans un grand espace dégagé au milieu,avec vue sur la Mer, Verdure, espace détente. Superbe pour un hôtel de ville. Nous le conseillons vivement !!! Rien.

- Nevzorov (8/5): - 1. Очень дружелюбный персонал - всегда на связи и готовы помочь, есть рум сервис 2. Расположение хорошее - 10 мин пешком до большого торгового центра и 5 мин до залива, 20 мин от Аэропорта 3. Зелёная территория и милый пес) 4. Не плохие завтраки 5. Не смотря на наличие автодороги - весьма не шумно Вообще по ощущениям отель чуть чуть не дотянул до 4 звезд - то самое ощущение когда 3 звезды это мало а 4 много) 1. Первый номер куда заселили был очень ушатаный, чувствовалось что требует ремонта (как минимум косметическогр) - в ванной были муравьи - после просьбы поменять номер нам его быстро сменили и там уже было гораздо лучше, но общее впечатление это испортило 2. Очень хреново работал вайфай на всей территории - это для меня было основной проблемой так как я не мог нормально работать из за качества связи, причём не важно где - в лобби ты или в номере. Оборудование для вифи установлено не плохое (я работаю в этой сфере) но очевидно настроено не правильно.

- Даниил (4/5): Я однозначно не рекомендую этот отель, он вообще не стоит своих денег. - Единственое, что понравилось если можно так сказать это девушка администратор и двор с дизайном домов, все остальное очень плохо. Мы заселились в январе и казалось бы не сезон должны ценить каждого гостя, но нет. Ужасное обслуживание за исключением как и писал выше одной девушки администратора. Так вот опишу несколько ситуаций: 1. Когда мы заселились был дождь и мы усталые с дороги пытались заказать еду, для того, чтобы заказать в приложениям по доставке еды нужна местная SIM карта, мы позвонили на ресепшен и спросили могут ли они помочь, они сказали нет, голос был мужской. Я спросил ну тогда может можно заказать из вашего ресторана, они сказали нет. Я спросил а что же делать? Они сказали идите в торговый центр и там покупайте, я сказал, но ведь идет дождь, на, что они сказали ну да это ваши проблемы. 2. Завтрак скудный, я был в Турции много раз и это был самый скудный и не вкусный завтрак, что я ел в Турции, за такую стоимость проживания вот такой завтрак, это не уважение к гостям. Я однозначно не рекомендую этот отель, он вообще не стоит своих денег. 3. За две ночи, что мы останавливались не убирались ни разу, не меняли полотенца, а при заселении так вообще отсутствовали не которые предметы для двоих людей, была одна чайная ложка к примеру.

- ESSA (10/5): هادئ وعملي وعائلي - الفندق جميل وهادئ وعائلي. الغرفة فسيحة ونظيفة وأثاثها جميل وتصميمها راقي. الحديقة مرتبة ومنسقة ومتوسطة الحجم الفطور جيد، ويتم تحضيره عند حضورك للمطعم عبارة عن طبق فيه منوعات إضافة إلى صحن بيض حسب الطلب. الموظفون ودودون ومتعاونون. الفندق قريب من مجمع استا مارينا .. مشي تقريبا 8 دقائق. متوفر موقف سيارات. اقترح اضاءة الممرات المؤدية للغرف. شكرا لكم على حسن استضافتكم.
- Uwe (9/5): A great hotel in a very nice location with people caring about their guests. For sure we will come back when staying in - The hotel is close to the sea. All rooms have a nice view to the park and the water. The rooms are big with a wide window to the floor, Modern furniture and a nice big bathroom. The breakfast is good with a variety of everything. It is served in the restaurant with a great sea view and a terrace. The chef of the restaurant was very friendly and made a special tea for me against my cold. All people were very friendly and helped in any way they could. The hotel is close to a big new shopping mall with lots of shops and restaurants. And the Metro station with trains direct to the city is within walking district. Parking is comfortable in a guarded area in front of the hotel. Everything was fine.

- Yoana (6/5): - The hotel is very nice and you feel like on a seaside holiday. You don't hear traffic noise and there are a lot of trees in the garden. There were some renovations and it was a little noisy. We had a strange experience with the receptionist because he said that me and my boyfriend can't stay in the same room (that was already paid) because we're not married. At the end they let us be.

- Косенко (10/5): Превосходное место. - Отличный отель. Я даже не ожидала, когда бронировала. Номер оказался лучше, чем на фото. Очень хорошие кровати, белье. В номере все есть, что нужно. В ванной - шампунь, кондиционер для волос, зубная паста, мыло и жидкое и твердое, шапочка для душа, ватные палочки, спонжики, даже разовая пилочки для ногтей, что очень пригодилось )) Отель находится не в туристическом районе, поэтому нет диких бродячих толп. Рядом метро Мармарай, остановки автобусов, паром, если на острова плыть. Да, до исторической части ехать на метро чуть больше часа, но поезда ходят очень часто и в любом случае, на побродить по достопримечательностям уходит весь день, а вечером уже все возвращаются и тут можно чудненько отдохнуть в тишине отеля или посидеть на берегу моря - Мраморное море буквально через дорогу. Затраки порционные, хорошие. Может быть летом в отеле и проводятся какие-то мероприятия, поэтому не так тихо и спокойно, но осенью это превосходное место. Маленький зеленый оазис. Надеюсь, что в следующем году снова приеду. Остановлюсь здесь же. И что еще очень удачно, что до отеля можно добраться на общественном транспорте со старого аэропорта. С пересадкой, но зато потратите максимум 100 лир, вместо 50 евро и времени это займет немного. Это для тех, кто уже разобрался с транспортной системой в Стамбуле и как и чем платить за проезд.

- Taylan (9/5): War schöner Aufenthalt für kurze Tage - Die Hotels spezialisiert für die Menschen, wo Ruhe haben wollen. Hotel hat sehr schöne Garten. Zimmereinrichtung ist bisschen veraltet
- Kadriye (9/5): Wenn man in der Nähe des Flughafens eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit mit guter Anbindung sucht dann ist es perfekt. - Das absolut freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, die Lage und Gestaltung der Hotelanlage mit einem Grünbereich in der Mitte. Blick auf das Meer. Trotz zentraler Lage hat man vom Straßenlärm nichts mitbekommen. Fussläufig kann man in 5-7 Minuten sowohl eine große Shopping Mall mit Restaurants erreichen, als auch den Bezirk Kartal mit landestypischen Restaurants und Geschäften. Mit dem Taxi sind es nur 20 Minuten zum Flughafen Sabiha Gökçen. Konzept ist Übernachtung mit Frühstück, dieses ist reichhaltig und für jeden etwas dabei. Kleines Obstbuffet. Alles war zu meiner Zufriedenheit.

- Gizem (10/5): Konforlu ve huzurlu bir konaklama deneyimiydi. - Çok ferah ve temiz bir yer. Çalışanlar oldukça güler yüzlü ve çok yardımcı oldular. Herhangi bir olumsuzluk yaşamadım.
- Mine (10/5): - Volkan (medewerker van het hotel) was super vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam! Echt een top medewerker, wij komen zeker nog een keer terug. Mede dankzij Volkan, heel erg bedankt voor de gastvrijheid en uitstekende service!

- Miscoci (9/5): Un sejur reușit la o locație care merită ratingul de 9 stele. - Un mic dejun echilibrat și o servire ireproșabilă. Administratorul hotelului a fost deosebit de amabil și prompt iar colaborarea cu dl. Volkan de la recepție și restaurant a fost excepțională. Poate ceva îmbunătățiri la lumina din cameră, puțin cam slabă în intensitate.

- Ilya (8/5): Very good - Good hotel near Sabiha airport. Large territory, close to sea. Ten minutes go to train toward Istanbul centre. Friendly staff. Rooms could use some renovates, especially conditioners

- Tanya (9/5): Superb - Quiet place. Close to the airport. Clean room and comfortable bed. Nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast. TV is old, just Turkish channels. Would be better with Smart TV.
- Ka (4/5): Disappointing - I was charged for the stay by the hotel during check-in, while I forgot that I paid to booking.com already when I booked on 2 Jan.I found it out when I checked my credit transcation record.
- Akin (10/5): Mükemmel - Burada daha önce de konakmıştım, son dakika rezervasyon ve inanılmaz memnun kalmıştım kız arkadaşımla beraber bu sefer yalnız geldim yine son dakika rezervasyonuydu önce iki oda kiraladık sonra iş arkadaşım kalmayacağı için ben buradaki konaklamamı uzattım, potansiyelini altında olduğunu düşündüğüm bir işletme fakat çok huzurlu ve tam bir aile ortamı diyebileceğim bir işletme şu an kış olduğu için açık olmayan bazı bölümler var tesiste yazın çok daha eğlenceli olacağına eminim Kartal’da merkezde ama aslında şehrin dışındaymış gibi bir yandan, denize yakın ulaşım konusunda sorunsuz mükemmel bir konumda.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Kötü çalışanlar - Otel lobisinde çalışan gececilerin ilk girişimizde yüzleri düştü, ilk başta anlam veremedim fakat sonradan geceliğine tonlarca para ödediğimiz otelde bizden üç kuruşluk bir kahveyi esirgeyince anladım ki bahşiş avcıları. Yabancı olmadığımız için yüzleri düşmüş. Otelin genel durumu gayet iyi fakat çalışanları feci durumdalar. Gecenin bir yarısı otel lobisine kadar yürüdüm gececi adam kapalı paket (tek bardaklık kahve) vermemek için taklalar attı. Daha önce bir çok otelde kaldım fakat bu otelin yıldızının şişirme olduğunu düşünüyorum.

- Mesut (1/5): Bad - My experience at this hotel was the worst day of my life. I chose this hotel because I was recovering from surgery and it was close to the airport. I couldn’t carry my luggage, so my cousin brought it an hour later. The hotel staff’s disrespect started at this point. They yelled at us, insisting that the person bringing the luggage, if staying at the hotel, should provide their ID. They did this so disrespectfully that I felt extremely embarrassed in front of my cousin. I clarified that they were only dropping off the luggage and not staying, and then I ended the conversation. At around 10 p.m., I was planning to go out for dinner with another relative. I wasn’t ready and asked for a 5-minute wait. Similarly, the hotel staff immediately gathered around us and began to speak in a disrespectful and mocking manner about not being allowed to stay in the hotel. When I raised my voice, they finally admitted their mistake. The real shock came when I returned at 1 a.m., after leaving at around 10:20 p.m. I couldn’t enter my room because my key card had been canceled. I had the card reactivated and went to sleep. In the morning, I noticed a few changes in the room and realized why my card had stopped working. They had created a new card and entered my room. I had to leave for the airport, so I couldn’t conduct a detailed investigation. I told them to preserve the camera recordings and that I would get in touch if I found anything missing. My advice is to stay away from this hotel!
