• Rüya (8/5): - The staff is really friendly and helpful. Whenever you need something, you can contact them and they will try their best to help you out. In less than 10 minutes you will reach the tram Beyazıt-Kapalıçarşı from the hotel, so the location is good! Anyone coming here should know that it's not an extravagant hotel, good price for value. We were renting three rooms for 9 people in total and were satisfied. The standard room for three people seems to be way smaller than the economy one in level -1. I think the only difference between both rooms is the window in level 1 (which you don't have in level -1, you're looking at a wall). Also, the hotel should maybe hire an extra person for cleaning as it seemed very basic when we got back to our room. However, we enjoyed our stay.

• Nydia (5/5): - La atención de los empleados del hotel. Muy amables y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos. La ubicación del hotel fue uno de los puntos más negativos de nuestra experiencia. Si bien se encuentra a unos 15/20 minutos de la Mezquita Azul, el barrio donde está ubicado no nos pareció recomendable, especialmente por la noche. La zona se siente insegura, es muy ruidosa, oscura y poco cuidada. Además, tuvimos varios inconvenientes con algunas de las habitaciones. Una de ellas estaba en el subsuelo y tenía un fuerte olor a cloaca, al punto de que debíamos mantener la puerta del baño cerrada para poder permanecer cómodamente en la habitación. También la ducha presentaba problemas, ya que el rociador se caía constantemente. Otra de las habitación no coincidía completamente con las fotos publicadas. En general, consideramos que las imágenes en Booking muestran los espacios con demasiado retoque y generan expectativas que no se ajustan a la realidad.

It said street view then they put us at the basement. Staff reception was going back and forth about the situation. No slippers in room, no brushes, etc ..., if you need to have to call reception. The airport transfer is just they called you a taxi then ask for higher price compared to the parameters, then keep asking why you did not choose their service. I expected to have a different type of car transfer but I realized they charged me so much higher when I arrived to the airport. Shower was broken, need to call reception to fix it.

The hotel is very clean, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe with no trash smell on the street. The location is great, very close to the center, and the street is quite manageable (just a typical Istanbul road, not overly steep like many others). The staff was lovely and even let us stay a bit past check-out for free. I would recommend this cozy hotel. Just a small tip: there was a bit of a strange noise at night (most probably coming from the elevator) that might need checking. We were in the 4th floor with no elevator and could still hear it when you're resting in the bed.

Room & Maintenance Issues Poor Bathroom Design: The bathroom was incredibly cramped and poorly ventilated. After taking a shower, the entire space stayed damp and humid for hours, making it feel unhygienic and uncomfortable to use. Lack of Basic Amenities: Despite being a "boutique" hotel, the room lacked essentials that are standard in modern travel. No toothpaste or toothbrush were provided, which was a frustrating oversight for a traveler. Subpar Housekeeping Inadequate Cleaning: The room service was disappointing. The cleaning was superficial at best; surfaces weren't wiped down properly, and the room didn't feel refreshed after they finished. It felt like the bare minimum was being done. Value for Money While being close to the Blue Mosque is a plus, the lack of attention to detail and maintenance makes it hard to justify the stay. You expect a certain level of comfort and cleanliness that this hotel simply didn't deliver.

The Rooms were clean, spacious and the location is close to all historical palace but you need to walk atleast 5-7mins to get the trum. Rooms are cleaned every day, so it's quite good, coffee and tea are always at hand. The location is quite convenient, 5 minutes to the metro, 3-5 minutes to other modes of transport. And also to all the temples is quite close, about 10 minutes on foot. I am satisfied and my recommendation if you need to walk a lot to the sights and especially if this is your first trip, then visit this hotel -

• Daniela (7/5): - Camerele arată ca în poze și este destul de aproape de marele bazar, aproximativ 6 min de mers pe jos. Este aproape și de o zona cu restaurante. Nu există parcare, cei de la recepție nu ne au ajutat în acest sens, noi venind cu 2 mașini și suficiente bagaje. Hotelul se află pe o străduță îngustă unde poți ajunge cu mașina, dar mai greu, și după ora 18, până atunci sunt închise străzile. Vorbisem dinainte ca vom avea nevoie de 2 parcări și ni s a spus ca este în regulă și se va rezolva, nu s a rezolvat, am găsit singuri o parcare la câteva străzi și a trebuit să lăsăm bagajele acolo, luând doar strictul necesar, deoarece toate străzile sunt în rampa și se ajunge mai greu cu bagaje. Parcarea: Emin Otopark, 10-15 euro pe zi pentru un suv, dacă îmi amintesc bine.
