- Birsefa (1/5): - I tried to reserve a room twice 2 different times and every time it was cancelled with the excuse that the building was burnt down. The stove in the room did not work. There was no pan, we had to ask for everything from the lady at the reception.

The question itself feels inappropriate given the extremely dangerous and unsanitary conditions. This property should not be listed on Booking.com. My experience involved serious safety risks, including fire without a working alarm, bed bugs, and unacceptable hygiene standards. Nothing. - Maia (5/5): Passable - Location is perfect. Very dirty room. Staff very awful. It was cold, the owner didn't pay attention to us. Everything was very dirty. I even slept in my clothes and put my T-shirt on a pillow... Check-in delayed, we were kept waiting for several hours, they told us the room wasn't ready. It's a very bad choice.

- Neda (1/5): Avoid at all costs. There are many other places to stay. - This place is disgusting don't stay here. I read the reviews and thought "how bad can it really be" but it was even worse than the reviews. Don't stay here. Everything. Nothing good.
- Zsofia (8/5): Very good - Properly equipped ensuite rooms with a kitchenette. It's an apart hotel with spacious studios. There's a good choice of apartments with a modern feel. The staff is looking well after an injured resident kitten, which is consistent with Turkish behaviour. Turkish people absolutely love their semi-stray cats. Every room I was staying in (three in total) had plumbing issues to be fixed either inside the room or in the room above with some leakage dripping through the ceiling.

- Pedro (1/5): Bad - Sleeping on a bench would be a better experience. I'll give a 1/10 because it was close to Taksim square where you can find some. My curtains had blood and there were unlit cigarretes on the floor. The bathroom had trash on the floor and the bathtub had insects everywere. It was clear after a few minutes that the apartment wasn't clean for months. I recommend you to do a physycal check up upon your arrival to your country if you are brave enough to stay at this place.

Unfortunately the spot AC was not working and the stairs were very narrow. Which makes it hard to claim it with any suitcase. However; Khalid helped me with my luggage and offer some breakfast for free. Thank you Khalid

- Keith (10/5): Exceptional - The location of the hotel is quite nice. At first I thought I came to Mexico. But after a 3-minute walk, you reach the city center. It is quite advantageous. And I didn't witness anyone bothering me. When you examine carefully, you will realize that most of the people are from abroad. I don't know much about the staff and the hotel, I haven't had much contact with them. But the view from the room was beautiful and it was obvious that care was taken in its cleanliness. They do not provide regular room cleaning service, but they do it if you ask.
- Svianadze (1/5): Bad - Nothing. THE HOTEL RED TENT SUITE WAS AWFUL, STUFF WAS NOT TRUSTWORTHY! The Manager Omar approved my arrive time from 2 till 3 o'clock, but the rooms which I booked were not free. We entered at 6 o'clock in another rooms which were dirty and the rooms were on basement. Facilities which were written before I booked were not. There was no iron, slippers, towels, bed Linnea, clothet. Everything was dirty.

Horrible unsafe place and service... they are stealing your money from you and playing with you and your time 😡 Everything. The place is horribly unsafe. The place of prostitution abd drug consuming... We landed a little bit late, but we've informed them about that because it was our first time visiting that area. When we came nobody was there. First impression was that hotel is not even the same as the hotel on booking. It was so dirty and weird noises were coming from every corner of it. You don't know the hotel who belongs to and there is nobody you can normally talk to. Everything feels weird and unsafe about this place. After a one hour some skinny man gave us key for room 17th , after we realise that he is not even working there. He smells on drug... he bring us on last floor. The worst thing is because we carried out our bags by ourselves and there is no elevator. The stairs are so tiny you can bearly step on them. The apartment was so dirty and there is one window looking at the front of wall, so basically ther is no window. The room was so funny you can barely move. At night you hear argues, screams and noises from people who are having sex. That area is usually unsafe and full of prostitution. Tomorrow we left, earlier three nights that we have booked. We talk with some guy and pleased him to refund a half of money , but they played us 😡 terrible experience

- Verified traveler (4/5): - Sadece uyuyacak uygun bir yer arıyorsanız tercih edilebilir ama onun dışında sifon çalışmıyordu, çalışanlar ilgisizdi. Konum olarak da otele giderken çok güvende hissetmedim biraz korkutucuydu.
- Marcello (2/5): - Noch nie so was furchtbares gesehen. Vom Gestank nach kaltem Rauch abgesehen, war der Dreck. Überall Haare, Staub, Flecken, eine angebrochene (halb leer) Wasserflasche, WC mit Bremsspuren, nicht funktionierende Dusche (Duschbrause lag einfach am Boden und konnte nicht auf dem Schlauch montiert werden), Schimmel, klebriges Geschirr und weiss gar nicht wo aufhören. Hatten insgesamt 2 Zimmer gebucht (eine davon über einen anderen Anbieter) und beide in einem ähnlich desolaten Zustand. Als ich reklamierte hat man uns ein anderes Zimmer gezeigt, was aber nicht besser war. Haben nach einer Stunde ausgecheckt und kurzfristig ein anderes Aparthotel gebucht.
