The location is excellent and very convenient, and having a restaurant downstairs is a huge advantage — the food was absolutely delicious. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Everything was spotless, tidy, and beautifully maintained. It’s definitely a place I would happily come back to.

- DARIA (10/5): - Очень долго выбирала отель! Глаз зацепился за фото интерьера и я не ошиблась! Очень приятный, симпатичный ремонт, красивый уютный номер. Есть все необходимое, персонал очень вежливый. Очень удобно расположен - близко к площади Таксим и очень близко от автобусной остановки, откуда идут автобусы до Нового Аэропорта Стамбула. Несмотря на то, что отель расположен на оживленной улице, ночью спать тихо. Мне очень понравилось это место! Приеду сюда еще.

- M (6/5): Prima voor een paar dagen Istanbul - Top lokatie, alles in de buurt. Geen ontbijt maar aan het einde van de straat zit wel een heel goed authentiek theehuis met heerlijke ontbijtkaart dus een goed alternatief! Kamers nu nog op orde maar zal bij geen renovatiewerkzaamheden snel in verval raken, dat zou zonde zijn. Gehorige kamers
- M (6/5): Prima verblijf voor een paar dagen Istanbul - De locatie is top, dichtbij openbaar vervoer mogelijkheden en de grote winkelstraat op loopafstand. We hadden 3 kamers met het gezin, ze waren niet gelijk ingedeeld en van dezelfde grootte. In 1 kamer kon je bv niet om het 2 persoons bed heen lopen. De kamers zijn nu nog op orde maar verval begin je wel te zien, een opfrisbeurt met een nieuw likje verf en nalopen op renovatie punten zou niet verkeerd zijn om verval tegen te gaan. Dat zou zonde zijn.

- Mahmoud (1/5): Bad Stay - The Location Was Very Good / Its near the down town and all the places that i like to go for it / The room decor Was Simple and nice Inappropriate employee behavior , Especially the room cleaning staff , they wasn't clean until put some tip for them ,, and when they clean , the if they clean the put a not clean bed cloth , in all of my stay they clean the floor only 1 time , i tried before hotels in Istanbul ( Taksim ) and they was clean everyday / everything . it was not easy to have some Coffee and White suger , i bought many times from outside. and in the morning it was not easy to use the elevator Because the House keeping Team put there equipment's inside it, so you should use the stairs from the first floor until going up or down !!! Really it was So bad ! i will not go there back any more and my stay was expensive compared to the very poor service

Apesar de icalização central, é silencioso O quarto é pequeno, mas é confortável. Banheiro muito bom. Roupa de cama e de banho são novas. O hotel parece ter sido reformado. Há onde deixar as malas antes do check in ou depois do check out. Funcionários gentis.

- ANDREY (3/5): Категорически не рекомендую! - Чистое белье, горячая вода, новый кондиционер- вот в общем то и все. Ужасная слышимость. Шум вентиляции за окном. Неприветливый персонал. Неуютно. Впервые пришлось редактировать свой отзыв: по возвращении из поездки на мой личный мессенджер пришло сообщение угрожающего характера, типа ты чего там, совсем оборзел, чем тебе не понравился персонал и все остальное. После моего уточнения, на каком основании мне пишет представитель отеля в таком непозволительном тоне, он попытался стереть свое сообщение, но я сделал скриншот. Очень странно, я оставил достаточно корректный отзыв, даже не упомянув, что у меня до сих пор пахнут табаком все вещи, настолько прокуренным был номер. Вероятно, многие положительные отзывы были оставлены постояльцами под давлением представителями отеля.

Сам номер в хорошем состоянии , отличная ванная комната, чисто. Интернет работает хорошо. Нет такого , к чему можно было бы придраться. Все ок. Хорошее соотношение цена-качество.

- Emin (8/5): Everything fully met my expectations, more than a good option for an overnight stay - If you plan to spend the whole day out for business or sightseeing and only return in the evening to rest, this hotel is a very good and affordable option. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I stayed here twice, mainly for the perfect location. The hotel is just a few steps away from Taksim metro station (green line), making it very convenient for getting around the city. The street is central, feels safe, and yet not too noisy. I had no trouble sleeping at night. Cleanliness is not awesome, but it's acceptable. Breakfast is not included, but there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Just keep in mind that prices in this area are a bit higher than on Istiklal Street. Try to avoid the top (5th) floor, as the ceilings there are lower than on other floors.

- Eduard (6/5): Low cost stay in the great location - There was no breakfast, but there are plenty options around. The location is great - it is just a block away from Taksim Square, all the public transportation is nearby. Besides, the place is quiet at night. The bathroom lacks a couple of additional shelves for the small things like toothbrushes, combs etc. The ac is hard to use because it blows a cold air directly to the bed, generally it is hard to stay in the room with ac on as well as with ac off.

- Вероника (10/5): Great hotel in a safe area - This hotel has an absolutely perfect location. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the bus that takes you to either airport, which is super convenient. Even though it’s right in a busy area, you don’t hear any noise in the rooms at all. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is very small, but the rooms are pleasant and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The room is compact, but neat and has everything you need — perfect if you’re out exploring all day and just coming back to sleep. Also, it’s a safe area, I’d say it’s an ideal option for a short stay, and I can definitely recommend it.
