- ali (2/5): - Gute Lage Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Der an der Rezeption hat uns ein Taxi bestellt zum Flughafen, abgemacht war 40 Euro, er wollte schluss endlich 60 euro 2750tl aber auf dem taxometer stand 1400tl wir haben auch den Flug verpasst weil er so lange hatte jedes Taxi an der strasse wäre schneller und günstiger gewesen. Das hotel arbeitet mit unseriösen leuten leider

- Don (5/5): An unexpected experience stay - It is not the room that you might like but the location is good. It is walkable to the train station and the surrounding tourist spots. It is also surrounded by cafe's, restaurants, and bars that you can actually hang out after a long day of walking. The first room was too small. Phone, TV, and Wi-Fi are not working. No technician or specialist will be assigned to fix it. We requested another room. The room is a bit bigger but still a little tight. TV is still not working. Wifi is working, but connection speed is awful.

Чайник в номере есть. Чистота в номере - убирали каждый день. Заботливый администратор помог мне во многом. Приеду еще в этот отель. Все отлично

- Rizvo (5/5): - Ergun receptionist was welcoming and staff is okay, location of this property was something that increased overall experience, very close to tram and metro, aya sofya, eminonu… Breakfast was terrible, not so much option for sweets. Room was smelling badly like moisture and we didnt get any extra towels first 3 days, after that we got 4 towels but 2 of them were dirty. Toilet is 3x1m and the shelf that you are supposed to put stuff was broken, extremely hard to move inside shower. Window was broken.

- Recepali (7/5): Une journee a istanbul - Emplacement Nous sommes arrivés un jour où il n’y avait pas d’électricité et pas de groupe électrogène. Nous avons passé l’après-midi sous la chaleur. Le problème a été résolue pour le nuit seulement. L’enfant du réceptionniste n’arrêtait pas de crier à la réception ce qui ne nous a permis de nous reposer.

- Selin (2/5): Einfach nur Kopfschmerzen - nichts. Überhaupt nicht weiter zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind sehr heruntergekommen - Haare im Bett, Bettlacken mit Flecken, Badezimmer sehr unhygienisch, Ausstattung kaputt, zu eng. Obwohl wir keine pingeligen Gäste sind, ist uns wenigstens die Sauberkeit der Betten und der Toilette wichtig. Wir haben in der ersten Nacht auf die Haare im Bett aufmerksam gemacht und wollten ein neues Zimmer, doch dort sah es genauso aus. Uns wurde gesagt, dass das Zimmer am nächsten Morgen sauber gemacht wird, wurde es aber nicht da es anscheinend keinen Ersatzschlüssel gab und uns nicht gesagt wurde, dass wir den Schlüssel dort lassen sollen. Wir kamen ins Zimmer zurück und alles sah genauso aus wie vorher. Dann haben wir das Zimmer gewechselt und dort war der Toilettensitz kaputt. Als wir mit dem Chef geredet haben wurde uns gesagt, dass es repariert wird und es normal sei, wenn ein paar Haare im Bett sind, was einfach unverschämt ist. Wenn solche Aussagen getroffen werden, können die Zimmer auch nur so aussehen. „Repariert“ wurde es, jedoch ist der Deckel am nächsten Morgen wieder abgefallen. Uns wurde ständig gesagt Sie haben Recht, aber das bringt auch nichts, wenn sich keiner richtig bemüht und auf die Hygiene achtet. Nie wieder !

The location was near everything, I feel comfortable when speaking to Kadir,he listened to me. Thanks Kadir, I hope management recognize your hard work. I didn’t like anything,the hallways was dark , the stairways were narrow, the staff were not no nice, the bathroom was so small,the telephone and refrigerator in the room wasn’t working. I was dying to leave crowned plus.

- Sugde (3/5): Garnicht wie auf den Bildern - Sehr Zentral gelegen Das erste Zimmer wo wir untergebracht waren, war wirklich unter aller Sau. Es war sehr dreckig, mit Insekten und Schimmel. Es war nicht wie auf den Bildern. Nach Anfrage um das Zimmer zu wechseln, wurde erstmal mit dem „Chef“ diskutiert und er war der Meinung, dass wäre das Zimmer was wir gebucht hätten. Nach dem ich die Bilder gezeigt hatte wurde das Zimmer am nächsten Tag gewechselt. Jedoch hat dort die Klimaanlage bei den sehr hohen Temperaturen nicht funktioniert. Außerdem war auch das Zimmer nicht sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls sehr fade. Das Brot war nicht frisch und hat geschmeckt wie am Vortag. Im Großen und Ganzen war alles nicht wie auf den Bildern. Nie wieder.
