- Pierpaolo (1/5): Incubo! - Non mi è piaciuto niente Tutto. Arriviamo, con mia moglie il 28 marzo di sera tardi, piove, abbiamo fatto un viaggio di 18 ore, ci danno una camera assurda, la puzza di muffa è fortissima, dal tetto del bagno piove acqua, dentro la lavatrice panni bagnati e puzzolenti, ruggine e sporcizia sul piano cottura. Dopo forti lamentele ci fanno vedere altri "tuguri" ho detto che volevo andar via, e li ho pregati di accettare il rimborso da parte di booking, lo rifiutano dicendo che avevo già fatto checkin, siamo stanchi e decidiamo di rimanere una notte per poi andar via l'indomani, errore grave, mia moglie inizia a tossire per la forte puzza di muffa che, nel frattempo, col riscaldamento era aumentata, apro le finestre nonostante freddo e pioggia, una notte da incubo, fossi stato in Italia sarei andato dai carabinieri. Chiedo aiuto a booking, mando prove fotografiche e booking ad un certo punto mi dice che il proprietario ha detto che non avevo mai dormito lì. Sono arrabbiatissimo, ho prenotato, sempre tramite booking, dal 29 presso il Feronya Hotel, ottima struttura, perdendo le restanti notti. Per non parlare "dell' ufficio legale" che mi ha minacciato di denunciarmi perchè dicevo che il posto era uno schifo, sono già organizzati per far spaventare la gente cosicchè non si lamenti.

- Adrian (7/5): - Locația se afla destul de aproape de zona centrala a orașului, apartamentul este curat, dotat cu chicinetă, wi-fi și Smart tv. Este situat într-un bloc de locuințe, la etajul 1 iar în apropiere se afla mai multe magazine și supermarketuri. Străzile sunt înguste, fiind dificila deplasarea cu auto personal și este destul de greu să găsești un loc de parcare. Trotuarele sunt înguste, de multe ori fiind grea deplasarea cu un cărucior de copii din cauza cutiilor de carton de la magazine lăsate abandonate și a sacilor de gunoi menajer.

The staff is very helpfull and proffesional. The shower was pretty bad. It is very hard to get steady warm water out of the shower since the electric geyser depends on a steady waterpressure. And the waterpressure variates

- Fay (3/5): Poor instructions on how to collect key and alternative apartment provided not one booked. - Location Poor instructions on how to collect the keys. We went to the address that we thought was our accommodation only to find guests there who guided us after alot of knocking to the office which is away from the accommodations. It wasn’t ideal especially with a baby a suitcase and at 12 at night. The apartment we booked was not what we were provided. We booked Royal apartments but were given moon light.
- Roubenk (3/5): Poor - Staff was nice and polite, location is convenient to explore Beyoglu. I had no electricity at all (no light, no hot water, no wifi, absolutely nothing) from check-in at 2pm until check-out at 8am. The power cut was not the responsibility of the hotel, and other buildings in the neighborhood had the same power cut (not all of them, some of the buildings had light, some didn't). My issue is with how it was managed. When I asked my money back, so I could look for a room that has the basics such as light or hot water, they refused. I don't think it's fair to let a customer pay a full price and not providing any basic things a room should have, even when you're not responsible. The staff was nice and helpful to charge my phone, but I suppose they can't decide much. The manager said that he was trying to find a solution and never came back to me, clearly not caring at all.

- Raeisi (4/5): Disappointing - The electricity in the building was cut off and the hotel unfortunately did not have emergency power and the cooling devices did not work and it was difficult for my little children.
- Ne (8/5): Very good - The room as exactly the same as the picture. It's neat, clean and spacy. Very nice and comfortably. Bathroom is nice and modern. The reception and the apartment are in different buildings but it's very easy to get in touch with personal staff. They always ask and try to solve requests instantly. Cleaned my room nicely on request. The staffs speak in a nice and friendly tone. The owner even suggested me nice places to visit in Istanbul and tried to help til til the very end of my stay. Very friendly. They also sell other services like tour packages and other services. The location is uphill and downhill for information. Otherwise it's pretty convenient to most attractions. The neighourhood doesn't feel safe for solo traveler after sunset. I have not been scared to walk at night like this as I came from a quite safe country. Dark alley. Groups of people would hangout even after 3 am. Recommended to take taxi after dark. I did and all of the drivers made sure I got inside the apartment safe before they drive away. I was a little bit unlucky during my stay as they had problem with electrical power, making it pretty much incovenvient for the stay that require electricity. They always come and check when request. They offered to call service but I had to already checkout by then. To unlock the outerdoor requires a big amount of muscle. I could barely open from the outside. Have to use the same key to close from inside which I failed and gave up trying after 5 mins. There's no elevator. The stairs are a little bit steep, but they offered me to carry the baggage for me. Which is very kind of them.
- Alexandra (9/5): Superb - The location was nice. Pretty calm even though it was close to the city. Also very close to the office, which was perfect because we needed the staff's help on a few occasions. The iron and the laundry machine were definitely a big plus (the hotel sells washing tabs for 1€ each). The apartment was very clean, the bed comfortable enough for 5 nights. It was nice to have a small kitchen to prepare breakfast and some easy dinner. The alarm system that we couldn't quite figure out. It randomly went on 3 times during our stay when it was not supposed to be activated and we had a lot of trouble stopping it. However the staff was always very fast to come and help us. Apparently it could have been due to a mixing in the keys of the different apartments, I hope they fixed the problem. It was nice to have a baking sheet but it was very slow so we only used it once to cook some eggs. Better know it if you're in a rush. All in all nothing too bad
