- Roula (9/5): - Spent 2 weeks in this hotel and here’s a detailed feedback: I felt like home, and thanks to the staff in the hotel, mentioning them by name because they were extremely helpful and welcoming ..! Reception & hotel staff: Umut Musa Suat Ozgur Cihan Umut Cleaners and all Khai’s Family 🩵 Cleaning: the rooms are super clean but some rooms might be smelly , smells come from outside the hotel , so it’s not an internal issue , but this applies to some rooms not all… Noise: the hotel has a very good isolation between rooms , you don’t hear anything inside the hotel from other room, but a bit noisy from outside (Tram, cars) which will be less noisy after 12 am. You can sleep this wont make an issue unless you’re very sensitive to noise. Location: its PERFECT, near to tram station, ferry station,Galata bridge, Galata tower , Galata port , shops , coffee shops , restaurants. ( all by walking 🚶) The location is in Karakoy which is a very vivid place , alot of tourists and very active, so you won’t feel you are in an isolated place. Safety : super safe , at night they lock the main door so no outside visitors can come and only residents with hotel cards can enter !! (Perfect for solo) Facilities: no breakfast but they have rooftop AMAZING view u can see all Istanbul from there with AMAZING music & also a closed restaurant with a view to the city in 8th floor. A breakfast would be nice to have

El personal en todo tiempo muy atento y amable Las vistas no son tan buenas como parece, están básicamente tapadas parcialmente por los árboles. Se ve bien, pero no destaca. El tamaño de las habitaciones está bien, aunque un poco pequeño para los estándares de Turquía.

Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln die unmittelbar in der Nähe sind. Unser Deluxe Zimmer war ausreichend Groß mit genügend Abstellraum Am Eingang des Gebäudes befindet sich ein Café. Um zur Rezeption zu gelangen, muss man durch das Café gehen; die Rezeption befindet sich im ersten Stock. Das ist etwas irreführend. Im Zimmer lag ein unangenehmer Abflussgeruch, der den Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt hat. Das Hotel bietet leider kein Frühstück an.

Il est à proximité du pont qui relit la vieille ville et l’accès au bateau pour aller sur la rive asiatique est à cinq minutes à pied. De nombreux restaurants aux alentours avec un arrêt de tramway à proximité également. Vous disposez d’un restaurant sur le Rooftop assez haut-de-gamme, mais la vue est très belle Il n’y a pas de volley mais uniquement des stores ce qui ne permet pas d’être au noir complet la nuit. La chambre est un peu petite pour ouvrir deux grosses valises en soute. Mais celle-ci reste en très bon état.

- Selin (10/5): - İstanbul’da otel bulmakta gerçekten zorlandık çünkü bizim için güvenilir olması, personelin ilgisi ve temizlik çok önemliydi. Bu otel ise aradığımız her şeyi fazlasıyla sağladı. Personel çok güler yüzlü ve ilk günden itibaren inanılmaz yardımcı oldular. Gece saat 2’de otele varmamıza rağmen bizi bekleyen biri vardı ve hemen yardımcı oldular. Herhangi bir isteğimiz ya da sorunumuz olduğunda anında çözdüler. Odalar düzenli olarak temizleniyor ve hijyen konusunda gerçekten çok iyilerdi. Su, şampuan gibi küçük ihtiyaçlar da düşünülmüş ve eksiksiz karşılanıyordu. Otelin konumu için söyleyecek söz yok; Galata’ya ve İstiklal Caddesi’ne yürüme mesafesinde. Ayrıca otelin hemen önünde bir büfe var, ihtiyacınız olan her şeyi kolayca bulabilirsiniz. Kısacası, teşekkürler Khai Hotel. Biz çok memnun kaldık ve tekrar geleceğiz!

С самого момента заезда чувствуется забота о гостях: персонал невероятно приветливый, вежливый и всегда готов помочь по любому вопросу. Особо хочется отметить чистоту — в номере было безупречно прибрано, свежее белье и приятная атмосфера. Но самым приятным сюрпризом стало то, что мне повысили категорию номера до варианта с видом на море. Месторасположение отеля просто идеальное: всё самое интересное находится в шаговой доступности, при этом в самом отеле сохраняется уют и спокойствие. Это то место, куда я бы с удовольствием вернулся еще не раз. Огромное спасибо команде отеля за гостеприимство! Оценка: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Хотелось бы иметь мини холодильник :)

- Laura (10/5): Ubicación, instalaciones y personal MARAVILLOSO - Nuestra experiencia ha sido maravillosa. La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, al lado de la parada de tranvía y del puerto. Además es una zona tranquila pero que está a menos de 10 minutos andando de zonas de ocio nocturno/hosteleria y ambiente así como de Galata. A destacar el personal del hotel. Todos son encantadores y siempre están dispuestos a ayudar y hacer de tu estancia un viaje perfecto. Incluso nos hicieron una mejora de habitación la tercera noche al habernos tocado un cuarto bastante pequeño en el inicio (nosotros no pedimos nada, fue un gesto que les nació a ellos). La decoración del hotel es ideal. Sin duda recomiendo y repetiría 10000%!! Muchísimas gracias por todo!

- Daniella (9/5): Perfect visit to Istambul - The location 10/10, the staff were always so helpful and always prepared to help us. My friend lost her camera and the hotel helped us get it back. Additionally we went for easter and they gave us chocolates super cute! Nothing it was perfect!
- Cristina (6/5): Ideal small property for a short stay outside exploring - The location is great - just opposite Galata bridge and very close to a key tram stop to visit Sultanahmet and the sights, while also a short walk away from Cihangir. The staff were courteous and helpful. The rooms are very small and the design isn’t great so, for instance, it isn’t easy to open the wardrobes without knocking things on your nightstand. The shower isn’t fully enclosed so the bathroom gets wet easily (although I have no complaints about the daily cleaning)

- UtrechtTraveler (6/5): - Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en attent. Niets op aan te merken, gewoon super! De locatie is ook vrij goed, vlakbij de tram en de brug naar het oude deel en bij de Galata Tower. Wel zeer toeristisch allemaal. De kamer was erg klein, extreem gehorig naar buiten toe maar ook naar de gang toe waarbij hotelpersoneel al vroeg in de ochtend ontzettend veel herrie maakte. Er zat een kantoortje onder ons, en als de deur daar dicht werd gemaakt rammelde het bed. Het warm water werd vaak niet echt helemaal warm en bleef een beetje lauw. De kamer op de 3e verdieping was met de lift niet volledig bereikbaar, we moesten altijd met de trap een halve verdieping omhoog nog via een smalle trap waar je je koffer voor je moet houden, voor oudere mensen kan dit problematisch zijn. Zeker voor de prijs zijn dat dingen die we niet hadden verwacht. Dus helaas een 6 ondanks het fijne personeel.

- Maria (7/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν αρκετά καλή μιας και ήταν κοντά το τρόλεϊ και στάση λεωφορείου καθώς και ο δρόμος που οδηγεί στο Γαλατά. Είχε ένα εστιατόριο στο τελευταίο όροφο και ένα καφέ στο ισόγειο Τα δωμάτια δεν ήταν άσχημα, λίγο μικρά και σίγουρα σε κάποια σημεία στους τοίχους χρειαζόταν καθάρισμα, στο καθημερινό καθάρισμα του δωματίου κατάλαβα ότι δεν σκούπιζαν το πατωμα. Επίσης δεν είχε ψυγείο και ενώ ζητήσαμε αν γίνεται να έχουμε θέα μιας κ ερχομασταν πρώτη φορά στη Πόλη τελικά το δωμάτιο που μας έδωσαν είχε ένα μικρό παράθυρο που έβλεπε στο πλάι του κτιρίου πράγμα που έκανε το δωμάτιο και αρκετά σκοτεινό.

- Samuel (8/5): Lovely, very happy with our choice. - Location was great, the staff were lovely, and the room was very cool and had a great view. The rooftop bar was pretty epic. It was slightly smaller than I expected and felt a little pokey, if I'm being critical. I didn't like the pillows – felt like they were filled with water.

- Ebru Öznur (10/5): MAGISCH! - Die Lage des Hotels ist bombastisch, nur ein paar Minuten entfernt ist die Tram, Galata Brücke und Karaköy iskelesi. Geht man über die Brücke ist man praktisch direkt schon Mısır çarşısı. Der Galataturm und die İstiklal Straße sind auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wunderschöne Cafés, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und und und. Das Hotel eine Augenweide, das Personal überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Erwartungen wurden übertroffen und würde immer wieder hier buchen. Gibt nichts
