I got contact with the owner he was calm and relaxed but the staff was so rude , appartment things were not working i complained asked to just give key back and said im lying. The heating was actually not working . As the owner messaged problem was solved but over all the most horrible experience i have had ever. No heating or water taps and shower was not working. Horrible management and cleaning
• Estate (4/5): Disappointing - Very hospital staff with good English speaking It didn't have an elevator. The floorin parket was noisy. They fill the fridge once instead of every day. The entrance door frame was broken, which made us pull the door very hard. The stairway lamps were not detecting humans to be illuminated .
• Valentina (7/5): Budget apartments that exceeded our expectations. - We have been living in Turkey for about seven months and have managed to live in different cities. The first positive point is the proactivity and friendliness of the staff. When our prepayment on the card did not go through, they immediately got in touch and helped solve the problem. We arrived late and were met by the receptionist at the office, which is located just down the street from the apartment. He spoke English well, which is not often found here. As far as I understand, the staff works around the clock and is always available for communication. The apartment was very clean, the walls were obviously newly painted. The bed linen was absolutely clean and spotless, although not new. We were especially pleased with the absence of the smell of cigarettes in the room (which is very rare in Turkey). It was nice to find a lot of towels, like in a nice hotel. Welcome bottles of water, cupcakes and coffee were waiting for us in the refrigerator — such care for the guests was very pleasant. The apartment is conveniently located a 15-minute walk from Taksim metro station. We had a great time in Istanbul. Thank you! The only negative for me is the noise on the street at night on weekends. Good sound insulation is rare in Turkey, and it made it a little difficult to sleep. Therefore, I recommend people with light sleep to take earplugs if you are planning a trip to Turkey. We arrived in Istanbul at night, and the street where the apartment is located at first seemed a little creepy to me. But the receptionist reassured us, explaining that there is a police station nearby and the area is safe. We lived on the third floor, and I liked the view from the window of the authentic streets with hanging linen and balconies. However, if you look down at the sidewalk, there is quite a lot of garbage. The stove in the kitchen turned out to be low—powered - we never waited for it to heat up. But it didn't matter to us.

But the second time was much better the price is almost twice cheaper but the same convenience plus breakfast. Very poor sound insulation and weak internet.

• Nicrawlings (9/5): Attentive and responsive team in the heart of Beyoğlu - I had a really warm and confident welcome by the reception staff, and I was able to check in a few hours before the usual check in time. After a complimentary Turkish tea, I was taken to my apartment where I was encouraged to check the cleanliness of the place ... It was spotless! By the way, the offer of free tea in their Cafe Berry for a few hours each afternoon was a nice touch and I popped in a few times on my way in / out. The apartment's fridge was stocked with complimentary water, coffee sachets and cakes; and the bathroom had large bottles of shampoo / soap [ environmentally conscious ], although I couldnt tell which was which as there were no markings on the bottles ! I asked for some more kitchen equipment to compliment what was already there, and within just a few minutes, a lady appeared with everything I requested, and more. Whilst the central heating didnt pump out much heat, the air con unit made up for this; I was always warm. Finally, as this was a first for me in Turkey, its worth mentioing that each of the apartments had its own door security alarm which was set / unset using a fob on the key ring. Finally, Istanbul is a city which runs 24/7, and nowhere will you really escape street noise. Here was no exception. If you are a light sleeper, like me, take some ear plugs ! The WIFI was sluggish and sporadic at best, and was completely offline for 6 hours one evening. There did appear to be conflicts with the routers in the apartment block and I would frequently lose connection during audio / video calls. I fed this back seperately to the team for further investigation so shouldn't continue to be a concern. This may be personal, but it must be noted that the streetlight directly outside the window did illuminate the bedroom a great deal at night .. [ See my pic taken at 4;30am ]. So, like I said, if you are a light sleeper, take an eye mask to match your ear plugs !

• Revel (3/5): I would never return - Cheap price and near some great dinner restaurants Very noisy and run-down neighborhood. They buy or contract out many apartment buildings and turn them into overnight rentals. No staff on premise.

• Olga (10/5): Exceptional - The stay was pretty comfortable and the apartment met my expectations. + Very helpful and polite personnel. The guy speaks English, answers fast and reception is available 24/7 + Reasonable price for a stay + Matches the photos and I personally love the style + Clear and helpful instructions on how to reach the place + Good wi-fi + The grocery shop is nearby Those notes are not related to the apartment itself but to the surroundings which couldn't be fixed but should be taken in mind. - It is still a bit noisy during the night in spite the apartment itself is not near clubs or a highway. I guess it happened because there are other places for rent situated around. - The street is going uphill, so depending on your movement direction it could be hard to drag your luggage. - There is no elevator in the house and the staircase is narrow, so again, the big luggage could be a problem.
• Richard (4/5): Disappointing - Staff was great...very helpful. My only complaint--and I hope they fix it--it's so simple--is to replace the mattress in my room. I was in #5. I could feel the springs while I slept, which made it a problem sleeping. Also, the staff that takes you to the building---they have several--should show the guest how to run the TV and air conditioning...as the instructions on the clickers are in Turkish. I hope this helps everyone, and that the staff at this place reads this and makes the changes...they are not much, but they will make a big difference.

• Cassandra (8/5): Great stay in a comfortable light filled room. - Lovely light filled room central to restaurants, transport and tourist sites with very friendly and helpful staff. A little noisy at night but it is Istanbul:)
• Kleoniki (6/5): Good room, but I was afraid of the location - The bathroom and the bed. Also, the electric devices. The location is shady. I was afraid, but maybe it's just a poor neighbourhood.
• Benjamin (8/5): Looks good - I was in flat 8 at Simitci no 9 for 4 nights. No problems, except fridge didn't work and bathroom seemed to flood a bit. Parking advertised as free was on the street near their office (a short walk away - as was their cafe for breakfast ) but if you want to park privately there's a few options quite close , around 150try per day. Short walk to pubs, restaurants, bus stops and maybe 20 mins to Taskim square for metro, etc. Staff at office helpful and friendly. Communication all good. I'd be happy to go again ! Fridge didn't work !
• Sian (5/5): Cheap but otherwise disappointing. The photos make it look nicer than it is. If you are after cheap accommodation near B - Good fringe location and cheap. It hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived. It was in a slightly divey area on a very dirty street. There was a lot of noise from the street at all hours of the night. The room was also right by the street light and the curtains were pretty much non existent so the light came into the room all night.

So I have upgraded my room to deluxe, its with colored glass balcony room no 7. Room 7 on fourth fkoor, has plenty light, hight ceiling. So it was nice place to stay. Reception was responsive and helpfull. Asked for regular chair to work on my laptop. Stair are narrow, need to consider it.

• Roman (10/5): Exceptional - I've been here three times already, in three different rooms. All rooms are clean and pleasant. All rooms correspond to the photo. Administration is responsive as always. The staff speaks Russian, English and Turkish and it helps a lot in communication. I also discovered that they have their own cafe with delicious breakfasts and lunches. I will definitely come back here again.
• Roman (10/5): Exceptional - This place is exactly the same as in the photos. It's clean, light and comfortable. The environment is modest, but there is everything you need for an independent and budget travel - WiFi, air conditioning, stove and refrigerator. The bed linen is clean, there is no mold in the bathroom, there are no insects (this is a common problem in Istanbul). This is the second time I've stayed here and will continue if the price doesn't change. Nice and helpful staff, thank you for your work!
