• Balnur (8/5): - Очень понравился отель, удобная локация в Таксиме, всё рядом. При этом внутри тихо, можно нормально отдохнуть. Номер уютный, чистый, есть всё необходимое. Отдельно хочу сказать спасибо персоналу, заселили меня в 2 часа ночи, хотя заезд был только днём. Для меня это было очень важно. В целом осталась довольна, с удовольствием вернусь снова Скорее нюанс чем минус — номера небольшие, но для соло путешествия идеально 👍🏻

• Samin (8/5): - I liked the view of my room and how clean and cozy it was. There was a bar there too, but it seemed that no one was ever there. All in all, I really liked my room. I wish the staff were more present. I had to leave the hotel at 7 am in the morning and there was no one at the counter so I just left the room key and left...

• ABDEL KARIM (2/5): - The room was not clean. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The pillowcase was torn. There was no remote control for the air conditioner, and whenever we wanted to turn it on, we had to contact the staff and wait for them to come and turn it on. The elevator kept malfunctioning, wouldn’t close properly, and took a long time to operate. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. Overall, a disappointing experience

• Imane (9/5): A perfect stay thanks to the welcoming staff! - I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect — close to everything I needed and very convenient for exploring the area. What made my experience truly special was the staff: they were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their kindness and professionalism made me feel at home. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

• Maher (5/5): Disappointing stay - Location The room was cleaned, but not properly. They only changed the trash bags and brought tissues nothing more. The room never felt really clean. The service at the reception was bad. The guy who worked in the evening was always angry and not welcoming at all. Only the girl at reception smiled and was friendly. Also, the internet connection was very weak and slow most of the time. I really hope they improve their service.

If you enjoy being ignored by staff, torn towels, and identical, lifeless breakfast trays with no water or juice – you’ll love it here. Bonus: late-night asphalt drilling outside your window. After 20+ years on Booking, this is my most disappointing stay. Zero warmth, zero service, zero reason to return.
• Soltan (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel is perfect, clear, everything is nearby. Some people claimed that it’s a bit noisy here, but in my own case I was sleeping very deep every day of the trip. Who knows, maybe that’s due to beer😀

• Verified traveler (4/5): - The picture in Internet is very nice, but when you walk in room is very small, bathroom is very small, shower area very tiny and you can’t hear the noise from this room to other room people other room when they have conversation you can hear it. It’s very loud and also street noise from front and behind the hotel very loud. It’s hard to get sleep. Basically I wouldn’t recommend it.

• Mercede (7/5): Good - The location was very convenient and everything was available. It was clean enough. The bathroom was old and very small compared to the entire room. The internet kept disconnecting and reconnecting. The breakfast consisted mostly of cheese and there was no way to choose what I liked the most. They set the amount themselves.

The noise from the street. In the middle of the night we listened arguments from the street. Also we listened the horns for the cars all night long. We used earplugs so we could sleep. I think they need to sort things out about that. Also I believe a small renovation is needed.

• Khan (9/5): Great experience, the location was outstanding as all public transport was just 2 min walk away. - Breakfast was good, it was not buffet though but was valuable. Location was also good. The attendant should improve their english language that was a lil problem only. It was cold in Istanbul so ACs were off.
• Val (10/5): Exceptional - I liked the proximity of the Taksim place with the metro station, the Taksim Mosque with the athan, the call to prayer from the minaret and the famous Istiklal street and all the bars and restaurants arround, just wonderful, as well as the Hava-Buses running to both airports only two blocks down from Tasksim place for 210 tl👍😊 I didn't like the dirt in the streets near the hotel and the Döner fast food shops all around the Hotel area. In the end, I was sick from this meat smell day and night long and it came even in my room, when I opened the window.

• Dina (7/5): Pleasent stay, can not complaint honestly as most of the time we were out. - The stay in this hotel was average stay, the rooms and the bathroom are so small, cleanness was average, no extra services in the hotel like breakfast or spa but it was fine with us. The most remarkable thing in this hotel is the location so close from everything which was perfect and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Would definitely visit again but maybe in a suite for more space in the rooms. Room space and cleanness not so high standards

Çok memnun kaldım Yeri sebebiyle doğal olarak bir miktar gürültülü olabiliyor. Rahatsız olanlar kulak tıkacı ile rahat edecektir. Otel Yönetime tavsiye: Ses için odalarda tek kullanımlık sünger kulak tıkacı verilebilir. Avrupa'da ses yalıtımsız binalarda sunuluyor müthiş faydalı. Tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle sevgiler.

• Grace (5/5): Passable - The Hotel is 1 min walk from istiklal street. Variety of restaurants, cafes and shops available. The room is very small. Toilet super small. Breakfast is not a buffet (Not mentioned on site) just a plate with very little amounts and it’s the same every day.
