Kostyantin (3/5): Зірковий персонал. Жахливий готель - Дуже приємний персонал, який намагався допомогти. І на ресепшені і прибиральниця і буфетниця. Номери ми жили у двох. Вони ужасні. Перший був на 2 поверсі називався Делюкс. Дуже брудно. Волосся на стінах у ванній. Навколо кроваті на стінах соплі розмазані. Вбиті меблі та ремонт. Вся постіль в чужому волоссі. Номер прокурений. Шумно. Немає шумоізоляції. Сусіди гуляли до 4 ранку та палили у коридорі. Дихати було неможливо чнрез запах цигарок. брудний кондиціонер. Мы чистили решітки власноруч. У ванній вся сантехніка вивалюється зі стіни. Наче її недоробили і не зафіксували. Пропалені цигарками меблі та штори. Обідрана підлога. Неможливо викупатися, бо вода чи окроп чи крижана. Це був просто жах. За останні 10 років більш жахливого номеру я ще не бачила На ранок мы хотіли виїхати. Бо це жах. Нам не захотіли повертати гроші, але запропонували номер на 4 поверсі. Ми погодилися. Номер краще, але вони пофарбували підлогу якоюсь фарбою з олією та вона воняла просто жахливо. Всі вікна треба було тримати відкритими. На ранок моя дружина прокинулася з отруєнням. Її тошнило та рвало . Не рекомендуємо цей готель

La taille de la chambre est un homme extrêmement désagréable à la réception avec qui nous avons eu deux fois affaire et qui nous remettait tout le temps la faute dessus, et pour finir le transfert ou l’homme n’est pas venu nous chercher nous avons dû prendre un autre taxi de nous-mêmes.

Irina (8/5): Good Stay at Blue Marina Hotel—Service Attentive and Nice, External Dining Less So - The Blue Marina Hotel in Antalya offered a pleasant brief stay overall. The location was convenient, the room was comfortable, and the internet connection worked reliably throughout my visit. The staff were exceptionally attentive and kind, always ready to assist with any request, which created a welcoming atmosphere. Although my room was on the second floor facing the street and therefore somewhat noisy, the accommodation still provided good value for the price. For a four star hotel, I had expected a kettle in the room—which was not available—although the reception kindly provided tea one evening upon request. Having the option to prepare a warm drink in the room would certainly be an appreciated addition for future guests. A less positive aspect of the stay was my experience at a nearby restaurant, which I would not recommend. The meal was expensive, and unfortunately the meat served was not fresh, leading to a serious case of food poisoning. When I informed the hotel’s reception manager, he confirmed that similar incidents had occurred; it would therefore be extremely helpful if the hotel could proactively warn guests about such risks. This was not my first food related incident in Turkey, as I had a similar experience in Istanbul last year. In my view, the dish most frequently associated with such issues—despite sounding appetizing—is Turkish köfte, which is often costly in restaurants, yet the meat used is not always fresh. Despite this negative external experience, the hotel itself provided a good level of accommodation and can be recommended.

Ольга (1/5): - Расположение отеля: шаговая доступность по отношению к Старому городу, Mark Antalya, автобусная остановка рядом. Заявленная категория номера (Делюкс) не соответствовала выданному номеру эконом-варианта. Владельцы отеля специально выставляют неверные параметры и ложные описания номеров. Как итог: вас селят в обшарпанный, убогий, страшный номер маленького размера, с поломанным душем , перегоревшими лампочками и торчащими в ванной проводами от вентиляции. При смене номера по запросу выдают чуть менее убогий, но всё такой же запущенный и маленький номер. При выяснении обстоятельств, куда делись заявленные 25 квадратов, вам упорно будут рассказывать, что выдали номер на троих, про площадь не ответят, деньги обратно не пересчитают и не вернут. Пахнет сигаретами, кто-то из персонала полночи проводит с включённой музыкой, и это всё слышно. Напор воды плохой. Завтрак скромный: растворимый кофе, странная колбаса (сразу заканчивается, не пополняют), 3 вида сыра , батон и яйца вареные. Есть овощи, спасибо, хотя бы за это. Про уборку номера забудьте, мусор в ведре будет находиться, пока не съедете из отеля. Сначала жили в номере 201, затем переехали в 104. Сделала больше фотографий, в тч скрины переписок с владельцем Huseyin Aydemir , но данная площадка больше 4 не даёт отправить.Есть плюс во всей истории - полотенца чистые и их достаточное количество.

Yulan (3/5): 非常失望 - 最不满意的是实际提供的房间跟图片严重不符合，卫生间又小又脏，房间里有刺鼻的烟味，晚上被薰得谁不着。跟前台人员反馈之后，他说家庭间只有两间，另外一间有人住着了，他也没办法。而且，前台不会讲英文，全程沟通用手机翻译软件。严重踩雷！

Dagmer (4/5): Don't stay here!!! - The property was clean The Located - it was in a very dodgy corner and the corridors were very hot cause they left the emergency exits open on all floors. These exits also have stairs that lead outside which made me feel like anyone could enter the hotel through these stairs and not through the main entrance. The room - the room was very small. We requested a standard double for 2 people and we were given a very small room with no space to move around. I couldn't even open my suitcase fully. There was a couch in the room which also took up more space than needed. The sink was very close to the toilet. My knee was almost touching the sink which sitting on the toilet. The towel hooks on the bathroom door were broken. And the exhaust was VERY LOUD The amenities - there wasn't much provided. There was a small cupboard with only 1 hanger inside (when we were 2 people). There wasn't any shower head just a rain shower which meant I couldn't shower properly without my hair getting wet. Very inconsiderate. The slippers provided were as good as paper. The light from the ceiling above the bed was hanging and felt like it could fall on us at any point. There was a quilt in the cupboard without a cover and only a thin sheet on the bed. Noise - I could hear people next door and in the corridors Safety - the door lock wasn't working so I felt really scared. I had to put the my suitcase in front of the door and force myself to sleep that night. When I complained to the property and asked for a different room they said they had none available and couldn't help and asked me to contact booking.com to help. But the property took the money for the 3 nights in advance. I had to check out after the 1st night and when I asked for a refund they said they couldn't do anything to help. Only booking.com can sort this out. When I contacted booking.

Malak (4/5): - The room did not match the pictures; there was no kettle, no safe, no sofa or table, and no coffee machine. There was also no phone to contact reception, and I had to carry my towels down myself just to have them replaced. The bathroom was also not as shown in the photos. It had an open shower that caused water to spill everywhere, making it messy. The water pressure was extremely low, and it was difficult to adjust the temperature, so we were forced to choose between scalding hot or freezing cold. Showering took forever because of the weak pressure, which made the experience very frustrating. On another note, a nearby supermarket scammed us. We gave the cashier a large bill expecting change, but he insisted we had given the correct amount and refused to check the security cameras. (attaching the supermarket picture)
Rümeysa (8/5): - Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt zufrieden. Die zentrale Lage war perfekt für einen kleinen Städtetrip. Alles war gut erreichbar und die Umgebung hat vieles geboten. Das Zimmer war sauber und für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt absolut empfehlenswert.
Volodymyr (3/5): Я думаю, что хозяевам отеля пора серьезно задуматься о ремонте номеров. Нельзя только все время поучать с отеля, надо ещ - Хорошая локация, относительно центра города. Приветливый персонал. Чистое, белое постельное белье. Завтрак, хоть и скромный, но повара соблюдают чистоту, спасибо им. Тесный номер для 3 человек. Маленький санузел, в котором не было горячей воды, а струя из крана была очень тонкой и брызгала в разные стороны(забита сетка, которую давно никто не чистил). В душе над вентилятором висели открытые электрические провода(существует опасность поражения электрическим током). Оторван наличник над дверью санузла, грязные стены, ламинат на полу разошелся по швам(видимо после затопления) и его никто не удосужился поменять. Плохая шумоизоляция комнат. Страшненький вид из окна. Ни в коем случае не хочу жаловаться, просто хочу предупредить других гостей о реальных недостатках. Т.к. на фото при бронировании все красиво.

Ottima la pulizia e piuttosto buona la posizione anche se bisogna camminare una decina di minuti per arrivare alla città antica. Sono stato fortunato con il parcheggio. Konstantin (3/5): Ужасный отель, сильно разочарованы - Расположение. На этом плюсы заканчиваются. 1. Маленькие и прокуренные номера, не соответствующие фотографиям. 2. В номере не работал холодильник. На мои замечания администратору получил ответ, что это, оказывается, минибар, а не холодильник и для охлаждения нужно носить на ресепшн (внимательно смотрите бронирование, то что выглядит как известный вам предмет, не факт что им является). 3. Нет горячей воды. Только тонюсенькая струйка теплой после долгого протекания. У смесителя работала только наглухо прикрученная к стене лейка. 4. Номер был очень изношенный. Вместо светильников — дыры в потолке, висят какие-то провода и т.д. 5. Неудобная ванная комната. Ни стаканов, ни полотенце повесить. 6. Очень скудный завтрак. Кофе только растворимый, горячих блюд, кроме картофеля фри нет, выпечки нет, только овощи, зелень, оливки и сыр, все. 7. Нет звукоизоляции. Хорошая слышимость, что происходит в коридоре и соседних номерах.
Rayane (7/5): Hotel is good and worth the price - Overall, the hotel is good and worth the price. Room: Decent for the price, clean and comfortable but small. Breakfast: Nice and tasty, with cheese, cold cuts, boiled eggs, and vegetables. Bathroom: Extremely small — if someone is a bit overweight, it’s hard to move inside the bathroom or even use the shower cabin. We asked to change the room because of this, but since we requested it only two days before checkout and we were out most of the day, we couldn’t switch. Cleaning: Towels were not changed daily; they only replaced them when we asked. The blanket didn’t have a proper cover and didn’t feel very clean — maybe washed but it had a lot of stains. Facilities: Air conditioning works very well, hot water in the shower is perfect, and the internet is really fast. Staff: Very friendly and helpful.

Isabel (1/5): EXPERIENCIA LAMENTABLE - NADA!! Este lugar no merece llamarse hotel. Llegamos tarde por la noche y nos encontramos una habitación (que se suponía era "Deluxe") en estado lamentable, que no tenía nada que ver con las fotos que aparecen en Booking. La ducha estaba rota, en distintas zonas faltaban los zócalos, no había luces el.aire acondicionado no funcionaba (aclarar que la temperatura exterior era de 40°), la mini nevera apenas enfriaba, las camas ....una de ellas un sofá que no era ni de una plaza. Bajamos a recepción para pedir que nos devolvieran el dinero que HABÍAMOS PAGADO EN EFECTIVO HACÍA UNOS MINUTOS porque nos íbamos de allí y el empleado nos dijo que volviéramos al día siguiente por la mañana, que no tendríamos problema. Así lo hicimos y un nuevo empleado después de dar muchas vueltas y negar el reembolso, finalmente, nos indicó que hiciéramos la cancelación a través de Booking y cuando ellos tuvieran la respuesta, nos ingresarían el dinero en la tarjeta que habíamos dado como garantía. Seguimos las indicaciones, Booking canceló la reserva pero estos "señores" NO NOS DEVOLVIERON EL DINERO. Una verdadera estafa!!

Это был кошмар , мы не могли уснуть , так как мы приехали очень поздно съехать не смогли , ребенок вообще не спал , ночь была ужасная , некому не советую тут останавливаться

Felicia (2/5): Horrible smell - We want to file a complaint and demand a refund for one night. My daughter booked a hotel in Antalya for 10.7.-12.7.2025. We called back and asked to add one more night and they paid for it with a credit card. The matter should have been clear from the hotel side. However, on Saturday 12.7 the hotel asked us to change rooms. We were not allowed to stay in the same room even though this had been agreed in advance. The room we were given was much worse than the first room. The room smelled of mold, rot and wet linen. We simply could not stay there. We went to the reception to complain but the man was not willing to change the room and claimed that nothing smelled in the room. You could not breathe there because the smell was so bad. We could not sleep there and spent the night in the stairwell. We left the hotel early in the morning to the bus station and headed towards Alanya. The behaviour of the hotel reception was completely inappropriate and inferior. They were not at all interested in the well-being of the customer. We demanded a refund for one night because we had previously stated that we wanted to stay one extra night, and the hotel said it was no problem. However, this happened for some reason, we would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and we were left with a really bad feeling about it. I look forward to hearing your opinion on the matter. Rowaida (10/5): بداية موفقه - الهوتيل مريح جدا جدا ونظيف وهادئ والموظفون متعاونون جدا اشكرهم جميعا كان تسجيل دخولي في وقت متاخر منتصف الليل وجدت الطاقم بانتظاري وغرفتي جاهزه ونظيفه بفضل الاستاذ فاروق اشكرة من قلبي قمه فالتعاون والخلاق والاستاذ جميل لا انسى فضله . قام بتوفير سيارة كبيره انيقه لنقلي انا وعائلتي في وقت وجيز جدا ورتب كل شي مع الاستاذ عادل السائق له كل الشكر . انصح كل شخص يفضل الاحتواء وجو العائله يهذا الفندق . سوف اكرر الزيارة غالبا احتجت غلايه وقوه وشاي من المفترض ان تكون متوفره فالغرفه ولكن لم تكون متوفره
