- Sarah (9/5): Ein harmonischer Aufenthalt zu einem guten Preis. - Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam- immer verfügbar, aber nie aufdringlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war überschaubar und deshalb immer alles frisch. Außerdem gab es richtig gute Pommes Frites zum Frühstück- lecker.

- Tetiana (5/5): - We stayed at this hotel during the off-season, so the prices were reasonable. We spent 4 nights there. Overall, there isn’t much to say about the hotel — it is very simple and basic, with nothing special that would make you want to return. It is just a place to sleep and nothing more. The hotel is located relatively close to the city center, but the area itself is not very nice or cozy. Breakfast was included in the price, but it was extremely basic with very limited choice and low-quality food. The room was fairly spacious, and the bathroom and shower were okay, but again, nothing special. It is obvious that the hotel is built with very cheap materials. The walls are extremely thin, so you can clearly hear everything from neighboring rooms — water running, people showering, and even basic noises. If you are looking for comfort, amenities, or a nice atmosphere, this hotel is definitely not for you. However, if you just need a very budget place for one or two nights, it may be acceptable. Overall, the hotel left no real impression — just a place to stay overnight.

- Lola (4/5): Pas confort. - L’accueil du personnel. Très sympathique. La localisation est idéale pour ceux qui aime la vielle ville. L’hôtel est tout de même propre. Les équipements sont cassés (poignées porte papier toilette) les portes de la douche ne coulissent plus. L’hôtel accueille des jeunes travailleurs bruyants qui rentrent la nuit. Et font du bruit. C’est dommage. Pour la literie. Une simple couverture pour le lit. Pas de literie confortable. Les chambres sont petites. C’est dommage car le personnel est adorable. Mais l’hôtel est vraiment pas confort.

- IGOR (5/5): Бюджетно - Относительно свежий ремонт отеля и оборудование. Близко к историческому центру. Есть своя парковка для авто. Хорошая цена. Завтрак без излишеств, но горячее платно. Чистое белье. При заселении дедушка на ресепшене не смог найти нашу бронь, хотя бронировали через Booking сильно заранее с полной оплатой, в итоге долго тыкал в клавиатуру и звонил, повел сначала в один номер, оказалось занято в итоге поселил на чердаке в номер не той категории, что бронировали. Это к вопросу о компетенции персонала! Звукоизоляции в номерах нет, можно спокойно разговаривать с соседями и соответственно все слышно вокруг и в коридоре, двери ужасно хлопают, если ночью кто- то выезжает или заезжает, вы будете точно в курсе.

Завтраки простые, минималистичные, но сытные — голодным не останешься. Единственный момент — в отеле достаточно высокая слышимость: было слышно, что происходит за дверью, и однажды шумные соседи мешали спать при выселении. но это не вина отеля

Сам район расположения отеля больше напоминает гетто.

On top of it he was speaking about politics even after i told him that I don't care. He wasn't satisfied that I told him where I was from. Kept asking where are you originally from. Rooms are cleaned every two days. They also give me the wrong room. They say breakfast is free but they charge for eggs. No snacks avaliable for purchase. Suaff don't help you in finding tours and resources. Only Ahmat helped.

- Abdullah (8/5): Good - Location of the hotel, cleanness, and WIFI coverage, housekeeping, and receptionest is friendly. The breakfast was very poor and not on time like what they write on booking. And the safe box was broken and I asked them to fix it but no response.

- alexandru (2/5): Dezamagitor - Am fost cazat la acest hotel și anul trecut însă curățenia si managementul de anul acesta lasă mult de dorit. Am fost cazat 5 nopți, au intrat să facă curățenie după 4 nopți când i-am rugat eu. Pereții mizerabili, așternuturile nu foarte curate. Paravanul cabinei de duș rupt. În fața hotelului s-a organizat o piață alimentară iar după încheierea acesteia mirosul și priveliștea erau dezamăgitoare. Fără de anul trecut calitatea a scăzut destul de mult, camerele nu mai sunt așa curate iar curățenia în camere se face rar.
- Nadia (6/5): Goed hotel met alle basics (als deurisolatie wordt afgewerkt) - Zeer vriendelijke bediening aan de balie. Een proper hotel met alle basics beschikbaar. Er werden nog maar net nieuwe kamerdeuren geplaatst. De ontbrekende afwerking onder de deuren maakte dat er geen geluidsisolatie was en geluiden van de gang en andere kamers duidelijk hoorbaar waren en zelfs storend waren. Dit in combinatie met lawaaierige gasten… De kamers waren niet te krap maar zeker ook niet te groot.

- George - Marius Rotaru (10/5): O dată pe săptămână, vinerea, în fața hotelului are loc o piață, dar doar vinerea și până la ora 21: - Super condiții, super cameră și baie, super personal. La plecare însă, personalul de la recepție m-a salutat în stil turcesc, cu capul, ca un adevărat frate. Nu am cuvinte. Nimic negativ.

- Benaibout (7/5): - L'hôtel est très bien situé, le personnel est super, bienveillant et très gentil, mais l'accessibilité pour un fauteuil roulant électrique est absente, à part l'entrée à L'hôtel, "mais il fallait mettre un planche pour y accéder à la rampe " rien n'est accessible, la salle de bain est très petite, le fauteuil ne rentre pas complètement, c'était très compliqué pour un handicapé alors avec une de vis conseillère nous avons fait le point avec L'hôtel est la personne nous a assuré que tout était complètement adapté. C'était des vacances d'enfer, prendre une douche ou aller au toilette était très très compliqué. - Carmen Wagner (3/5): - Die Lage Wir hatten erst ein Zimmer ohne Balkon und dann eins mit einem kleinen Balkon und drei Klimaabluftsauger die eine Temperatur von gefühlten 80 Grad abgaben. So konnten wir den Balkon auch wieder nicht nützen. Im Bett hatte es Blutspuren und schwarze lange Haare. Wir sind aber beide hellhaarig. Wir sind gerne einen Tag früher abgereist. Somit werden wir dieses Hotel nicht mehr besuchen. Hatten uns so darauf gefreut denn wir waren letztes Jahr schon mal hier. Frühstücksbuffet hat nichts mit den tollen Bildern im Internet zutun. Bezahlt lieber paar Euro mehr aber empfehlen würden wir euch das Zenia nicht. Schade aber ihr wollt eine ehrliche Bewertung.
- Nurgazy (10/5): - Номер чистый, постель всё чистое, пахнет свежестью, кровати в меру жесткие, санузел чистый и аккуратный. Вокруг отеля много где можно недорого поесть, магазины, утром по улице был базар овощей и фруктов, очень даже недорого. Завтрак ассортимент не такой фонтан, но всё свежее.

- Monika (10/5): - Very friendly staff, great location - close to the center, but a bit away from the crowds. Free tea all day long. Spotlessly clean! Very comfy beds. It's a 3-star hotel, so don't expect luxuries, but the rooms and bathrooms are renovated, breakfast is decent, though lacking in variety, but again - it's not a luxurious hotel. For this price, everything was good! There was a bit of a problem with our key card, but it was sorted by a nice man at the reception.

- Irina (6/5): - Отель Zenia находится рядом с Марк Анталией, во дворах домов. Близко к трамваю и другим остановкам, можно добраться в любую точку города. Номера не большие, требуют косметического ремонта. С сантехникой проблем не было, работала хорошо. В номере есть чайник и стаканчики. Холодильник работал очень хорошо. Утюг предоставляется за дополнительную плату. Кондиционер работал хорошо. Очень мало розеток. Завтраки очень, очень скудные, фото не соответствуют действительности. Кофе после завтрака платный, чай бесплатно 24/7. В бронировании на троих человек было указано две двухспальные кровати, но таких номеров сказали вообще нет, это ошибка. Я бы в этот отель больше не вернулась.

- T***KK (9/5): Good base to explore the city. - Location is good, about 300m from Muratpaşa tram station. Hotel has a lift. Reception is friendly. Room is basic and clean, & bed is comfortable. Breakfast is simple Turkish stuff, from 0800 to 1100hr. Free tea at the lobby anytime of day. 2 small bottles of mineral water provided daily. Air con is strong, good for summer. I can leave my luggage after check-out to explore the city. Note every Fri, the street below will be converted to a market selling fruits, veggies, nuts. There are only 2 power sockets in the room, 1 for TV and 1 for the kettle. I have to switch between using the kettle and charging my phones.

- Mulenga (10/5): Beautiful, clean Hotel in the center. - Our stay went perfectly. It definitely surpassed our expectations. The place in centrally located. The rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. The breakfast was very basic but with all the needed things. We were able to walk to the center and old town.
