- Axel Christoph (5/5): Mässig bis saumässig - Der grösste Vorteil ist die Lage Es ist fruchtbar eng und der Gastgeber geht davon aus, dass Sofas und Betten das Gleiche sind. Es sind aber nicht immer Schlafsofast, sondern ganz gewöhnlich. Für einen mitteleuropäischen Standart ist das nicht geeignet. Die Unterkunft war insgesamt etwas schmuddelig. Ich würde hier nicht noch einmal buchen

- Hosam (4/5): very bad experience - The location is the only good thing about this property The room wasn't in the Sweet Building Esso. It was in a building in near by street. It was not prepared for hosting with no air condition. In the following day, the owner bought an air condition and fix it. there was no cleaning. The towels and sheets have never changed during my stay.
- Hosam (4/5): a lot of false information in the booking website about this place. - the only good thing about this place is its location. The rooms were on the roof where the elevator reach only to the fourth flour. we had to take the stairs while we had babies and elder person. one of the rooms had no facilities at all, such as not kitchen, no kitchen ware, no satellite channels, I was mentioned that Upper floors accessible by elevator which was not true. there was no cleaning. The towels and sheets received in the first day and not changed for the whole week.

- Mcdonald (5/5): Passable - Central location for Üsküdar Only give one toilet roll for the three night stay for three people 😞 bed was extremely old uncomfortable, no bedside lights available, lots of noise from neighbours, sockets hanging off the wall, bathroom had no shower holder to take a shower and water was not hot...Passable but I would not stay again
- Iurii (9/5): It would be perfect, but wifi is awful - I took apartment on the top floor. Pros: 1) Good location. Quiet at night. Nice view on Camlica Hill and Tower. 2) Total cleanness, clean bed sheets, comfy bed. 3) A lot of kitchen utensils, furniture, comfy chairs and couch. 4) Good lighting everywhere, a lot of electrical sockets. 5) Good shower with stable water, unclogged water drain, shelves above bath sink and in shower, big washing machine. Cons: 1) Awful WiFi internet (0-200KB/s). Not enough even for Instagram, not to mention Youtube. 2) No hooks for bath towels. 3) Noisy fridge. 4) Low ceiling (2m).

- Artem (7/5): Good - The location is indeed very good, with easy access to public transit. The building has an elevator. The light in the apartment is nice (as shown in the host's pictures). The view was amazing. The bathroom was very good. We had air conditioning issues from the very first day that did not go away even after the host's maintenance efforts. They also had to fix the wardrobe (successfully). The apartment is not spacious: ceilings are low; the apartment is on the last floor right under the roof. The stove is old and not very easy to use.

- Nic (3/5): Poor - Location is great and the coloured lights, space and furniture in the top floor unit are excellent Easily the worst owners/managers I've ever dealt with. Incredibly high maintenance, frequent messages at all ours of the day and difficult to deal with. The place is nice but it's not worth the headache. Plus the air-conditioner leaks.
