Sergio (10/5): Clean and lovely apartment, right in the center! - The thing that really caught my attention, and is truly important to me, was how the clean the whole apartment was. The host was absolutely amazing, and very friendly! Also, the apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. I can not stress how important I find the cleanliness to be of an apartment, especially when it comes to the toilet/bathroom. In this case, I was very happy to see that they take very good care of the place and it all feels new. We were firstly greeted by the host, and it was extremely easy to check in. The host showed us the room, and gave us good food and sightseeing spots, as well as travelling advice. Also, the room is really fully equipped with everything you need, including a kitchen with a huge fridge, a washing and drying machine, hair dryer, etc. Lastly, it is so nice to be close to the center of it all, where you can easily step out of the apartment, and directly enjoy the good food, drinks, and vibes. And any time you need a rest, you could just go back and forth to the apartment.

Alan (5/5): Overall a nice place, but an unfortunate disappointment for us. - The apartment is pleasant, spacious and very well located. Took forever to find, the address is incorrect on the website and the host did not really help, although this may have been a language barrier. On the second morning the power went out and they offered us a completely inappropriate alternative place, which I appreciate, but was very far from where we wanted to be in Istanbul, and only after leaving us in the dark for the whole day. I then had to spend an hour on the phone with booking.com (after returning home) while they fought for a refund for the rest of the booking, the host seemed to think that since it "wasn't their fault" they shouldn't have to refund us, despite us having to find another place to stay at the last minute, which was of course more expensive.
