• Ariana (8/5): Es un buen lugar si solo vas a dormir - El personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Me cambiaron de cuarto cuando se los solicité y me dieron buenos datos para conocer la ciudad. Las escaleras para llegar al cuarto tienen los contrapasos muy altos y sin baranda y comono hay ascensor solo queda usar escaleras con muchísimo cuidado. El cuarto en el primer piso tiene demasiado olor a humedad y también malos olores.

• Bogumiła (8/5): - Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu w obiekcie Blau Grun Istambul Otel. Wszystko było w porządku, śniadania dobre, lokalizacja wyśmienita, gospodarze mili, uczynni i zawsze na miejscu.
• Elisa Gisarella (10/5): - Ho soggiornato in questa struttura dal 12 al 16 maggio 2026. Mi son trovato benissimo! La mia camera era spaziosa, accogliente, pulita e silenziosa. La struttura è in generale ben tenuta. Ulas, il proprietario, è stato super disponibe per qualsiasi cosa, mi ha spiegato anche cosa visitare e dove mangiare (posto in cui ho mangiato 3 volte, buonissimo). La posizione è incredibile, per tornare in struttura passavo ogni giorno davanti alla moschea blu. Se dovessi tornare ad Istanbul (e probabilmente lo farò, perché la città è incredibile), tornerei a dormire qua! Vi è una salita ripida per andare verso piazza sultanahmet, per cui magari lo sconsiglio ha chi ha limitazioni fisiche importanti.

This establishment feels more like a motel, but charges like hotels of much higher standing in Sultanahmet. It's a run down, with very simple accommodation. Nothing charming, nothing that would make your stay special. Hotel staff tried to be nice but in fact was not constructive when asked to relocate us to another hotel. We were fully charged for five nights, though we have spent there only two nights and moved elsewhere. Feels like rip off. This tells you something about the approach towards customer at Blau Grun Otel. Not recommended!

Спасибо! слабая шумоизоляция — слышны звуки из соседних номеров; однажды отсутствовала горячая вода (по словам персонала, из‑за перебоев с электроэнергией); качество уборки номера — на 6 из 10: хотелось бы более тщательного подхода. Очень чисто при бронировании учитывайте, что номера маленькие и размер кровати - Отель расположен на тихой улочке в пешей доступности к Голубой мечети. • Marie (7/5): Simple rooms but great owner - Great and very friendly owner thats helps with everything. Rooms are simple but good and comletly fine if you are out in the city for most of the day. Its quite loud in the rooms and you can hear all other people in the hotel. The rooms were very simple and the bathroom a bit smelly.

• Yuta (10/5): コスパ最高のホテル！ - 〈立地〉 グランドバザールやアヤソフィア、ブルーモスク、トプカプ宮殿などが徒歩圏内にあり、旧市街観光はもちろんのこと、新市街も徒歩10分ほどのトラムの駅から簡単にアクセスでき、最高の立地にあると思います！周りには有名なレストランも多く、朝昼夜も近場で食べることもできるのは魅力的でした。 周辺は夜は薄暗くはなりますが、特に危険を感じることもなく、現地の人でも女性1人で歩けるレベルの治安感です。 なにより、ホテルの前の道は写真にも映える可愛さで、可愛い猫🐈がたくさんいたのも、イスタンブールらしさを感じることができました。 〈部屋・アメニティ〉 部屋は広々しているとはいえずとも、シンプルながら清潔で、シャワーの水圧も十分、不便に感じることは一つもありませんでした。イスタンブール観光は夜景を含め魅力的で、外で過ごす時間が長いことを考えると、とてもコスパがいいと思います。 アメニティもシャンプーやボディソープ、ドライヤーなど、最低限のものは大体揃っていた印象です。 〈スタッフ・サービス〉 私たちは早朝に空港に到着して、チェックインの時間よりかなり早くホテルに到着してしまったのですが、荷物を預けさせてくれただけでなく、トルコチャイとパンを振る舞っていただきました。ほかにも瓶の蓋を外すのを手伝ってくれたり、荷物を持ってくれたりと、ホテルの滞在を通じて、トルコ人の優しさに触れることができました。 本当に満足なホテルだったのですが、唯一気をつけるべき点として、周辺の坂道と部屋への階段があります。ホテルやトラムの駅に向かう道や、部屋に向かうための階段はかなりの勾配になっていて、重い荷物やスーツケースを持って歩くのは若い男性であっても、かなりの体力を使います。そのため、特に女性のみで滞在予定の方やご高齢の方はこの点に注意すべきだと思います。

Die Lage des Hotels war super in 8 min. ist man - Alles war sehr sauber Wir hatten mehrmals Stromausfall deshalb 2 Punkte abzug. Beim ersten Mal wäre das kein Problem aber mehrmals Stromausfall war recht anstrengend abends mit den Taschenlampen auszukommen.

• Irene (7/5): Bien - Buena ubicación. Personal muy atento. Desayuno en mesa aceptable. Cama muy cómoda. Nos tocó una habitación en la planta baja y tenía mucho olor a humedad constantemente. La ventana daba a un patio muy pequeño. Los huéspedes muy ruidosos, casi todas las noches nos despertaba gente gritando en el hall o en las escaleras. Hubo un problema de corte de agua en la ciudad durante casi un día, que no tenía nada que ver con el hotel; poco podían hacer más que darnos una garrafa de agua.
