- Budoor (10/5): من اجمل الرحلات و أمتعها - كان الاستقبال رائع جدا و كان الموظفون من عند الباب يستقبولوني بلطف و ابتسامه وكانوا كلهم خدومين و يتكلموا اللغه الانجليزيه بطلاقه. اللي استقبلني اسمه اورجان كان جدا لطيف و خدوم بشكل فاق توقعاتي يجاوبني على كل اسئلتي و موظف ثاني اسمه كريم كان دايما يساعدني. طلبت تاكسي للمطار و كانو سريعين و وفرو لي سعر خاص. الفندق امن وكله كاميرات و في منطقه مميزه جدا وجميع الأماكن بالقرب منه. مكان الإفطار شكليا جميل لانه مطل ع البسفور لكن الخدمه لا. يوجد كافيه في الفندق جدا جميل و كوزي قهوتهم لذيذه و يمكن الجلوس فيها براحه. لم يعجبني الإفطار كان غير منوع بالكامل و محصور على أكلات معينه و كان في مكان فالداخل ليس كباقي البوفيهات في الفنادق. و لا اعتبر سعره جيد مقابل الخدمه و الأكل و الحمدلله السعر غير شامل الغرفه. الخدمه لم تعجبني اضطررت ان انتظر من الموظف ان يأتي وكان يتجاهلني اغلب الوقت و لا يبتسم وكانّه مرغوم على خدمتي. أطلاله الغرفه على المدينه و بعض الأحيان اسمع أصوات.

- Carmela (10/5): Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit perfekter Lage, herzlichem Personal und einem Service, der von Herzen kommt wir kommen - Unser Aufenthalt im Crowne Plaza Ortaköy Bosphorus war einfach wunderbar. Die Lage ist perfekt wunderschön direkt am Bosporus, zentral und trotzdem sehr angenehm. Man erreicht viele schöne Orte schnell und fühlt sich sofort wohl. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön möchten wir an Dogukan an der Rezeption aussprechen. Er war unglaublich freundlich, herzlich, professionell und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Auch ein grosses Dankeschön an Görkem, der unsere Koffer aufs Zimmer gebracht hat und sich während unseres Aufenthalts sehr aufmerksam und herzlich um uns gekümmert hat. Solche Mitarbeitenden machen einen Aufenthalt wirklich besonders. Das gesamte Team war aussergewöhnlich freundlich, respektvoll und zuvorkommend. Der Service war top und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Eigentlich gibt es nichts Negatives zu sagen. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und das Personal hat alles dafür getan, dass wir uns wohlfühlen.

- LondonTown00 (10/5): Highly recommended - Really nice hotel. Right from the moment we arrived everyone at the hotel was friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious and had a large comfortable bed. The bathroom was well equipped with a walk in shower offering good pressure. Toiletries were good too. Breakfast was served in a nice restaurant at the top of the hotel. Service was impeccable and the selection was varied and of decent quality. I would definitely stay here again. The hard product was good but the staff here really made it even better. Shout to the man on the valet parking who managed a decent conversation with me despite a clear language barrier. Very warm and friendly.

- Sophia (10/5): A luxurious stay away from the bustle of the city - The hotel was a beautiful escape from the hustle of Istanbul. It was well designed with everything you need to have a relaxing and peaceful stay. The room was exceptionally comfortable and felt truly luxurious. A special thanks to all of the staff from the front desk, concierge, valet and housekeeping.

- tijen528 (10/5): Fantastic stay – exceptional service and perfect location - I had an amazing stay at Crowne Plaza Istanbul Ortakoy Bosphorus By IHG and honestly couldn’t fault it. The rooms are outstanding – modern, spotless, and feel brand new. Everything was finished to a really high standard and it made the whole stay feel comfortable and luxurious. What truly made this hotel stand out, though, was the service. From check-in to check-out, the concierge team was incredibly helpful – easily the most attentive I’ve experienced. They arranged taxis whenever we needed them and helped book restaurants, always happy to assist with anything. Nothing felt like too much trouble. The location is also excellent. You’re right in Ortaköy with everything within easy reach, making it a perfect base to explore Istanbul. Many attractions, restaurants, and the Bosphorus are all nearby, which is something many guests consistently praise about the hotel . Overall, a fantastic stay with amazing staff, beautiful rooms, and a brilliant location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Tekrar görüşmek üzere. - Otele varıştan bir gün önce gelen ve bir isteğimin olup olmadığını soran çok nazik mail başta olmak üzere, resepsiyonda karşılama ve checkin esnasındaki işlemlerin hızı kısa bir bekleme nedeniyle bir kahve ikramı güler yüzleri, valizlerimin odama yardımından checkout esnasındaki yine valizlerin çok kibar bir şekilde emanete alınmasından uğurlanmama kadar çok memnun ediciydi. Ayrıca odamın konumu sessizliği manzarası odanın dizaynı genişliği temizliği ferahlığı aydınlatma sistemi özellikle yastıkların rahatlığı aircondition sistemi banyo temizliği ekipmanların kalitesi harikulade. Yine ayrıca girişteki gerek Cafer Erol gerekse Nero Cafe kalitesi dostlarımın ağırlanmasındaki memnuniyetleri ve son olarak otelin konumu seyahatimin harikulade geçmesinde ve güzel anılarla ayrılmamda etkili olmuştur. Zor bir misafirimdir. Ancak en ufak bir kusurdan bahsetmek emeği geçenlere haksızlık olacaktır.

Vapura ulaşmak sadece 4 dakika sürüyordu, bu yüzden şehri gezmek çok kolay oldu. Otel çok güvenli ve huzurluydu, kendimizi her zaman rahat hissettik. Personel son derece güler yüzlü, profesyonel ve yardımseverdi. Özellikle Buse, Görkem ve Enes bize her konuda ekstra yardımcı oldular. Kendilerine çok teşekkür ederiz. Olumsuz bir durum yaşamadık, her şeyden çok memnun kaldık.

The in-house restaurants were excellent, and having a Café Nero in the lobby was a great bonus for quick coffee breaks. - Mizgin (8/5): Uitstekend - De locatie van het hotel is uitstekend. Er is goede service en het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een speciale dank aan Enes voor de warme ontvangst. De kamer was mooi ingericht, ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ondanks dat het hotel aan een drukke weg ligt, hebben wij geen enkele geluidsoverlast ervaren, wat het verblijf extra comfortabel maakte. Absoluut een aanrader voor een verblijf in Istanbul!

Highlight ist sicher das Frühstück auf der Dachterasse mit Blick auf den Bosphorus. Sehr gute Speisenauswahl und Omelett oder Schakschuka auf Bestellung. Der Fitnessraum ist klein aber gut ausgestattet. Die Lage in Ortaköy ist nicht ganz zentral, aber Besiktas ist zu Fuß in 20-25min zu erreichen oder man nimmt den Bus (z.B. Linie 30D) ins Zentrum, alternativ mit Uber.

The room was great, beautifully designed, and extremely clean, with a very comfortable bed that gave me a great night’s sleep. Kubra and the rest of the staff at the reception were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended! Honestly, there wasn’t much I didn’t like. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I can’t think of anything that could have been better. It was a wonderful stay from start to finish.

The service and hospitality from all the staff, without exception, were outstanding—especially Sinan and Ekrem at the reception who checked us in, and also two person named Görkem who helped me tremendously with storing my medications. I’m truly grateful to all of them. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my future trips. It is very clean and has a great location, with supermarkets, pharmacies, and many restaurants right below the hotel. The only thing I wish for is a greater variety in the breakfast.
