- Κορίνα (8/5): ευχάριστη - Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό, ευδιάθετο και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο και καθαρό -σε σχέση πάντα με την τιμή!- Για νέους και ζευγάρια το προτείνω είναι μια οικονομική και αξιοπρεπή λύση. Για μεγαλύτερες ηλικίες, οικογένειες και άτομα με κινητικές δυσκολίες καλύτερα να ψάξετε κάτι πιο κεντρικό γιατί θα δυσκολευτείτε με τις ανηφόρες- κατηφόρες της περιοχής και την έλλειψη ασανσέρ στο κατάλυμα.

Otelin yolu enişli yoxuşludu adamın nəfəsi kəsilir) Bir də biz 4 nəfərlik otaq götürmüşdük şəkildə otağın balkonundan məbzərə varmış kimi görsənir amma mənzərə 0🤦🏻♀️ Balkonnan divara baxırsan türmə kimidi mənzərə falan yoxdu otağa girəndə adamın ürəyi sıxılır. Amma rahatlığı yaxşı idi. Və televizor işləmirdi.

- Mikhail (10/5): - Отличный вариант для проживания в центре Стамбула. Номер небольшой, но терасса все исправляет. Очень красивый вид на закаты. Я проживал почти 2 недели один, поэтому мне было очень комфортно. Все есть для проживания- кухня, стиральная машина, и остальные бытовые приборы. До транспорта 5 мин пешком - автобусы, метробус, метро. Добраться можно в любую точку Стамбула. Большое спасибо персоналу - очень приятные ребята, которые помогают по любым вопросам 24/7. - Verified traveler (4/5): Super nett aber nicht empfehlenswert - Super liebes Team und die Nähe zum Taksim Square ist auch gut. Allerdings liegt das Hotel in Seitengassen, in denen man sich als Frau alleine nicht wohlfühlt. Außerdem und das ist der Grund für das Feedback, ist das absolut unangenehme Geruch im Zimmer. Als wir ankamen, war das Fenster und die Lüftung vom Bad an und dennoch war ein leicht komischer Geruch nach Kanalisation bzw. Toilette zu wahrzunehmen. Dieser Geruch sammelte sich immer an, sobald das Fenster geschlossen war. Auf den Wunsch unsere Zimmer zu wechseln oder etwas anderes anzubieten, wurde nur mit einem vollausgebuchten Hotel argumentiert und, dass sie stattdessen das Zimmer aufräumen könnten ... (naja mit Ordnung hatten wir ja eigentlich kein Problem, sondern mit dem Geruch und dem Unwohlsein) Nach der Zimmerreinigung hielt der normale Zimmergeruch 2 Stunden an bis es wieder anfing zu stinken. Bestimmt wurde sehr intensiv gelüftet, während das Zimmer gereinigt wurde. Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel nicht empfehlen. Unser Geld ist weg und das viel schlimmere ist, dass im Urlaub in diesem Hotelzimmer kein Platz fürs Wohlbefinden war. Dieses Unwohlsein konnte auch kein freundliches Personal ausgleichen. Da wir noch in der Ausbildung sind konnten wir uns finanziell nicht leisten, ein anderes Hotel zu buchen, was wir gemacht hätten, wenn wir die Möglichkeit hätten.
- Batuhan (3/5): NEVER - The room they gave with a city view was in the basement and had a road view. It was impossible to open the curtains because passersby could easily see inside. Also, there was a ridiculous cleaning warehouse right next to our room and the noises were disturbing. They were good about cleaning but the air conditioning in our room was not working and the bed was not comfortable at all. Even though we reported these, we were just smiled at. None of the employees looked like hotel employees and it was hard for us to sleep because of the noise they made at night. I come to the same place for vacation every year and I don't think I will include this place among my options again.

- Habil (2/5): Misleading high ratings, dirty, uncomfortable, and located in a terrible alley. Not worth the price. - I only liked the behaviour of staff. The cleanliness was disappointing, the toilet fan didn’t work, the bathroom was extremely small and uncomfortable, and they only provided 3 slippers for 5 people. The building is in a very dirty and unsafe alley, with no elevator and dangerously narrow stairs. The balcony was dirty, and overall, the place is nowhere near its high rating. It feels more like a basic motel in a run-down area rather than a quality residence.

- Tahir Ozan (10/5): - Hiçbir planımız olmadan sadece gelinlik alacağımız yere yakın diye gittik. Endişelerimiz vardı fakat gerek konumu itibariyle her yere kolaylıkla ulaştık. Metro ve otobüs ile. Gayet temiz yatmadan yatmaya gidenler ve amacı İstanbul'u gezmek olanlara öneririm. Bir tane ufacık bir problem çıktı ama hemen özür dileyerek düzelttiler. Genel olarak kalınabilecek bir yer.

- The (9/5): Enjoyable thanks to the amazing STAFF ⚕️ - The highlight of my stay at the hotel was undoubtedly the incredible staff, especially Mahmet (Manon), the receptionist. His exceptional communication skills and genuine dedication to ensuring we had everything we needed made our experience truly memorable. He constantly checked in, offered helpful guidance, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Without Manon, the hotel would feel incomplete—so thank you, Manon, for bringing life and warmth to my stay. I must also mention Mohamed, who ensured every corner of the hotel was impeccably clean, and Ali, the kind-hearted soul at the door, whose radiant smile brightened each day. These amazing individuals truly elevated my experience. I stayed in a room on the third floor, and while there was no elevator, which made reaching my room a bit challenging and tiring, the effort was well worth it. The narrow stairs were a minor inconvenience compared to the breathtaking view of the city, which made it all worthwhile.
