- Chrys (7/5): Good hotel in a lovely area, just don't believe everything the online description says. - The location was ideal from my point of view with numerous bars and restaurants in the road opposite the hotel and only a short walk from the Besiktas Stadium. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I enjoyed my stay. The facilities listed on the Booking.com website state: 'Dining and Leisure: The family-friendly restaurant serves Turkish cuisine with halal options. Guests can enjoy a bar, coffee shop, and outdoor seating area. Additional amenities include a terrace, patio, and garden views.' I guess the breakfast area could double as a restaurant although only breakfast was offered. There was no bar although the area itself is full of bars. A bar and a restaurant were facility that attracted me to the Mayza Otel and the lack was a disappointment but did not stop me enjoying my stay there.

The smell of cigarettes permeated the room, and the smell came in from outside as well, which was really unpleasant...It seems like many guests already smoked in that room for a long.. It would be nice if this issue were improved.

- Musgrove (7/5): - Good location near Taksim Square. Handy for catching a bus to or from airport. Manager, Mr Noman, very friendly. Room was quiet, warm and functional, despite being rather small. Breakfast was included in the price and was perfectly adequate. I would suggest removing the rather stained carpet outside the rooms and on the stairs. It does not create a very good impression. The breakfast room would also benefit from a bit of decorating.

В целом впечатление от гостиницы - небольшие номера, маленький лифт, завтрак скромненький, для женщин норм. но мужчинам думаю не будет хватать. В номере чайник, чай, сахар, вода. Фен, полотенца, тапочки, мыльные принадлежности. За эту цену год назад жили в районе Фатих гостиница получше и завтраки лучше, но Для отеля рядом с Истикляль думаю за такую цену соответствующая гостиница. узнавали цены в соседних отелях, намного дороже. При заселении сначала очень не понравилось в номере было грязновато и постель как будто не свежая и полотенца, но после того как пожаловались, сразу дали новую постель и полотенца. В следующие дни уже убирались , было чисто и постель даже меняли. полотенца и тапочки новые оставляли после уборки. После 11.00 вечера девушкам лучше не выходить одним из гостиницы - место оказалось злачным - ходили девушки лёгкого поведения, трансгендеры, слышны были разборки между собой и с полицией. - Sara (8/5): - The location is great, the beds were comfy and everything was very clean. We had clean towels everyday and a lot of hot water. The staff is great. I'd say good value for money. It can get quite loud during the night, the sound isolation is a bit poor and the overall isolation, as the AC needs a longer time to heat the room because of that. The breakfast was ok, but the kitchen area is a little bit shabby.

- Λαζαρίδης (1/5): - Το σημείο περίεργο, το ξενοδοχείο εξωτερικά έτσι και έτσι, ο ιδιοκτήτης ήξερε μηδαμινά αγγλικά και δεν πολύ χυνόταν να εξυπηρετήσει, φτάσαμε μια μέρα νωρίτερα εκεί και μείναμε ένα βράδυ και την επόμενη μέρα φύγαμε για άλλο ξενοδοχείο. Το δωμάτιο κρύο για τα παράθυρα εμπαζαν, το δωμάτιο πενταβρωμικο, μαξιλάρια κίτρινα από την βρωμιά, οι πετσέτες γεμάτες βρώμικες τις οποίες ζητήσαμε να τις αλλάξουν και μας έδωσαν πάλι βρώμικες, το στρώμα ήταν γεμάτο σκουπίδια, το ντους έβγαζε σκουριά το νερό, και το κορυφαίο είναι ότι η λεκάνη της τουαλέτας ήταν κίτρινα από την βρωμιά συν ότι ήταν χαλασμένο το καζανάκι και έτρεχε. Προφανώς οι καλές βαθμολογίες είναι ψεύτικες.

За окном всю ночь тарахтит то ли кондиционер, то ли генератор, очень шумно. Соседей по этажу прекрасно слышно. Прямо перед кроватью висит телевизор, который не выключить из розетки - ночью красный огонек светит в глаза и мешает спать.
