• Lele (10/5): 非常好！！ - 1.位置特好，去老欧洲区的景点几乎都可以步行前往，比较近。2.工作人员态度都非常好，非常有礼貌，前台白班和夜班的小哥人都很好，经理人也很好。3.比较干净，客房卫生做得很好 4.周边吃饭的地方很多，但是有些价格非常刺客！国人注意一下，到处走走其实会有价格还不错的饭馆，但毕竟是在伊斯坦布尔老城区。 酒店门口就是地上铁，我是个对声音挺敏感的人，但是我们每天很累，其实也不会太影响，我常年戴耳塞睡觉，所以也是戴降噪耳机睡的。

• Este (10/5): Great hotel, excellent staff. Will book again - The hotel is located 2 minutes away from a tramway station, and from there you can easily move everywhere within Istanbul. The staff was super helpful and friendly, I accidentally booked a twin bed room and and was able to change it without any additional cost. The room was good, zero issue with noise. I'll book this hotel again for my next trip to Istanbul. If you intend to use the scale in the lobby before going to the airport: be careful. It didn't account for 4kg in my bag. I noticed the error at the airport when giving my bag (maybe I used the scale wrong, not sure).
• Erioli (10/5): - La posizione è molto comoda per visitare tutta la città sia a piedi che mediante tram e metro, con le fermate raggiungibili in 2 minuti di camminata. La camera è molto pulita e i letti comodissimi. Lo staff gentile e disponibile. La camera non è molto spaziosa ma c'è comunque posto per tutto.
•  Abdul Basit (8/5): Great place/location, great people/staff. - Amazing Location, near trams and most of the other public transportation using IstanbulCard which makes moving around more accessible and cheap. The staff is very welcoming always and very respectful. Especially Yasin and all other colleagues of his at the desk. The rooms are bit small, making it a bit difficult to move around. Especially the front of the bed area.

• Ana (10/5): I had a wonderful stay and would happily choose this hotel again. - The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the main attractions, and also well connected to all parts of the city by public transport. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming. The room was clean and very comfortable. I would definitely book this hotel again and highly recommend it.

• Zeynep (10/5): Beste Lage, sicheres Umfeld mit sauberen Zimmern - Sehr zentrale Lage, wir waren zu dritt (Mädels) untergebracht und es war super sicher. Gepflegtes Hotel sowie auch die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. An der Rezeption kann man seine Wünsche äußern und sie waren sehr behilflich bei allem. Alles top 👍

Mr. Yasin and another gentleman (whose name I didn’t catch) were very supportive — he kindly assisted us in changing our rooms to be next to each other. Mr. Yasin also welcomed us warmly and made our family stay (and departure) smoother with his polite and supportive attitude. We really appreciated the hospitality Two things that I think, if improved, would make a great difference: 1) Cleaning under the bed — I know most people don’t look under the bed, but it would be better if this area is included in the cleaning routine as there is accumulated dust there. 2) The window could be upgraded to PVC or double-glazed glass to reduce the street noise, especially with the tram passing nearby

Персоналу отдельное спасибо, отзывчивые, помогают, стараются решить какие либо вопросы. Ясин, Месут - вы молодцы 👍👍👍Разрешают оставить чемоданы в день чек-аута до отъезда в аэропорт. Расположение отеля -отличное. Всё примерно в шаговой доступности. Много магазинов, кафешек, кондитерских. Рядом с отелем есть заведением есть место где готовят рыбный сэндвич👍 называется Fish & Chips. Отель рекомендую 👍👍👍 Всё хорошо
• 600B (9/5): Bien situado pero ruidoso - Hotel realmente nuevo para estar en Sultanahmet (las fotos no engañan como me había pasado en otro hotel hace 3 años). Todo está muy limpio. Dejan botellas de agua todos los días y el personal de recepción siempre te intenta ayudar (te prestan paraguas, guardan el equipaje o te buscan transfer sin problemas) Nos dieron una habitación a la calle de la fachada por la que pasa el tranvia en la 3a planta. Es muy ruidoso. El tranvia para a las 0.00h y comienza a las 6.00. Sobre las 5.00h llaman a rezar desde las mezquitas. Así que 5h es el tiempo que queda para descansar. Echamos de menos alguna silla en la habitación, que es pequeña. El wifi se desconecta cada poco tiempo.
• Tuba (10/5): Alles super, 10 von 10! - Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist auch top. Es gibt einen gut funktionierenden Aufzug. Wir hatten nur Probleme mit der Klimaanlage, die dann behoben wurde. Ansonsten wirklich super Hotel, sehr zu empfehlen!

• James Russel (10/5): Very good hotel - Very good budget hotel. Just to make it clear that there are no flower petals like in the picture. Hahahaha. But for a hotel in the city centre, definitely it was of good space. It has all the basic things you expect from a hotel. The staff were very accomodating. The location is so central. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants that are open at night and to tourist attractions. 1. Just the fact that there is no dedicated reception at night. I think the property management shares receptionist with another hotel. When we checked in, we had to wait for few minutes so that the reception could come to the hotel. We checked in at the middle of the night so it might be the case because during day time, we always saw the receptionist stationed there. They also message us to let them know when we are already few minutes away upon check in. On our part, I think it was just inconvenience because it is already night and we want to check in as soon as possible. But overall, the hotel is very good.

• Lina (10/5): It was a great stay and I always felt welcomed. - The property is very central and has couple tram stops near by. There are a lot of restaurants and shops near by. It is very close to the big main touristic points. The staff were great always made sure we had everything we needed, gave us helpful suggestions and were always polite and kind. There was a little issue with the air con but they sorted it straight away. The place was clean, there is always coffee, tea and water bottles. They kept our bags after check out until we had to leave for the airport. The are is safe, I had no problems walking around even during the night. There is a lift. Regarding the noise, you can hear little noise from outside almost non audible.

Room has good quality linen & towels. Our room was not street facing, so was very at night. Front desk was always super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel. We lived on the third floor, and even though it has been quite noisy it wasn’t a problem for us as the noises of trams passing by outside added to the vibe of the city. If you’re sensitive to loud noises I guess you should take your earplugs with you. I saw comments about the refrigerator (minibar) not generating enough cold but it isn’t true. We put drinks in there in the evening and they were cool in the morning. It’s just that when you touch the mini bar inside it’s not cold at all and it seems like it doesn’t generate any cold. I also stored baklava there.

The room had a good size and the bed was comfortable. Nice hot shower. Only a short walk from the train station, many shops and restaurants outside the front door. Would definitely stay again. The room got extremely hot despite turning off the heating.

Bayezit/Sirkeci/Eminönü/Sultanahmet, where the main attractions are located, are easily accessible by tram. Therefore, 10/10. The hotel was clean. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. The man at the reception was very helpful, friendly, and always smiling.

They were old plastic bags under the bed.We had booked a quiet twin room and the hotel had confirmed .On arrival they informed us that they didn't have any room of that kind .We had to choose between a room with only one bed or a very noisy room .As the first one was dark with a bad smell we took the noisy one.The windows thin as paper have view on the tram passing from 5 am to 12 pm every 5 minutes with its bell ringing .Impossible to sleep even with earplugs.Besides they wanted us to pay cash .As we didn't want they cancelled the reservation on booking and we had to pay directly to the manager .A good way to avoid bad reviews.
