• Beriane (8/5): Very nice but could be for sure better if we take care of the details - I liked the Fact that it's 4 mins away from Lara beach which is pretty nice, the staff we super nice and warm . When I arrived , The shower was a bit dirty and the balcony had a lit of dust on the floor Plus the TV doesn't connect to internet so I couldn't watch Netflix or youtube

Alles Bij aankomst waren er geen wc papier geen zeep geen shampoo Nadat we deze hebben gevraagd zeiden ze dat ze dit gingen bijvullen maar dit was 's avonds na terugkomst nogaltijd niet gedaan... Douche had geen warmwater ze hebben niets uitgelegs hoe dat het in elkaar zat... Dit was zeker ook een minpunt.

Not enough space or hooks to hang clothes and a stair rail on the wall would have been beneficial, no shuttle service to the beach although staff did go out of there way to arrange transport . As above...And no water in the pool..

First of all, the staff were extremely kind and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The rooms are beautifully decorated, creating a tasteful and comfortable atmosphere. The hanging electric cable from the wall where a bedside lamp should have been .The lamp on the other side did not work .The water damage and expending foam marks on the wall and around the room .The cheap partially dried out breakfast ..The cold coffee and I can go on ...

Die Mädchen an der Rezeption sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Es gab keine Hygieneartikel (Zahnpasta, Zahnbürste usw.) , kein Trinkwasser.

• Fatma (8/5): Lekker rustig verblijf, mooie accommodatie - Prijs kwaliteitverhouding is het zeker waard. Het is een rustige accommodatie, met alles wij nodig hadden. Personeel was ook vriendelijk en open voor feedback. De kamer was ook schoon, wij hebben goed geslapen. De koffie was goed en het ontbijt was vers en voldoende. Het restaurant is ook erg leuk ingericht. Verbinden met wifi lukte niet, verder niet naar gevraagd. Als we het zouden vragen, zou het personeel wel helpen maar wou vonden het onbelangrijk.
• Semaf Mobile (1/5): katastrophe - gar nichts Ich habe über Booking das Hotel Lara Smart Aparts sowie einen Fahrdienst gebucht. Die Firma hat uns anschließend zur offiziell angemeldeten Adresse gefahren. Dort standen wir jedoch vor verschlossenen Türen. Der Fahrer war sehr hilfsbereit, blieb an unserer Seite und versuchte gemeinsam mit uns, jemanden zu erreichen. Nachdem wir endlich jemanden telefonisch erreicht hatten, teilte uns der Herr mit, dass wir an der falschen Adresse seien und die richtige Anschrift diejenige von Echinus sei. Also mussten wir erneut samt Gepäck ins Auto steigen und weiterfahren. Als wir schließlich bei diesem Hotel ankamen, war ich schockiert: Das, was ich gebucht hatte, hatte nichts mit dem zu tun, was ich tatsächlich bekam. Es handelte sich um ein völlig anderes Hotel! Mit zwei Kindern nach Mitternacht hat man keine Wahl und muss nehmen, was einem angeboten wird. Der Herr am Empfang war zwar sehr freundlich, doch dies ändert nichts an der Tatsache, dass wir getäuscht wurden. Die Anlage ist zudem heruntergekommen.

Взяли почему то двойную цену за стирку хотя вещей было мало …. Сам отель красивый персонал вежливый. Плохо было вымыто были чьи то следы от ботинок, маленькая ванная комната.

• Serafina (8/5): The best reception staff I’ve ever met - The staff are exceptionally good. The reception staff are the most friendliest people I’ve ever met. They really made us feel welcome. The original room we booked was very small and the bed very uncomfortable. Also the road is quite noisy so we didn’t sleep well the first nights. But then the incredible reception team got us a different room - bed was still uncomfortable but much better room. Also TV wasn’t connected to Netflix, you tube etc so you can’t really watch it.

The room was comfortable and clean Public transport easy to acess Apartment difficult to find Local cab firm couldn’t find property due to different name Breakfast was not served as a buffet , it was plated, vegetarian /vegan dietary needs were not at all considered

• Maret (8/5): - Nice restaurant and very helpful staff. Shuttle to the beach. Very comfortable bed. The room we stayed in had a cat showing up from time to time to ask for food and sleep in the corner. No hot water in the sinks in the kitchen and the bathroom. The pool was small and not clean. Dragging luggage up those stairs was a hassle.

• Robertus (10/5): Echenius Blue Hotel is de naam die bij het plaatje hoort. Prima de lux hotel met zeer goed ontbijt - De uiteindelijke locatie: Echenius Blue Hotel. Lara smart werd op een heel ander adres weergegeven. Verwarrend voor de taxichauffeur, voor ons en ook niet iets waar je op zit te wachten als je laat in de avond bent geland met het vliegtuig. Denk dat het om een of andere keten gaat of dat ze van naam zijn veranderd? Afijn, gelukkig goed opgelost en naar het juiste hotel gebracht, waar dus op zich helemaal niks op aan te merken viel.

Mehmet, the young gentleman at the night reception helped me to carry my baggage downstairs as I was struggling to take it down. He is absolutely amazing and caring person. The mattress was very uncomfortable — the springs could be felt even with a light touch of the hand, and when lying on the bed, they pressed into the whole body. Fortunately, we arrived at the hotel very late and had an early flight in the morning, so we only needed the room for a few hours of sleep. The windows faced directly onto the highway, and throughout the night we could hear cars passing by, even with the windows closed.

• Anahita (3/5): Catastrophique - La gentillesse de la réceptionniste du matin. Les deux personnes au restaurant, qui nous servaient le petit déjeuner. Le patron est à l'écoute quand vous le voyez. Les chats sont adorables. Pour commencer, sur Booking, l’établissement est indiqué sous un autre nom. Le vrai nom est Equinus Hotel, ce qui crée déjà une confusion. Ensuite, il est indiqué qu’il y a une plage à proximité. En réalité, la plage est à 30 minutes à pied. Seulement deux bus par jour assurent le retour depuis la plage : si vous partez le matin, vous êtes bloqués jusqu’à 16h, sauf si vous rentrez à pied. Nous avons dû louer une voiture à cause de cette contrainte. Les photos de la plage sont trompeuses : les lits baldaquins sont PAYANTS et vous n’avez accès qu’aux lits basiques et encore, utilisables que jusque 14h. Au niveau de la chambre :l a salle de bain était en mauvais état : le pommeau de douche fixé en haut n’était pas relié, il fallait tenir le petit pommeau à la main et la chasse d’eau sortait littéralement du mur. Les murs de la chambre étaient très SALES, et les plinthes pleines de poussière. Les draps n’étaient pas changés mais simplement refait chaque matin. Equipements : La télévision n’est qu’en turc et n'a pas internet. L'eau n'est pas potable et qu'il n'y a aucune distribution d'eau dans l'hôtel, il faut acheter vos propres bouteilles. La piscine est tellement sale qu'en passant votre main vous sentez la saleté, puis elle est située devant la réception, vous avez aucune intimité, sans aucun rideaux ni séparation. Restaurant : tous les matins le MÊME petit-déjeuner. Vous voulez autre chose, vous devez payer. Et il ferme à 16h, vous n'avez rien à manger dans l'hôtel entre 16h et 8h. EVENEMENT GRAVE : Le dernier soir, nous avons rangé nos valises et quitté l’hôtel pour la soirée. Nous sommes revenus le matin pour partir avec nos valises. De retour chez nous, nous avons découvert qu’une pochette contenant 350 €, une montre et des bijoux avait été vidée. La valise était restée fermée du départ de l'hôtel jusque chez nous. On les a contacté direct et ils nous ont raccroché au nez.
• Nurya (4/5): Ich würde es nicht noch einmal buchen - Das Personal besonders Hasan an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie waren stets bemüht, uns zufrieden zu stellen. Wir haben Halbpension gebucht also nur inklusive Frühstück. Ja das Frühstück lässt zu wünschen übrig. Es ist nicht im Buffetform man bekommt halt immer einen Teller vorgesetzt und das war so ziemlich immer das gleiche. Die Lage des Hotels war einfach nur furchtbar an der Hauptstraße und in der Booking Beschreibung Steht 100 m vom Hotel entfernt aber das stimmt so überhaupt nicht. Es waren Minimum anderthalb Kilometer man wurde mit dem Shuttle hingefahren und auch mit dem Shuttle zurückgeholt. Im Großen und Ganzen ist das Hotel ziemlich abgelegen. Keinerlei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder keine Cafés. Die Beschreibung weicht extrem von der eigentlichen Situation ab. Nichts für Urlauber die was sehen und erleben möchten. Wie schon am Anfang erwähnt. Die Mitarbeiter waren wirklich sehr nett und die Zimmer waren klein aber sauber und ordentlich. Hotel war an einer Hauptstraße. Es heißt bei Booking Com auch anders Wir hatten Schwierigkeiten, das Hotel zu finden. Es heißt eigentlich ECHINUS Hotel. Sehr abgelegen und ca. 1,5 km zum Strand.

• Rebecca (3/5): We checked out after the first night as it was so bad and paid for a whole other hotel. - The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was ok/adequate. The room was severely different to what was shown online. The shower was not attached to the wall, someone came and tried to fix it with stuffing toilet roll into a hole, it then fell on my head when trying to use and they had to remove the whole thing (side note the shower is tiny and not enjoyable to try fit into). The coffee table was broke, the bed blanket (no sheets) had multiple yellow stains on them in both rooms, dark hairs, very noisy and intermittent air con, with loud dogs barking and cars all night. The pool also didn't wasn't very clean and had a scum around the outside. It just really was not acceptable, so much so we immidiately checked out and they refused to uphold their own refund policy, they have ignored all messages I have sent them and unfortunately in the rush of leaving my Apple watch was left behind and was showing up online as being at their property. They have neglected to reply to any of my attempts at getting in touch regards to my watch or the refund or complaints I have had other than to refuse. We ended up paying for a whole new hotel for the week all over again it was that bad and we knew if we stayed we really would not have enjoyed our holiday unfortunately. Do not stay here, the staff were nice enough but the facilities are not worth it at all.

• Amanta or Amanda (7/5): - Our room was very comfortable and big, the pool was good and the stuff were very helpful. Breakfast was not as well as we expected and it was the same every single day - The private beach as they mentioned it was shared with other apartments or hotels and the umbrellas and seats were extremely close to each other- The TV is not Smart and we were no able to watch Netflix etc.

• GIESS Françoise (7/5): - Un hôtel bien situé pour ceux qui souhaitent être proches de l'aéroport. Le petit déjeuner est bon. Nous avions réservé une chambre familiale pour 4 adultes . Il y avait effectivement une chambre avec un grand lit mais les autres couchages étaient dans le salon : un lit pliant d'appoint et un autre couchage sur le divan à l'arrivée sans draps . Ces informations auraient du être précisées.

• Marie Ange (6/5): Séjour agréable. - Le personnel du petit déjeuner et les femmes de ménage sont très gentils, font le nécessaire pour essayer de nous comprendre lorsqu’on a du mal à parler anglais. Personnel très accueillant qui nous demande toujours comment ça va. La propreté des chambres. Emplacement juste à côté d’un arrêt de bus, ce qui est pratique Les chambres parents modernes sur les photos et lorsque l’on arrive c’est différent. Moisissure au niveau du mur de la tringle à rideau, je ne pouvais pas tirer le rideau au risque de casser la tringle. Dans la salle de bain L évier n’était pas bien scellé et tombait Le pommeau de douche était cassé ainsi que le pommeau de douche, tout au-dessus ne fonctionnait pas.
