• SAID (1/5): Vraiment déçu - Etablissement au apparence correct Etablissement laisse à désirer, prix à la tête du client ( restaurant ), vendeuse non cordiale, ni accueillante. Vole de coussins après passage des femmes de ménages, et vole de la télécommande de la télé, pas de télé pendant 4 jours. Même après réclamation aux réceptionnistes, aucune solution n'ai trouvé pendant tout mon séjour. Et aucun geste commerciale n'est fait soit disant mes réclamations sont aller chez leur responsable sans suite, je suis déçu par cette établissement au apparence pourtant correcte. A fuir.

• Sehvar (10/5): Süper - Bu otele 4 5 kere gitmisimdir ve gercekden cok memnunum. 5 yildizli otelerde de kaldim ama bu otel cok rahat temislik hava hanim cok süper temizlik yapiyor hic rahtsiz etmeden kapiyi calmadan hangi saatlerde ciksam bile herzaman geri döndumde tertemiz odam oluyordu tsk ederim :) Resepsiyon da herkez cok net atakan beyede tekrar tsk ederim her istanbula geldimde bu oteli terci ediyorum hem ekonomik hem iyi
• Marina (4/5): - Metro is nearby, convenient. It’s clean. The main drawback is that the reception cheats you when you ask for ta taxi. I ordered a taxi to the airport, for the “fixed price” 2200 TL, as they told me. In the middle of the journey to the airport, the taxi driver started asking for much higher price -3000 TL, because of “traffic jams, toll roads, etc.” My Turkish friends helped me, they called the receptionist and the driver, and it turned out, that the rise of the price was agreed with the receptionist-as his “bakshish”! What a shame! Another big drawback is that it’s next to impossible to fix the water at a normal temperature: I simply couldn’t get cold water in the morning! The water was boiling hot, no matter where you turn the tab! And boiling hot it was also in a toilet itself!🤦‍♀️ And the third thing: the towels should have been thrown away long ago! They are grey! The mattress on the bad reminds the waves in the sea( Generally, I would not recommend the hotel

• Max (7/5): Value for money for cheap accommodation, transport links, met requirements - Excellent value for money, especially for sightseeing, work trips, or even recovering from surgery. Quiet enough to rest and heal. Location: Bostancı Metro station just around the corner, making it easy to reach central Istanbul. BIM store nearby for quick shopping. Room features: Free safe, good internet, wall USB charging ports, mini bar fridge (unused), clean bathroom with reliable hot water, TV with Turkish channels and option to log into Netflix. Comfort: Bed reasonably comfortable, room quiet enough for restful sleep. Staff: Polite enough. Safety: Nothing was stolen during my stay and felt safe in the neighbourhood. I would stay here again if I was passing through Istanbul. Hotel condition: Felt dated overall, dusty in some areas but still clean enough. Carpet issue: Upon removing shoes, my feet were soaked in a puddle on the carpet, room attendants did dry it, but left a wet dog smell. Older carpets in Turkish hotels often hold dirt and moisture. Mosquitoes: My ankles swelled due to mosquito bites, so insect repellent is recommended. Bed comfort: Not the best, though acceptable. No ice available that i know of, which may be inconvenient for some guests. Not a posh neighbourhood but still was safe.

• robinsout (8/5): Nice and quiet, close to the metro - Close to the metro, very good situated hotel. Clean and nice room, helpful and hospitable staff. Value for money 100%, best recommendations. Empty cooler bottle in the lobby.

The staff were friendly and the hotel is overall budget friendly The AC didn’t work for a day. Hot water wasn’t available for 6-7 hours and when it got fixed, there was no cold water and the water was boiling hot 😅

• Bruno Tiago (4/5): Room with vomit on the carpet!!! - Only one guy in the reception speaks English, all the rest only via mobile phone translation (they try really hard and I give them that credit). BUT, the most disappointing thing to me was to arrive in my room with VOMIT on the carpet. Absurd and disgusting!
• Emre (8/5): konaklama - Isıtma harici bir problemimiz olmadı, merkezi ısıtma yeterli değildi ve normal odalarda bulunan kalorifer bizim odada yoktu. O yüzden zemin ve içerisi buz gibiydi. Cam kapalı merkezi ısıtma saatlerce açık olduğu halde sonrasında ısıtıcı verdiler onla idare ettik. Çalışan personeller güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Konumu bostancı metroya 5 dakika yürüme mesafesinde.Odalar temiz ve eski eşyalar yoktu. Isıtma sorunu olmasaydı odada kesinlikle fiyatına göre çok iyi otel derdim.

His attention to detail and genuine care made a huge difference and was really appreciated. If I were to visit Turkey again, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here. Helaas twee keer te vroeg voor het ontbijt. 1x 7.30 uur was er niemand en 1x 8.30 uur. Restaurant was nog dicht. Daarin tegen naast hotel een top bakker met allerlei lekkere broodjes en börek soorten.
