• Daria (3/5): for a 1-2 nights it could be an option, but more like a last chance, if nothing else is available - the location is ok, quite close to the metro station. but on Thursdays there is bazar downstairs. behind is a railway. in the evening quite dark, so if you are walking alone - you have to be careful it seems that this place is used like a motel for a couple of hours for people who just want to have sex (the room next to mine was with jacuzzi and all the days i was there it was cigarette smell, moreover i've heard). the description of the rooms is not corresponded to what it was. no balcony, no view, light in the bathroom didn't work, no kettle, mattress is so hard that it is impossible to sleep. to take a shower is another challenge - the shower is above the toilet, so after the shower everything around is wet. i don't think this place values money were paid

• Cristina Florentina (1/5): Cea mai proasta experiență la această locație, numită hotel… - Absolut nimic. Nu există nici măcar o recepție în afară unei săpături în perete cu un blat atașat. Personalul neserios și mizerie cat cuprinde. Scări cu riscul de a te accidenta, fără lift. Personal lipsit de respect și interes. Preț extrem de mare pentru condițiile existențe. Pozele nu sunt reale. Pereții pătați și murdari cu posibilitate de dărâmare plus dulapuri rupte și lenjerie murdară și pătată. Zona la periferie într-un cartier infect destul de periculos.

• El moussaoui (1/5): - Pesimo Tenia reserva para 2 noches pero después de la primera me fui, horrible experiencia, muy sucio todo, demasiado pequeño, no funcionaba nada de lo que llevaba instalado, las ventanas son tan finas que parece que estes en la calle, sin cortinas ni persianas ya por no hablar del ruido, a las 4 de la mañana gente gritando y hablando a voces dentro del hotel, nos han colgado la carpa de un mercadillo justo en las rejas de nuestra ventana, y cuando me he quejado a recepción me han dicho que no pueden hacer nada, para colmo al querer irnos hemos estado esperando un buen rato porque mientras estabamos ahi con las maletas y las mochilas el se ha puesto a desayunar tranquilamente sin preguntar.

• Matthias (9/5): Good hostel in Istanbul - The hostel is good, the room has a nice size, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean. The check-in is easy with very friendly and helpful personal. It is around 5 minutes (walking) away from the nearest metro station. Super markets and good restaurants are also nearby. It was a good stay and I would absolutely recommend it! The bathroom needs a shower curtain or glass wall between shower and the rest of the room. The towels could be cleaner.

• Petru (1/5): - Nothing. The worst hotel ever. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We arrived in Istanbul late at night, tired after a long trip. The staff gave us a room in the basement, which was dark and uncomfortable. Right after that, they offered to show us a “better room” if we paid extra. It really felt like they gave us the worst room on purpose to make us pay more. Unfortunately, since it was already very late, my wife and I had no choice but to stay for one night. The next morning, we left and moved to another hotel just across the street — it was newer, cleaner, cheaper, and the staff were much kinder and more professional. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

• Mohammad Abid (1/5): From the first day, our stay has been unacceptable. We were given rooms on different floors despite booking together, bo - Nothing First of all, even though we booked the rooms together, the hotel assigned us two separate rooms — one on the ground floor and the other on the third floor — which caused our family to be split up. Both rooms smell strongly of dampness, and the jacuzzi in one of the rooms does not work properly. We did not even turn on the water, yet it leaks constantly, flooding the tiled floor. The water collects in one corner of the room and spreads everywhere when walking. Only on the fourth day were they able to get hold of a plumber. The hotel is located right next to a very busy main road with heavy traffic noise from 7 a.m. until midnight, and there is also a train line running beside the hotel, adding even more noise. On top of that, the hotel staff sit directly under our window smoking, and since we are on the ground floor, all the cigarette smoke enters our room. The staff also talk loudly on the phone with the speaker on in the so-called “reception,” which is just two meters away from our room, often until 1 a.m. We even had to go out and ask them to be quiet because my father is ill and unable to sleep due to the noise. The sound insulation in the rooms is completely nonexistent — we can hear everything from outside and from other rooms: people coughing, using the toilet, watching TV, and even running their jacuzzi. To make matters even worse, we discovered cockroaches in the room, which is absolutely shocking and completely unacceptable for a hotel that charges this amount of money. The rooms and bathrooms look nothing like the pictures shown on Booking.com. It was also stated that parking was available, but that is not true. When we asked about parking, the staff told us to park on the sidewalk, which is illegal. The hotel has even removed the public barrier stones to allow cars to drive onto the pavement. We have video and photo documentation of everything mentioned above.

Deine Bestrafung für deine Betrügereien wirst du bekommen! - Kurzzussamengefassst ist der Hotelbesitzer ein Betrüger, wir haben die Suite gebucht mit einem Schlafzimmer, Terasse, Wohnzimmer und wir haben das Zimmer bekommen mit Bett und Jacuzzi im Schlafzimmer! Als wird den Bestitzer angefragt haben meinte der es sei in Reperatur da die Klima nicht funktioniert am gleichen Abend sahen wir ein Pärchen auf der Terasse!

Тапочки были одни ,пришлось вторые просить.Нет зубных щеток !! Очень шумно ночью что на дороге на улице ,что слышно всё что происходит у соседей …..и очень маленький номер.Никогда больше сюда не приеду)Единственный плюс джакузи,но там у джакузи гель для душа был так сильно разбавлен водой ,что ужас.😨 Экономия на экономии ,никакого комфорта к сожалению.Всё такое убитое,если даже не присматриваться… Не для отдыха и не про комфорт! Максимум переночевать как вынужденная мера ,но берите с собой щетку ….Не рекомендую.

• Bondarava (9/5): Соотношение цена-качество, чистота, удобное расположение - рекомендую! - Номер полностью соответствовал фото. Интересное решение с джакузи. Было немного шумно ночью, и если кто-то из соседей решит принять ванну ночью, тоже все очень хорошо слышно.

I cancelled on time due to location w - When I arrived at your hotel, the doors were open, I called, a guy came out from another room. When I asked what would happen if I cancel my reservation, I didn’t receive answer, I think he didn't even understood. I checked booking.com snd saw that if I’ll cancel, will keep money for one night and return the rest (by the way, they (booking) haven't returned yet). When I booked through booking, I liked your hotel inside, there is a jacuzzi, but when I arrived to you by taxi, I was not delighted as I did not like the location. I can't say for sure, but it seems to me that it is dangerous to walk there in the evenings, especially since I am a girl. and i asked to help me order taxi, he said that they have taxi to/from airport/hotel. and sitting/checking his phone. he didn't help me with my luggages. i downloaded bitaksi and ordered taxi by myself and left. thats it.

The hotel is clean, looks stylish and new. Yusuf and all the stuff is so friendly and nice. They were always ready to help with everything. • Aivazis (1/5): Awful - I stayed at this hotel for only one hour and I was completely disappointed. While the photos and reviews on Booking painted a different picture, upon arrival we were faced with a basement room that was outrageously dirty, full of mold, which also had a terrible smell. We left almost immediately and found alternative accommodation. However, the owner refuses to compensate us for the inconvenience and disregard we experienced. I should also mention that the owners did not speak any English, so communication was only possible through Google Translate from Turkish to English.

• Sintija (9/5): Superb - I have stayed before in that hotel and I liked an experience. I booked deluxe room with a balcony on the upper floor. Jacuzzi is a big plus, especially if you are traveling in winter. There is no elevator, but I don’t count it as a minus, as it is not a problem for me and I knew it before I made a booking. The quality and price are excellent.

The internet was slow and there was no soundproofing at all, we could hear everything our neighbors and the reception were saying. There was nowhere to dry towels. Toilet paper gets wet when you take a shower because there is no curtain in the toilet. The refrigerator did not work. Couldn’t connect to TV.
