- Sandra (10/5): - Excellent hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful – nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spacious, clean, with a modern bathroom & very comfortable bed. Breakfast was a highlight: a fresh buffet plus eggs and pancakes cooked to order. Plenty of choice, attentive staff, and a very clean dining area. The location couldn’t be better – right in the old city, just minutes’ walk from the Hippodrome, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, and both the Grand and Egyptian Bazaars. This hotel truly does not disappoint. Its great value for money & we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul!
- Halima (8/5): - We had a really nice stay here overall. The rooms were clean and modern, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was fantastic. They were quick to help us when we asked to move from our initial ground-floor room. That being said, I do want to mention something about the balconies and the view, as it was a bit disappointing. The hotel's photos show these amazing, unobstructed Bosphorus views. However, both our first room and the one we moved to on the 4th floor had a building directly in the way, which really blocked the sightlines. Just a heads-up for future guests: if you're booking specifically for that classic Bosphorus view, you might want to double-check with the hotel directly about which rooms actually have it. It's a great place to stay, but the view isn't a guarantee.

- Izza (10/5): - We stayed for 4 nights and it was amazing. The staff were incredibly helpful with anything we needed. The location is about a 10 minute walk to the grand bazaar with many attractions along the way. Breakfast was included and had a good selection available. Would definitely visit again, thank you for making our stay as comfortable as possible!

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, ebenso wie die Lage und der Service des Hotels. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass man zum Frühstück in ein anderes Gebäude gehen muss, was aber wirklich nicht weiter stört. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – wir empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter und kommen bestimmt wieder!

- Steve (6/5): - Great location, spacious room, comfy bed, and nice extras like complimentary snacks. However, the smell in the bathroom and hallways, likely from the sewage system, lingered and wouldn’t go away, which made it hard to enjoy my stay. The fragrance in the halls was too strong and mixed with other odors. I also didn’t have Wi-Fi for half my stay, and the staff never followed up on it. Security was another concern — doors left open with no hotel staff around, and I could enter without a key card. Wouldn’t stay again because of these issues.

- Aiya (10/5): - The staff at this hotel are nothing short of outstanding and so welcoming to foreigners visiting their country. It was nice to be greeted daily by amazing staff members who were more than happy to help with anything we needed. The hotel is super close to Sultan Ahmet square which hosts the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia which was great because that was our everyday scene. Super close to trams and the grand bazaar. Very very convenient. Id definitely stay here again if i come back to Turkey.

Only issue was at night clearly there was some activity from the staff with lots of loud noises, like heavy items being moved that echoed thru the hallways and into the room that made it difficult to sleep.

And spacious bathroom with traditional Hamam into the same, this was something like I haven’t seen in any 5 stars. Deluxe rooms as well. Staff is very courteous and location is very near to Blue mosque, Hagia Sofia and Topkapi palace. The stay was pleasant and i really liked the hotel full recommendation for small families.

Recepcionista do hotel agendou um transfer (taxi de terceiros - já que o hotel não possui Van) no horario errado, transito imenso fez eu perder meu vôo!

The team at the breakfast restaurant was very friendly and looked after the kids like a family. Thanks to Adnan, Mujgan and their Manager for looking after the kids. Also the rooms were clean and in immaculate condition. Area is very quiet but 5 minute walk from Sultanahmed area.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice boutique hotel in Sultanahmet - We had a good time in the Motto by Mula hotel and especially would like the very friendly and kind service personnel that welcomed us on arrival, made sure we had a good time during our stay and provided even some sweets and water on our departure to the airport. The Motto by Mula hotel opened just a few months before we stayed there and is located in a side street, away from the main street with bars and restaurants for tourists. We stayed in a decently sized room with a very comfortable bed, a Nespresso coffee machine and a small fridge. If there's one thing the hotel could improve, it's the noise insulation (especially the doors) as we always got up when on of the neighbors left the room.

Het hotel is in een rustig wijkje met winkeltjes en op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden van het historisch centrum. Ontbijt is geweldig. Verwacht niet te veel van de gym en spa.
