Guest (8/5): Goed appartement - Groot appartement, met goede faciliteiten
Abuzar (3/5): Not worth the money. Apartment is good but location and construction in tge street caused many problems. - It was clean overall with facilities that are basic. The location was very poor there was construction taking place in the street because of which there was a power outage for hours on one day of our stay. No lifts so we had to carry a lot of luggage and go up and down 4 floors everyday. Because of the construction one of the guests had an allergic reaction as it caused the dust in the balcony. The property owner seems to have taken guests that have completed their stay for granted as i tried to address these issues but I wasnt given the courtesy of a reply. I think they forget that they are representing their country and build an image of their country for tourists which did not go very well.

Chiara (8/5): - The pictures are accurate. The apartment was nice and well equipped. On the other side of the street they're restructuring a building but the windows can keep you perfectly quiet from the noises. The apartment is in a very lively and residential block of the city, not in a touristic part. You can easily find excellent food, nice shops and you're close to the Feriköy market which is amazing. Emre is a good host, available for everything. The absence of product for house cleaning, for the dishwasher and washing machine. I could've probably asked for them but I just bought them. The house was clean but not pristine honestly, they can do better on the cleaning.

Wer eine reine Umgebung für sein Wohlbefinden benötigt hat - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist gut Anbindungen in alle Richtungen per Fußweg erreichbar. Host sehr bemüht Probleme schnell zu lösen. Die Grundsauberkeit der Unterkunft war nicht zufriedenstellend. Alles sehr verstaubt, Teller und Besteck schmutzig. Pölster und Decken verschmutzt. Balkontür defekt ging nicht richtig zu.

Siti Nur (6/5): Ok for budget stay. - I love the neighbourhood .. quiet at night time conpared to Cihangir area. The stairs, bot suitable for 60y/o people. The furniture was mostly worn out. The mattress were all sinking. Bathroom was dirty. Light were mostly not working. Wires exposed.

Kimia (7/5): - The location was good. It is better to use the metro near to Cevahir Mall. Generally, the apartment was clean and well-equipped. You could access the train near Cevahir, then you could access everywhere easily. There was no Bathroom ventilation. The fan in one of the rooms was not working. The neighborhood was not so beautiful and no beautiful view from the terrace.

Наблизо има няколко паркинга и множество ресторанти, закусвални и магазини. Отношението на домакина беше изключително мило, дори ни помогна с тол таксите заради почивните дни! Няма такова нещо

Anna Spahl (7/5): Gute Lage, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhltnis, sehr freundliches Personal - Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in fußläufiger Reichweite erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar, pünktlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wände sind sehr dünn und hellhörig, man hört jede Bewegung der anderen Personen in und außerhalb der Wohnung.
Pavel (10/5): Nice flat in a quiet neighborhood - Very neat and clean, there are AC with heating mode in the living room and one of the bedroom (the other bedroom doesn’t have windows but has a fan) The owner is very caring and responsive, he answers in WhatsApp almost immediately. Checking in and out was good as well: we were met there at specified time. Location is good too, on a small not busy street (we had windows and the balcony on the inner patio side) - there are lots of small stores around, 10min to the bus and 15 to a metro station by foot
shota (1/5): dont go there guys - I was very disappointed with my stay. When I arrived, there was nothing in the apartment — no cups, no forks, no knives, nothing at all. I had informed the host that I have a medical condition, but they didn’t warn me that there would be no elevator. The stairs were very steep, and the apartment was on a high floor, which made it even more difficult for me. Because of these issues, I stayed only one night instead of the full booking. Definitely not what I expected. Nothing , host even is not sorry for this

Hamoud (7/5): - المكان لطيف والنظافة جيدة جدا ، وصاحب السكن خدوم ويستجيب ويحب المساعدة . كانت الشقة بالدور الثالث ولا يوجد مصعد ، والسلم افقي وغير مريح ولا تصلح لكبار السن. اخبرني صاحب السكن انه يتوفر لديه شقة بالدور الأرضي ولكنها محجوزة. يجب أن يتم ايضاح مكان الشقة بشكل واضح كي لا يقع احد بمشكلة خصوصا أن الحجز غير قابل للاسترداد .

Jemal (6/5): - Нам понравился район, до остановок и метро можно дойти пешком. Мы искали квартиру для семьи, т.к. у нас маленькие дети, и хорошо что наша квартира находилась на 2 этаже, иначе с чемоданами и детьми было бы сложно на высоких этажах, т.к. нет лифта (этот момент указан в описании, но мы как-то забыли об этом):)). Сотрудник Эмре встретил нас вовремя и помог с багажом. Кондиционер работал хорошо только в гостиной, в спальне не особо холодил, а в другой спальне был вентилятор. Порадовало наличие стиральной машины, кофеварки. Видимо, после предыдущих жильцов квартиру не проверяли, т.к. нам пришлось звонить Эмре и просить заменить посуду, лампу, карниз, потому что всё это было поломано, висело на соплях и т.д... Он все оперативно поменял. Вообще номер не мешало бы освежить, поменять всю посуду, разделочные доски, электо чайник, все уже, хоть и работает, но крышки/ручки отваливаются...Звукоизоляция тоже не очень, дверей, как будто нет, всё слышно: те кто спускается вниз с чемоданами будили нас каждый раз.
Saliha (5/5): - Die grösse der Wohnung, die Ausstattung und die bequemen Betten. Die Wohnung selbst war schön aber die Küche war leider nicht vollständig ausgestattet. Es fehlte diverses Besteck und Becher und Teller. Das was im Schrank lag war zum Teil dreckig. Auf Mitteilung hat der Vermieter aber sofort reagiert und uns Teegläser und Besteck zur Verfügung gestellt. Zudem war die Terasse in einem desolaten Zustand. Es war sehr dreckig und staubig, sowohl Wände als auch Fußboden. Es lagen irgendwelche grossen Plastikteile in einer Ecke, es flogen Haarbüschel herum, die Sitzmöbel waren ebenfalls extrem dreckig, fleckig und überhaupt ekelhaft. Man konnte sich auf der sonst sehr schönen, grossen Terrasse einfach nicht wohlfühlen, was sehr schade war, da wir diese Wohnung zu 80% wegen der Terasse ausgewählt hatten um morgens und Abends dort zu sitzen. So sassen wir leider nun dann doch immer in der Wohnung. Trotz Ankündigung vom Vermieter sofort jemanden zum saubermachen schicken zu wollen, ist bis zum Ende leider niemand gekommen.

Very convenient location, close to the large shopping centre (Cevahir) in Istanbul, restaurants and shops are also nearby. Friendly host, very prompt communication, everything is clear with self check-in and check-out. We will definitely come back!

The apartment was not very clean, there were stains on the bedsheet and black mole on the bathroom ceiling.

The only issue is there is no lift in the building so if you have elderly with you, contact emre to book ground floor or first floor as the stairs are not that much easy to climb up!

Otherwise I will definitely stay again. The area was also good with plenty of restaurants and the mall is nearby all within walking distance. The metro was nearby as well. It is very easy to reach the central places, Cevahir shopping mall is within walking distance. The apartment is quiet and the apartment is very comfortable for a family environment. There are 2 separate bedrooms and a living area for children and parents. Emre Bey was very attentive, we added it to the list of places we will consider if we come to Istanbul again.

sevval (6/5): - Ich muss sagen das die Unterkunft an sich nicht schlecht ist, der Gastgeber hat auch schnell alle Fragen beantwortet und war hilfsbereit. Allerdings sind die Betten eine reinste Katastrophe und nicht für zwei Personen gedacht. Wir waren 5 Tage da und man tut dem Rücken damit nichts gutes am letzten Tag hatten wir auch leider kein warmes Wasser mehr.

Some of the furniture is a bit cheap. The shower holder was slightly broken, the water pressure was very weak, and there was very few powersockets, und cables came out of the wall next to the double bed, where powersockets should have been. Also there was a construction site right in front of the building with pneumatic hammers going all morning.

The view could have been better as the adjacent building was demolished during my stay.

Verified traveler (10/5): clean, authentic and charming - My family and I had a lovely stay in Mercury house, there were a few shortcomings but they certainly did not outweigh all the positives this place and its neighborhood has to offer. The apartment is very clean and new. It has a nice balcony to enjoy an afternoon tea and an equipped kitchen to cook a meal. It is located in a very local, charming neighbourhood with grocery stores to buy your fresh produce and a big Carrefour supermarket, if you, like us, would like to have a home-cooked meal when you travel. The apartment we stayed at was located on the second floor and there is no elevator, therefore it’s challenging to carry your luggage upstairs. I managed with the help of a lovely neighbour’s son :) Some of the streets are very hilly but if you want to get a taxi everywhere, it wouldn’t be an issue. Although there is a 15-min walk to the Şişli-Mecidiyeköy metro station which in 10 minutes takes you to all the attractions in the other European side. Last but not the least, the host Emre was very communicative and ready to help us with any questions when we needed.

Cristina (10/5): Excellent apartment, excellent service and excellent location! Fully recommend! - The apartment exceeded my expectations. It was in a very good state, with furniture almost new. It was equipped with everything you might need on a trip - iron, washing machine, dishwasher, wardrobes and hangers etc. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. It was very spacious and even had a balcony with a table and chairs. The communication with the staff and getting to the apartment was very easy and flawless. The owner was very open and responsive. The apartment is located in a very convenient location, very close to restaurants, shops and metro. It is easy to get everywhere in the city. For sure I will return back when in Istanbul next time. It turned out that I mixed the apartments upon arrival by taking a different key from under the mat:) However, the owner didn't say anything to me and didn't bother to change the apartment. I really appreciated this! Very welcoming and client oriented!
Emre (10/5): Everything was great! - The location for Istanbul was great, and the owners are very helpful and always ready to answer and provide lasting solutions. Nothing really, my other friends were complaining about an elevator not existing but that is truly minimal amount of complaint. I didn't mind it at all.
